Personality: Toko is a very timid and is usually very gloomy. She is also highly suspicious of other people, and often accuses innocent people of bad things. She usually expresses her opinions freely and extremely bluntly, making her somewhat mean. However, she softens to those closest to her.

 Her alter ego, Genocide Fukawa, is a much more insane side of Toko. She often tends to say things randomly, and she also tends to swear a ton. Unlike Toko, she is very loud and outgoing, and barely acts seriously. Toko switches into her Genocide Fukawa state either by sneezing or fainting.

Appearance: Toko is a fairly tall girl with a rosy complexion. She has light purple eyes and dark purple hair, much like her mother, Lorelei. She also wears black glasses. Her hair is in two plaits, and is fairly long. Toko wears a white t-shirt along with a purple jacket and a purple skirt. She also wears white socks and black shoes. When as her alter ego, Toko has red eyes instead of purple.
