*SPOILERS!! This is going to contain spoilers for the finale of Nomad of Nowhere as well as the season over all. If you don't want that I wouldn't read this*

To start things off I'm so happy the Nomad came to help the people of the Oasis. Usually he keeps to himself to avoid being caught an doesn't help unless someone asks but I'm glad he decided to help all on his own. Side note does nobody understand his gestures. Pointing to everyone and then making a drinking motion with your hand does not mean "I'm going to drink your blood." Oh and also Nomad sitting on that piñata the whole time was hilarious.

The fight in the ballroom while brief was still pretty awesome as we got to see the side characters from Bliss Hill again as they fought off the Dandelions. Also is the Nomad being a living scarecrow just common knowledge because if so I would like to know how the heck these people figure it out. Oh and Don Paragon you're a jerk for setting fire to the town just to catch the Nomad.

The next scene of the episode was probably my favorite scene from tub entire episode. We know so little about Red Manuel so the fact that was got to find out a bit of his backstory was great. It makes me feel for him more since we now know why he always wants respect and we found out that his mother doesn't really care about anything he does and that his wife is not much better and laughed when Toth originally beat him out for the role of captain. I do admit though it was really interesting to find out that Red didn't realize he was being such a jerk to everyone which is why the other Dandelions never liked him. I see him as an anti hero now and can definitely predict a redemption arc for him if/when he comes by. I will admit though despite what I just said it was very satisfying to see Skout shoot him out of the cannon and see Toth give him the punch in the face that's been coming for him.

So yeah next scene was yet another fight scene and while this one was less entertaining then the other one, until the end anyway, I loved seeing the Nomad use those rocks to build armor for himself to protect himself from the Don. Also much like Red, the Don deserved that punch in the face.

Now Toth showing up certainly was awesome especially when she snapped the Don's sword and gave him her own punch in the face. I don't think she should've fought the Nomad though. I still think she hasn't overcome her short sidedness that's making her want to capture the Nomad for herself despite knowing he's a good person. Oh and let's not forget the Nomad bringing to life that giant statue.

I'm honestly surprised that Toth was willing to kill Skout just to get to the Nomad. You could see some hesitation in her eyes but the fact that she still threw her ax at Skout was just surprising to me. I wonder if this is gonna change Skout's feelings for her.

Now for the final two scenes of this episode. First the scene where we get our first glimpse at this show's big bad El Rey. Now I'm not surprised he killed the Don I'm just surprised it happened so soon. I had two theories about the Don one being that he was going to be similar to Roman from RWBY meaning that he would be the big bad for a season or two then die off and be replaced by El Rey. Or I though that El Rey was going to give him magic and at the finale of the series Skout and the Nomad would have to face off with him before the final fight with El Rey. But no instead we got this, I'm not mad though by any means because at least it shows that El Rey is a villain that isn't afraid to get stuff done (looking at you Salem). Also I wonder if Toth is gonna work for him since he looked right at her after he killed the Don but at the same time Toth saw El Rey as a good person and she witnessed him murder someone so that may change her mind.

The final scene was, in my opinion, the perfect way to end the season. We had the Nomad wishing for Skout to call him friend just like in the first episode and we now have them going off to take down El Rey themselves. One thing I hope is that every season they add someone to their little group, I don't know why but I think that would be kinda cool. Oh and Skout trying to make a voice for the Nomad was adorable.

Overall for this show and this episode I loved it. I definitely liked the second half of the season more and I really feel like this show is already doing well with character development and pacing. I can't wait for season 2 I can tell you that.
