What are they talking about?

"Ever since she fought you a few months ago in the snowy mountains her immune system has been pretty much nonexistent!" (Makarov)

What is he talking about? Erza fighting her mother on a snowy mountain and her immune system being nonexistent?

"Though if you had even been the slightest decent mother you would know that!" (Makarov)

"You are one to talk makarov. You did such a great job raising your son that he is currently the leader to one of the biggest dark guilds in ishgard." (Eileen)
