After leaving her doctors appointment she decided since it was the end of the school day she had to get back so her mom could pick her up from school. She got there about ten minutes before her mom. "Alice I'm so sorry I had a doctors appointment.". She said. "It took all day Jen". She said. "I know. I'm sorry it won't happen again. You've been amazing covering for me". She said. "Thank you". Jenny added. And she heard a car honk, it was her mom. "Alice I'll call you and explain tonight okay, I promise". Alice nodded and Jenny walked off to go outside to meet her mom. She talked about her random fake day at school and her mom was in a good mood. And they went home and her mom made supper and then later her mom cleaned up and went to bed. Jenny called Alice. "Alice are you sure you want to know?". "Yes". She said. "Okay". Jenny whispered. "I'm pregnant". "You're what?, Jenny!". Alice replied. "Alice don't make me say it again. I know you heard me". "Wow Jenny I'm. I don't know what to say. That's why you've been sick and the doctors appointment today". "Yeah". Jenny said in the phone. "Alright Jen it's late. I'll let you get some sleep and we can talk about it tomorrow". "Okay night Alice". She said and suddenly she felt sick and threw up. "Oh I get what she meant by morning sickness. But it's night time. I guess it's all the time". She groaned and cleaned up and changed into her pajamas for bed and just layed there texting Alice about everything that they just talked about. It was easier to text so her mom wouldn't overhear.
