A/N This chapter takes place during Impatience and Hide & Seek and fair warning this is a short filler chapter.

Jenny's POV

I barely rest through out the journey. My only focus was finding Bella and bringing her home. I can't believe she'd hurt dad this way. That she'd leave without saying good bye to me? I thought we had gotten closer then that. I'm making good time thanks to coffee and minimal sleep. But it's still a three day drive to Phoenix from Forks. Even with my minimal number of pit stops. I'd only stopped once on the side of the road to have a nap.

But otherwise I've been driving the whole time. Going faster then the speed limit when possible. While trying not to over do it. I mean my car is no spring chicken and I don't want to have engine trouble in the middle of no where. I've checked in with dad twice, while filling up. But otherwise have not contacted anyone.

Though I am surprised Alice and Rosalie haven't called to ask why I am not in school. Maybe the guessed I was with Bella. I was half tempted to call to find out what happened at that baseball game. I also wondered why they never invited me, they know I love baseball.

If I find out Edward has hurt Bella in some way. I'd kill him myself. No one hurts my baby sister. But something tells me there is more going on then a simple fight between a boyfriend and girlfriend. That feeling made me buy some bear mace when I filled up my car. I don't know why. But something is telling me Bella is in danger and I'd be damned if I let anything happen to her.

What if it's vampire related? I mean, I never got proof the Cullens are vampires. But what if they are? What if it was other vampires killing people close to town? What if they found out Bella knew and want her dead? No, I can't let her die. I will fight for her and give up my life if I have too. As long as she lives, I'd be ok with it. After all family is worth dying for, right?
