Day 13- Favorite DCOM
So you may know this since I mentioned in my update book that I may make a fanfiction based off of this movie but my favorite DCOM is Descendants. This movie is so good. Immediately when I saw the first teaser trailer I was so excited because I love Disney villains so much and I was stoked to get a
movie about their kids. Now I'm not the biggest High School Musical fan I mean I like it but I don't love it so when I heard that this movie was being directed by Kenny Ortega who directed the HSM movies I thought I knew what to expect but boy was I wrong. Yes this movie is a musical. Yes some of the songs sound like they belong in one of the High School Musical movies. And yes there's that stupid annoying trope that's in every High School Musical movie that they've used in both Descendants movies (If you've seen them you know what I'm talking about) but even with all that it's still a great movie. The characters are great, the story is awesome, and of course getting to see the villains that used to be scary and mean being reduced to cranky middle aged men and women is hilarious. I think the main reason I like Descendants though is because the movie is actually entertaining. I mean let's be real most DCOMs are either add ons to a current tv show or their just not all that great. I'm not saying all DCOMs are like that but most are.
