Jessica's POV

I am still in labour. I am in labour for fucking eight hours now. The doctor avoids me and only checks every two hours on me instead of one, because I am really angry at the moment. Eight hours of pain and stress for almost nothing! I am at fuxking six centimeters!

"Jess!" Sarah suddenly says.

"What?!" I say annoyed.

"Happy Birthday!" she screams, runs over to me and hugs me tight.

"What are you talking about Paulson?" I ask confused.

"Today is your birthday. We have the 20. April! Your daughters will have the same birthday than you!" she says and hugs me again.

She is right. My birthday is today and I am giving birth! I can't believe it! This was just a joke but now they will be born on my birthday! This is the best present you could give a women.

"Evan she is right!" I say excited and the next contraction hits. I gasp in pain and breath in and out.

"Baby you are doing just fine!" he says and kisses me.

"Thanks Evan!" I say and kiss him back. Everbody gratulates me and after that I check my phone. I got a message from Sam at 4 a.m. What the hell does he want?!

I open the message and read:

Hey birthday girl. Happy birthday! I know it is still early but wanted to make sure to be the first one to gratulate. Hope you enjoy your birthday and have a nice day.

I want to be mean so I answer:

Hey. I am sorry to tell you that you aren't the first one. You are almost the last one. I am in labour for eight hours now and this is definitely the best present that Evan could give me! Hope you enjoy your day!

After that the doctor comes in and checks on me.

"You are on eight now Jessica what mean that they will be here soon." he says and smiles reliefed.

"Thank god!" I say and laugh.

...

Three hours later

"Jessica when I need you to push then I say push okay?!" one of the nurses asks.
I just nod and scream through the whole contraction.

"Ahhhhhhh! I can't do this!" I scream and squeeze Evan's hand.

"You can do this honey... You just need to push now!" says the nurse and I push as hard as I can. "Ahhhhhhhh. They are ripping me apart!"

"You are doing just fine Jessica. I can see the head!" on of the other nurses says and smiles at me.

"Evan do you want to see it?" asks the first nurse and Evan looks at me questioning.

I nod and he walk to them and looks at the head that pops out of my vagina.

"Jessica! I can see our daughter!" he says excited.

"Really ahhhhhhhhhhh!"

"Now push again!" They say and I push and feel how the head moves out completly. Now the pain is worse. There is so much presure on my vagina.

"One more push Jessica!" They say and I push one more time. Hard and with all power that is left in my body.

I feel how my daughter comes out of my body and sigh in relief.

"She is here." says one of the nurses and smiles at me.

Evan cuts the cord and they hand me my daughter. Evan walks back up to the head of the bed and kisses my head. "You did great!" he says.

"I know but there is still a baby inside of me." I say and make him laugh.

"Hello Savannah!" I say and smile at the baby in my arms.

"She is so beautiful." I say and smile with teary eyes at Evan.

"Just like her mother." he says and kisses me.

...

"Ahhhhhh!!! Evan!!!" I scream a half an hour later. Anna's head is out and it hurts even more now that I am sore down there.

Evan holds my hand and says "Honey everything will be just fine!"

"One more push!" says the nurse and I push one more time. Anna leaves my body and I cry out in relief.

Evan cuts the cord and they hand me my second daughter. She looks just like her sister. "Evan they are so beautiful!" I say and smile at him.

"I know. They look just like you!" he says and kisses me.

...

I can't believe that they are out of me! I feel so empty and it feels so great!

Evan's POV

I am a father of two girls! I can't believe it! They are as beautiful as Jessica! We are parents! Who would have thought?!

I call everyone in the waiting room in and they stand around Jessica, Savannah, Anna and me.

"So we wanted to tell you the names since we didn't tell you before." says Jessica and smiles at me proud.

"We want you to see Anna and Savannah." I say and everyone says Awwww.

"They have matching names!" says my mother and hugs Jessie and me.

"These names are so cute!" says Sarah and hugs us.

After everyone hugged as we are alone again.

"You know Jess you did great!" I say and kiss her.

"Thanks. They are so beautiful and worth it!" she says and her eyes lit up.

"I know!" I say as we look over at them in their cribs.

The moment couldn't have been more perfect.

"And they share their birthday with their mommy."

"Yeah. I thought about this a few days ago but only as joke... Now they share my birthday!" she says and laughs.

It feels so good to finally have them here. They are still a little tiny but alright. I can't wait for the normal living with them. When they will totally get on our nerves. It is still early in the morning and the doctor told us that we probably can go home in ten or twelve days. This was pretty exhausting for Jessica and she is really at the end. She needs the silnt to regain her strenght.

...

I wake up at the next morning and look at Jessica who is still sleeping. She is such a beauty. I love her so much and I don't know what I would do without her. Next to her bed are the babys. Savannah is still sleeping while Anna is awake and looking at me.

I go over to her crib and take her out. She smiles at me and laughs.

"Good morning princess Anna. How are you doing today?" I say in my baby voice, making her laugh.

"Good morning Evan." says Jessica and I turn around and see her, rubbing her eyes.

"I am sorry. I didn't mean to wake you!" I say and she smiles at me.

"You didn't wake me Evan." she says and laughs. "I would have woken up anyway."

I walk over to her and kiss her passionately. She takes the baby in my arms and begins to talk with her.

"Hello Anna. How is my precious baby? How are you?" she says in her baby voice just like I did moments ago.

Savannah begins to cry and I take her out of her crib too. I give her over to Jess and she tries to manages to give both one of her breasts. After a few moments she manages and both of them drink from her.

"That feels so weird." She says and has to prevent herself from laughinh.

"I don't wanna know." I say and laugh.
