Q: The Jeweller told me that they won't recommend my book! Why? 

A: The jeweller may have several reasons. Maybe your work isn't up to their standard of quality. Maybe the concepts and ideas are good, but the grammatical accuracy is poor. Maybe they simply do not find themselves resonating with your story. Whatever it is, it is never a personal thing. What you should do is aim to make your story even better than it was before - then resubmit a form to the jewellers. 

Q: Will the jeweller tell me what is bad about it? 

A: Yes, they will. They will send you a PM or post it as a comment in your story. 

Q: Can I recommend someone else's book? 

A: Absolutely! We're all about finding hidden gems - whether it be yours or someone else's. 

Q: The jeweller rejected my book, so I've improved it. Can I resubmit an application for my improved story? 

A: You can only resubmit the same story after a month.
