Why should you read it? 

Because the story has a nice plot. Also, the gradual development of character as well as of the story is amazing. Though there are somethings that's not kinda realistic, at least not to me, involving the mother-in-law and her daughter-in-law. But except for things like this the other parts are amazing. Also there's another good thing about this, that is the story contains point of view of both the main characters.
