Merida's Pov (Saturday before Monday)

I was having a picnic with mommy and daddy in the woods near our mansion on my birthday! My friends won't come till later

I was playing hide and seek with mommy, i looked for a spot to hide. i hide under the table, hoping she couldn't find me

She kept talking and i couldn't help but giggle. i felt that she was close to find me, so i ran off and hid behind her dress

"Oh! Where she go?" Mommy asked. i giggled and fell forward, still giggling. mommy turned and picked me up "there you are!" She gave me a raspberry on my cheek, making me laugh more

"Alright! Alright!" My daddy laughed and placed down a box in front of me on the floor, i gasp and touched it with both my hands

"What is it?? What is it??" I asked, my parents laughed

"Happy birthday darling" daddy said. i opened the box and gasped when i saw a bow and some arrows my size. i picked them up and started jumping in joy. my parents were talking about something, but i was too happy to listen

Daddy tried to teach me how to shoot a arrow, but i sucked at it! I shot my 6th arrow and it went into the woods.

"I'll get it!" I volunteered after i gathered all my other arrows and went after it.

I had a hard time finding it, i finally found it inside a tree. i pulled it out with all my power and finally got the thing to come free

I dust my dress and looked around... where did i come from? I started crying and started looking for a way home, but it seemed the farther i walked, the farther i was from home. these woods were so big and i think... i think i'm lost!

"Mommy! Daddy!" I cried loudly. no one could hear me! I sat down against a gigantic tree root peaking out the ground and cried in my knees. what am i going to do..?

I cried for most of the day and night, i was out of tears and i was hungry. i sniffled and stood up. it was light out, i'm sure i can find something to eat! I just have to remember what daddy taught me

I was freezing! I didnt notice last night because i was crying, but now i feel it! I picked up my bow and arrows and started running around to gain some heat and possibly some rabbit

I gained some heat, moved my greasy red hair out my face and looked around. the bushes were rustling. i lifted my bow and it landed on the dirt... i need practice

A bunny came out the bush and sniffed the ground. i slowly put down my weapon and picked up a rock. i hate to do this to a poor bunny... but right now, i have to be brave. mommy and daddy will find me, i have to stay alive

I threw the rock as hard as i could and it landed on the ground, making the bunny run. i shouted angrily and pulled my hair. daddy makes it look so easy!!

I cried for about 30 minutes before i fixed myself and made a fire with the rock and a stick. i hugged my legs to stay warm from the wind. the jacket i wore was not thick enough...

I decided to find berries instead, i found some blueberries, ate, and started practicing my shooting...

Its been a month and i'm still here... my hunting skills improved, i shot better, threw better, lifted deer with my small arms, and climb trees! Wait till my friends and family see how i improved. i hope they find me...

days and weeks pass by, i was in a tree and looked upon a large bird... i think it was a turkey! Whats a turkey doing here? And how did it get on that tree? All i know is, i'm looking at my next meal

I placed a arrow on my bow, pulled on the string and set my target. before I could shoot, a sound was heard, it distracted me and made the turkey fly away... who knew turkeys can fly... can they?

I groaned and stepped onto the ground, looking around for whatever messed me up! Something was breathing on my neck, i froze and slowly turned my head. a big black bear with 1 yellow eye and 1 dead red was behind me...

I slowly turned my body to face the terrifying creature. its teeth were bare, large, sharp and yellow... i started to hyperventilate. i had to stay calm...

I was only a little girl, so looking at this thing really made me want to scream and cry. i had been in these woods for 3 months, and this is by far the most terrifying thing i had ever seen.

I gripped on my bow and slowly took a step back, but i tripped over a large root and fell on my back elbows. this made the bear angry and roar

I hesitated my voice and ran for my life, my little legs could only take me so far. the bear was chasing after me about a mile away and he was running fast

I looked forward and started crying "Please! Help me! HELP!" I shouted so loud that it nearly damaged my voice

A small whisper called me, a small blue fairy looking light was just ahead "follow" it whispered. i obeyed and followed it and it's little friends

I couldn't believe it! Its home! I looked at the small lights continuing to lead me, oh thankyou!

"Mommy! Daddy!!" I shouted the loudest i had ever shouted.

"Merida!" I heard daddy. i ran into the gates and found my parents looking at me in shock

"Help me!" I shouted and ran into mommy's arms. daddy saw the big bear and took out a big fat sword that i never knew he would ever use

He shouted at his guards, they started fighting the bear while mommy took me inside, whose belly was bigger then i had last saw it...

I'm sitting on top of the rocky gates and looked upon the woods that were outside my home, thinking about my past as a little wilderness girl trying to survive

My dad could not kill Mor'du, thats the name he called the bear that tried to eat me alive. his leg was cleaned off, he didn't think of it as a depressing moment of loosing a body part. In fact, he loved telling the story of his little princess coming home but bring back a big bear. i always found it funny that i finish his story before he could in the dinner table

When i returned home, i had discovered that mom was pregnant. she planned to tell me on my birthday but i never returned from looking for my arrow

I let the cool breeze hit my face and frizzy red hair, i opened my eyes and looked at the trees in front of me

"Merida!" Mom called . i rolled my eyes and closed my eyes, i opened my hands and saw the blue light will o' the wisp dancing around my lap, not actually dancing

This little guy was basically my pet, next to my horse. i get to call it with my thoughts and it would show up for only a minute.

i did some research on wisp and learned that this little guy would actually lead you to your fate. it lead me home, so i guess it was my fate

"Merida!" Mom called again. i ignore her and looked at wisp looking at me

"Ice Queen" it whispered. i gasped

"What??"

"Merida!" Mom repeated. Wisp disappeared

"No! What about the ice queen!" But it already disappeared. mom kept yelled at me. i groaned and spun my body to face my home. mom was stomping the house and angrily looking at me. i just smirked

"What i do?" I asked. she put her hands on her hips

"Boys!" She called my brothers. they came out while being covered in chocolate. i had set a trap for them to see a cake, once they saw it and touched it, the chocolate would fall on them, and here they are! Sweet

I bursted out laughing "oh! You think this is funny?" She asked

"No! I think it's hilarious!" I laughed. my brothers started licking themselves, then wrestled

"Wash them down!" She ordered while storming back inside. i rolled my eyes and looked at the boys

"And... FREEZE!" I shouted, they froze in place on the grass "hand over the garden hoes!" They threw me the thing and i started washing them down. they started running around

Once i was done, i camped out outside until it was Saturday. i texted Punzie to ask how Eugene was doing, he still was acting weird. i texted Jack, seeing how he was doing, he was still locked in that room. I haven't seen him all week, he better come to school Monday

"Ice Queen" wisp whispered. i jumped up from the gate and saw it near a tree of the woods. how did it know about Elsa? I haven't seen her all week either

"Ice Queen" it repeated and made a path with its friends. it wanted me to follow? I walked through the path and found myself in a circle of large rocks. i looked around amazed

"Why did you bring me here?" I asked wisp, next to me. someone was in front of me. i looked up and cupped my mouth "Elsa?" She giggled with her short black hair, dark eyes, and black cocktail dress

"Hm?" She asked while appearing on top of the rock. "So you're Merida?" I bit my lips, Anna told me about this Elsa, she's dangerous

"So what?" Elsa narrowed her eyes and appeared in my face. i jumped and landed on my butt. my wisp appeared in her hands, i gasped "no!" Elsa stared at it

"I heard about you Merida, you were lost for 3 months and was rescued by this" she smirked "a bear, was chasing you" my eyes widened

"I never told anyone about the-"

"Oh! But i do! I know every fear about you and your friends! Jack's scared of knowing it was his fault of his family's death, Elsa is scared of hurting people, Anna is scared of her loved ones getting hurt" she giggled and squeezed the wisp

"No!"

"Hiccup is scared of physical damage, Eugene is scared of being controlled" she squeezed on wisp tighter, then burned it with orange fire. i cried

"Please.. stop..." i begged, she kept that evil smirk on while looking at it

"Rapunzel is scared to loose her hair magic to help others, Kristof is scared of strangers, and you?" She giggled and squat to my height, i was frozen "you're scared of that bear, but most of all..." her smirk grew "you're scared of being lost, so this little thing won't be with you anymore" the wisp disappeared in her orange fire. i bursted out in tears

"Why are you doing this?" I sobbed. she held my chin

"I know you can call that wisp on command and show you the way to anything, i don't need you looking for what I'm about to hide, so i hope you said your goodbyes, you won't see that fireball again" she stood and made a fire ring around us, i stood and looked around. the rocks looked like they were moving, the world was moving! "Or maybe your family even" she laughed and her and the fire disappeared. the rocks were in different areas... she killed the wisp.. i can't find my way back..
