I woke up to the sound Jessica talking to someone. I stood up and walked into the room to see Luke Cage.

"What's going on?" I asked calmly.

"I'm hiring Jessica to find a guy named Antoine Grier." Luke said not making eye contact.

"Alright. I gotta go I'll see you later Jessica." I said a so grabbed my jacket and made my way of the door.

I let out a sigh as I walked around until I stopped in front of Plaza Hotel. I looked up and let out a sigh as I remembered when Kilgrave has first brought me here.

"Come on Jackie. You are going to love this hotel." Kilgrave said with a smile.

"I know I will." I said smiling up at him.

We made it into the hotel and up to our room and walked inside and set on the bed.

"Don't move I'm going to get you a present." He said with a smile.

I stayed on the bed for a few minutes before he came back with a box. He handed it to me and smiled down at me.

"Open it." He said softly.

I open it and felt a smile appear on my face as I saw a golden necklace with a dolphin on it.

"My favorite animal." I whispered.

"Yes I remembered you telling me." He said with a smile.

I looked up at him and saw that he was watching every move I made.

"Here let me put it on you." He said as he took the box.

He took the necklace out and latched it around my neck. He told me to go and check it out in the bathroom mirror.

"Beautiful." He whispered.

I smiled at him through the mirror and he moved my hair to the side so he could kiss my shoulder.

"How about we go to bed?" He asked with a smile.

I shook my head yes and he led me to the bed. All it took for me to be under his control was one kiss.

"Jackie?" Someone asked.

I open my eyes to see the doorman in front of me. He smiled at me as he walked up to me.

"I thought that was you. So are you staying with us?" He asked with a smile.

"Um.... no I was just in the neighborhood and wanted to stop by and look at the hotel." I said softly.

"How is your boyfriend?" He asked with a smile.

"Stubborn, but alive." I said softly.

He talked to me for a few minutes before I left and walked down the street to Jessica's apartment. On my way to Jessica's I got a call from Hogarth and learned Hope was attacked. I rushed to the prison and talked to the woman who did it before going to Hope.

"Why did you have her attack you?" I asked sitting beside her.

"Doesn't matter." She said not looking at me.

"I am trying to save you but if you want to die then-"

"I'm pregnant." She said looking down.

"Is there a doctor you can talk to?"

"Won't be here until a month. I can't wait that long. Everyday it's in there I think of my parents and what he did." She said looking up at me.

"I understand."

"No you don't." She said sadly.

"Five and a half year old. His name is Rory." I said with a sigh as I pulled my phone out and unlocked it.

"You kept him?"

"I had him yes, but, he lives with a woman named Lee. Nice woman, but she won't let me see him." I explained.

"I can't keep it." She said softly.

"I understand. I'll have Jessica take care of you." I said as I left for Trish's apartment.

I stopped in front of the door and pulled my phone out and answered it.

"Hello." I said softly.

"Luke has found something about that night. He is looking for Antoine Grier so he can get the information about what happen that night from his sister." Jessica said quietly.

"Make sure you get it before him." I said ringing the doorbell.

"I am trying to." She said softly.

"Okay just don't let him know." I said as I hung up.

I made it inside and smiled as I set beside Trish on the couch.

"So where is your boyfriend?" I asked softly.

"Out looking for Kilgrave." She said softly.

"If he gets Kilgraved again I'm not helping him." I said softly.

"Lier." She said with a laugh.

I smiled as we talked for awhile before I left and made my way to the apartment. I set my bag down and turned on the light. I heard my phone go off and I answered it.

"He found out." Jessica said on the other end.

"Damn it. How'd he find out?" I asked sitting in her work chair.

"He tried to kill the driver, but I stopped him by telling him the truth. He doesn't want to talk to me ever again." She said sadly.

"I am so sorry." I said softly.

She hung up and I laid the phone down on the desk and let out a sigh. I leaned back and open the drawer and pulled a box out. I open it to reveal the necklace that Kilgrave gave to me. I picked it up and leaned back in my seat. I heard a knock on the door and put the box away. I open the door to see a guy looking around.

"Can I help you?" I asked calmly.

"My names Ruben. I'm Jessica's neighbor. I thought I'd come and meet you." He said with a smile.

"Why?" I asked leaning against the door.

"Because I like your sister." He said with a smile.

"That's cute. What to come in and learn everything about her?" I asked with a smile.

"Sure." He said walking into the apartment.

I grabbed two glasses of coke and handed him one.

"This is pretty where did you get it?" He asked with a smile as he picked the box with the necklace up.

"My ex. He gave it to me as a gift." I said softly as I took it from him.

"So what happen between you two?" He asked taking a sip of his drink.

"He was controlling and he hurt the people I love." I said standing up.

"So why keep the necklace?"

"Because it... it reminds of how happy I use to be with him. He wasn't always controlling me.... but when he was I hurt a lot of people." I said softly.

"Do you love him?" Ruben asked.

"I don't know." I said calmly.

"I'm sure it will be fine. So think I have a chance?" He asked with a smile.

"Probably not, but if you do tell me." I said with a laugh.

I smiled as I watched him leave the apartment and then I stood up and shut the door. I let out a sigh as I picked the necklace up and put it around my neck. I heard the door open and I quickly hid it under my shirt.

"Trish what's up?" I asked walking up to her.

"Have you talked to Jessica?" She asked softly.

"Not really why?" I asked confused.

"Come with me." She said grabbing my hand.

I followed her to a bar where we found Jessica drunk. I let out a sigh as I helped Trish bring Jessica to her place so she could sleep. I laid down on the couch and closed my eyes and fell asleep.
