“There, there” Your mother comforted you, she had made the mistake of killing someone in front of you

She looked around the room, panicked. You weren’t like Glenda, you couldn’t handle blood and death. Which is why you were closer to Glen.

‘What am I going to do?’ She thought before she saw four little pairs of eyes peeking from the doorway

“Glen, Glenda. You can come in” She reassured, smiling as they carefully entered the room

“What’s wrong?” Glen innocently asked

Jennifer paused before coming up with something
“They thought they saw something scary”

Glenda sent her mom a knowing look, having seen her mother murder someone in the past. Glen nodded his head in understanding before crawling next to you on the bed

“Don’t worry, I see scary things too. Especially after watching something on tv” He whispered to you, unaware that you weren’t imaging things after watching a horror movie

Jennifer smiled, happy that she at least kept one child pure and away from her murderous side

Glenda decided that it would be a good idea if you all watched kids movies so you could forget about this, of course your mom thought it was a wonderful idea

Padditon played in the background as you all slept on the couch, cuddled up and safe. . .for now
