Jack's Pov

"Flower gleam and glow... let your power shine..." Rapunzel sang as she healed my cuts with her magic hair... it always amazed me "bring back what once was mine... what once was mine..." she finished her song and the cuts were gone, i smiled at her

"Thanks Punzie" i smiled putting back my shirt , it was always awkward how i have to show most of my skin, but she keeps her eyes closed, so i'm grateful for that...

"No problem" she smiled and hugged Eugene, trying to keep him from being jealous, but we are all good friends, things like that can't and wont happen

I stood up from my bed and stretched "what would i do without you all?" i smiled at my friends

"We wonder the same thing!" Merida laughed, theres many things that amazes me about these guys, Hiccup can solve any math problem in a second, he's a math genius and uses it to win horse races

Eugene and his quickness of taking things without being seen, he's like a ninja

Merida in seeing light balls to know where to go, she once told me that those lights saved her from a forest after being lost for 3 months, i was wowed...

And Punzie? i looked at her for awhile "what?" she gave me a face

"You never told us why you had magic hair, every time we ask, you pretend you're late for something" she bit her lips nervously "come on, you know our secrets, why can't we know yours? don't shut us out, we're best friends" she frowned and sat on the edge of my bed, my friends did the same

"Alright... but i won't like this" she sighed "i don't like talking about it because it always makes me cry" Eugene rubbed her back for comfort

"Tell them, it'll be okay" he smiled "we're here for you" we all nodded, she took a deep breath and began to tell the story we were dying to hear

Rapunzel's Pov

Alright... here it goes...

I was 7 years old, happy and alive with my pet chameleon while playing in the beach while my parents watched from afar, my life was happy

I was getting hot and my heart was beating so fast i could hardly breath, i looked up at the sun, it shunned me so bright, i had passed out...

I woke up in a dark and cold cell by myself... where am i? the iron door opened and let in a tall curvy woman with black curly hair

"Hello flower" she grinned evilly

"W-where am i?" I asked terrified while pressing myself in the corner

"Don't be afraid" she walked over to me and grabbed my chin violently, i was frozen "you're going to help me on some very important missions"

"W-what...?" turns out that she was a very dangerous serial killer, she would always come back to my cell with gun wounds on her shoulders and legs and some cuts all over her face, she told me a very interesting story about my hair and its qualities, it wasn't long before i noticed that my hair turned blonde!

She found me in the beach next to a rare flower that set to heal anything, she saw the flowers power fall in my hair and it became magical

She makes me sing a song while she uses my hair to help her wounds, when ever i refuse to help her, she would slap me around until i said yes, she could use my hair...

Its been 16 months since my kidnap, i missed my family and Pascel, my chameleon.

"Ta ta, i'll see you in a couple of days my flower!" Gothel, my kidnapper, waved

"Wait! what about food!" i asked

"You'll survive" she left my cell and just left me here to rot... i sat on my sorry excuse for a bed and just laid there, ready to die. that was until i decided to walk up the cell window that laid to outside, my cell was underground and i could only see a glimpse of the outside world... But all i could see was a far away beach

"I had a dream... i had a dream..." i started singing to myself "to for once... just be free..." i started to cry... i'm never getting out of here... i'm going to die, no Rapunzel, you have to stay strong! thats what mommy and daddy always thought me!

"You have a pretty voice" i looked forward and saw a boy my age sitting on his stomach while resting his chin in his hands, his eyes shined bright in the moon light "why are you in there?"

"Help me.." i cried, he looked at me confused and looked pass me to see my 'room'

"You're in jail?" he asked

"No... I was kidnapped and i wanna go home..." i started crying, he gave me a warm smile and held my cold hand in his harm one

"I'll save you" i started to smile "only one request"

"What is it?"

"You'll be my princess and I'll be the prince who saves you from the evil troll" i giggled and nodded "alright, be right back!" he stood up and ran in lightning speed, is he coming back?

And he did! he had one of those weird iron sticks that the bad guys use to rob a car in the movies. He pulled on the bars and broke them! he leaned forward and helped me out the small window... freedom!

The boy faced me and got on one knee "now that i've saved my princess, say you'll marry me!" i smiled, we were kids, we didn't know much about marriage

"How can i marry someone, when i don't even know his name?" i giggled, he stood back up and smiled

"I am Eugene my lady" he bowed, he had manners, he must be rich like my parents. i curtsied the dress i had

"I am Rapunzel" i smiled

"May i call you Punzie?"

"You may" i raised my chin like a princess, he nodded and held my hand

"Where do you live so i may get the blessing from your father"

"I don't even know where i am..." I frowned, he thought for a moment and had an idea

"Follow me, i want you to meet my friend" he held my hand and started walking, i didn't know this boy, how will i know he won't tell Gothel that i escaped? and why is he alone late at night without parents?

We walked for about a mile and stopped in front of a mansion that was about the same size as mine "Eugene?" i called

"Yes?"

"Where are your parents?"

"At home, i snuck out so i can have some fun" he admit, many rich kids didn't get to have fun, so i kinda understood him "but its okay" we walked up to the gates and he pressed on a speaker button

"Scott residence, who is speaking?" a person asked

"Eugene Fitzherbert! i wanna see Merida!" his last name is Fitzherbert? i heard of the same from my parents a few times. the person from the speaker sighed

"Eugene, its late"

"But this is an emergency!" he nagged

"Whats an emergency?" a girl with red curly hair and a green dress asked from on top of the gates walls while holding a bow and arrow

"Merida!" Eugene smiled, the girl, I'm guessing name was Merida, jumped off the wall and faced him

"Sup" she smiled

"This is my future wife! Punzie!" Eugene wrapped his arm around me, i blushed

"Oh! nice to meet you!" she curtsied, i did the same "so what do you want?" she asked Eugene

"Punzie can't find her way home" she nodded and walked pass us

"Understood, follow me and I'll take you there" she smiled as we walked

"But how you know where i live?" i asked

"Merida here can see light that leads her where she wants to go" Eugene explained, i didn't question it and continued walking for awhile

"Ow!" i cried

"Whats wrong?" Eugene asked trying to find my pain, i looked at my bare feet and saw that i stepped in glass. he grabbed my arm and gave me a piggy back ride "no princess of mine is going to walk with bloody feet" he said, i hugged him happily

"We are almost there" Merida smiled, i started to recognize the street! i'm almost home! we reached my front gate and Merida pressed on the speaker button

"whats the password?" my butler, Shorty, a short man who always acts funny when he drinks fizzy drinks that i was never allowed to get near, i heard a thump

"Drunk ass..." Hooky, a butler with a hook hand, muttered "Corona residence, who's speaking?" he asked, my new friends looked at me surprised

"Hooky..?" i called crying to hold in my tears, i'm so close...

"Rapunzel?!" he gasped, the front gates opened, my friends walked to the front door before it was slammed open, Hooky looked down at us in shock and joy "you're here! please come in!" he gestured happily, my friends walked in and Eugene sat me on the couch

"Have a first-aid kit?" he asked maid Bell, she nodded and went off to give it to him, he started fixing up my cut feet for me... what a gentlemen

"Rapunzel!?" I heard mommy gasp, i looked up and saw her and daddy smiling brightly, Eugene finished wrapping my feet up and stood up, daddy ran up, picked me up and hugged me with mommy "you're home! i can't believe it!" she cried

"I miss you!" i cried, they looked at me and observed my hair

"What happened to your hair?" she played with it and its longness, it had reached to my knees since the last time i cut it... it was a pixie cut before i got kidnapped

"I don't know... but do you like it?" i asked shyly, they both kissed my cheek

"Yeah, but we love that we know your alive even more" daddy cried, i hugged them again

"Excuse me?" Eugene called, we looked down at him, he faced daddy "i would like to ask your daughters hand in marriage" he asked confidently with a straight back, my parents blinked

"Um... who are you?" daddy asked

"I am Eugene Fitzherbert! the only son of the Fitzherbert family has!" my parents looked at each other surprised

"He was the one who rescued me from a bad lady that kidnapped me..." i told them shyly, they looked at me shocked and went to tell a guard, The guards started talking to Eugene on where he found me, after he told them, they went running

"Sir? ma'am?" he called still waiting for an answer, my parents smiled and gently placed me on the floor, i slowly walked to Eugene while he helped me

"Well mister Fitzherbert, i think that'll be a problem" mommy giggled, we looked at her confused, why is she giggling? "Because its been decided at when the time was right... when you two were to get older, you would be in a arranged marriage"

"Whats that mean?" Merida asked, what did that mean?

"It means that we had planned for you to get married in the future anyways"

"So i can marry her?!" Eugene brightly smiled

"Yes but when you get older" mommy giggled, Eugene hugged me happily, i did the same. him, Merida, and i became really close, so close that they decided to let me meet their best friends, we were on the way to a boy named Jack Frost's home to meet him and a boy named Hiccup

I met Hiccup and he was a cool boy, but my friends told me that Jack refuse to come out of his room ever since a terrible accident, i knocked on his door shyly

"Hello?" i called, my friends watched me, it was kinda cold when i stood near his door, there was no answer "I'm Rapunzel, nice to meet you..."

"Hi..." i heard him, i was actually surprised to actually hear him say something, and apparently so was my friends

"why wont you come out?" i didn't hear an answer, i opened my purse and took out a chocolate bar "do you want some Chocolate?" i asked while sliding it under his door, i can hear him eat it

It was years later till he turned 13 and i was 12 that he finally decided to come out his room, he looked horrible! and he smelled of dry blood from old cuts, my friends helped him clean up quietly, i stared in silence, his hair was white and he had bad bags under his eyes as if he hasn't slept for days, or years

He started to open up again, i gained a new friend and discovered his beautiful gift of making snowflakes from his hands!

One day, he found a thrown away newspaper and started reading about his families death, he snapped and locked himself in his room again and heard a loud shouting, we all ran over

"Jack! Jack!" Eugene pound on his door, there was a loud thump, we started to get worried! after repeatingly slamming on the door, it finally broke and we saw a terrible sight...

A maid named Cindy cleaned his wounds after he woke up and just stared at the ceiling with no expression "Jack... let it go" Hiccup frowned

"Okay, I'm done fixing the wounds, it might take several days for him to stand right, try not to sit up, okay?" she told Jack, he blinked as a response and she left the room leaving us by ourselves

"Let us help you feel better" Merida frowned

"Nothing can make me feel better" Jack said, i walked up to him shyly

"May i try?" i asked, everyone looked at me curiously, even Jack. i sat next to him and helped him sit up "please don't freak out when i do this.." he blinked confused, i ripped off the bandaid that was on his hand and put a drop of water on a large deep cut

"What are you doing?" he asked, i sighed nervously and carefully wrapped my hair around it

"What are you doing Punzie?" Merida asked, i look a deep breath

"The water will absorb to all his body" i explained, closed my eyes and started to sing "Flower gleam and glow... let your power shine..." my hair started glowing "make the clock reverse, bring back what once was mine..." i heard amazed gasps "heal that has been hurt, change the fates design, save what has been lost... being back what once was mine" i opened my eyes and saw Jack's eyes wide "what once was mine" i finished and took off my hair from his hand, he looked at it and his body wide eyed, i walked and hugged Eugene... please don't judge my hair every one, it started to snow inside, i looked back at Jack, he had an amazed smile while touching his neck looking down

"Your healed all over!" Hiccup gasped amazed

"Yeah... i guess i am" he smiled while looking at his hands then looked at me

"Thanks Punzie" i giggled

"No problem!" i nodded

I looked at my friends frowning at me, they didn't know about Gothel and what she did with me... thank goodness that shes locked up but still... i always makes me to remember the past

"Rapunzel, we didn't know..." Hiccup frowned, i shook my head

"I didn't want you too, i just wanted to put all that aside and be happy with you all... but to be honest" i thought to myself "the worse life besides yours i think has so far is Elsa" Jack stood up and faced me, why did i just randomly thought of her?

"How?"

"Uh.." i started rubbing my arm nervously "since you know shes a shut-in"

"why was she a shut in?" Eugene asked, i nodded

"Shes been one for 10 years..." the room started to get colder, Jack had a shock face, oh no... he stood up and faced me while holding my shoulders

"10 years!? why that long?!" he asked, i frowned and looked down

"I don't know... My aunt and uncle never told my parents why... it was a secret from even Anna" he ran his hand in his hair "but shes out! so don't panic!" I'm trying not to get him to snap again, he groaned and flopped on his bed

"Can i be alone?" my friends and I looked at each other

"Will you be okay?" Merida asked, Jack nodded, and with that... we left
