Baby Sister
[ Jackie is Pregnant with You]
August 15th, 1963
It was the summer of 1963, and First Lady Jackie Kennedy was pregnant with her and her husband's fourth child. They already had two boys, John Jr. and Patrick, and a little girl, Caroline. Jackie was excited about the new addition to their family, but also a bit nervous. She was older now, and pregnancy was harder on her body than it had been before.
As the days passed, Jackie's pregnancy cravings became weirder and weirder. One day, she wanted pickles and ice cream, and the next day, she craved hot dogs with peanut butter. President Kennedy was always there to indulge her cravings, and he would send his younger brother Bobby to fetch whatever she wanted.
Caroline and John Jr. were excited about their new sibling, and they would often talk to Jackie's belly, telling their little sister how much they loved her already. Patrick was too young to understand, but he also seemed excited about the baby.
One day, as Jackie sat in the Oval Office with her husband, he glanced over at her and smiled. She looked tired, and he knew she was uncomfortable. He wished he could do more to help her.
"Are you okay, Jackie?" he asked, concern in his voice.
She smiled back at him. "I'm fine, Jack. Just a little tired."
He nodded, and they sat in silence for a moment, both lost in their own thoughts. Jackie rubbed her swollen belly absently, feeling her little girl kick inside her.
As the summer wore on, Jackie's due date approached. She went into labor late one night, and the President rushed her to the hospital. Bobby stayed with the children, assuring them that their mother would be okay.
Hours later, Jackie gave birth to a healthy baby girl. They named her Y/n, and she was perfect in every way. Caroline and John Jr. were thrilled to meet their new sister, and even Patrick seemed to sense that something special had happened.
As Jackie held her new daughter in her arms, she felt a sense of completion. Her family was now complete, and she was grateful for the love and support of her husband and children.
President Kennedy looked at his wife and their new daughter with pride and love. He knew they had been blessed with something truly special, and he promised himself that he would do everything in his power to protect and provide for his growing family.
