9 Death Will Come
Pitch's POV
Ugh. Why can't I go and kill Jack Frost? Wait, I know, I need more people. Who should I pick.......... oh! I know, I'll get these people.
I fly over some place called Corona, I think to the place where a young girl that was kidnapped lived with her kidnapper. The kidnapper, was a woman. The exact woman I needed. As I grew nearer to the tower, the now gray cloak at the bottom of that tower rose up, and formed the shape of a woman. I flew down to her and she looked up when she heard me, I guess? I don't know. But, I do know how to make her do what I want.
"Well, well, well. Isn't this a fine surprise indeed. The infamous child-napper. Also known as," I paused, an evil smile grew onto my face as she looked at me. "Mother. Gothel."
Gothel drew her cloak back, showing me a smirk in return. "Hello, Pitch Black. I don't think I've had the pleasure of meeting you." I laughed. "You have nice manners for an evil-doer." I continued. "I need your help. And after you help me, I will grant you eternal life. I've heard your story before so I know how much you love to live forever."
"So I do. What do you need?" Gothel asked, clearly interested in my offer.
"First, we are going to revive Drago Bludvist, the dragon master, then go and free the Stabbington brothers from Corona's prison, then shall we revive Mord'u, one of the four brothers of a once striving kingdom.
"After which, we will go and revive another, and his name is just Hans. He is- or was- the prince of the Southern Isles, near a place called Arendale. If you join me, I will tell the rest later. So," I paused again, letting her settle the information in. "What, is your answer?"
"I will do it. Though, one thing."
"And what is that?" I ask.
"When we pass Corona, I get to kill Princess Rapunzel, who I imagine is queen now, and her so called, 'lover.'"
I nod in response. "Let us begin."
Kristoff's POV
"What?!?" Anna shouts in surprise once Jack and Elsa tell us the news. I'm right beside her and the baby, which we named Evelyn.
"It's true. I just got the same vision about the time that Elsa did." North replied. Apparently, Pitch is now going to kill four people, who will turn into Guardians about a day later if we don't succeed in saving them. Manny's promise, not mine. And that day, is tomorrow. Right now we're discussing our plans on what to do.
"Anna will stay here, with Kristoff and Olaf to keep her company besides Evelyn. The rest of us will try to stop Pitch from killing these other four. If we don't succeed, well, at least they'll help us in defeating Pitch once and for all!" Elsa cheered, raising her fist in the air. We all cheered, silently though, mostly because Evelyn was sleeping.
Soon the others had set off, so now it was just me, Anna, Olaf, and Evelyn here at North's Workshop.
"Do you think they can make it?" Anna asked me, her face had worry all over it.
"I don't know, Anna." I replied. Hopefully they'll make it.
Rapunzel's POV
Run. That's all I can do if I want to survive. I can hear their footsteps behind me. I look back, the shadow of the person is plastered on the wall. I run faster. I know who it is. That's why I'm running. How did this happen, you ask? Well, let me show you.
-Flashback-
"C'mon, Eugene!" I laugh, dragging him throughout the indoor garden. I nearly tripped, but I managed to keep myself up.
"Alright, I'm coming!" He laughs, allowing himself to be dragged by me.
"We're here!" I shout. I had dragged him to a secret room which I had put together for him on his birthday.
"Rapunzel, this is... it's amazing." He was nearly speechless. I had found another magical flower, the same kind as my mother had been fed to cure her, which gave me my powers. The greatest thing about that discovery, was that another flower, though very hard to find, was found planted right next to this flower. It was the darkest blue you could ever see. It had the exact shape as the healing flower. We hadn't figured out the power yet.
"I know. Both took forever to find." I said, holding his hand and resting my head on his shoulder. "Which one do you want?" His head jerks in my dirention.
"Really?" He asked. I nodded.
"Then I'll take this one." He pointed to the dark flower. I smiled.
"Figured you would do that. I'm going to have the other one." I said.
"When do we get to try them out?" Eugene asked.
"Now, if you'd like."
"Now."
-End-
Eugene and I had taken both flowers and made them into a tea and drank it. It worked, and he had gotten the power of invisibility, and I had gotten back my healing powers back. That was yesterday. Today, was different. Gothel was somehow resurrected and she planned to kill me and take the Stabbington brothers from my prison. She had already taken Eugene's life. Then she stepped on Pascal. Perposely. Tears streamed down my face and covered the others I've sheded as I remember the painful memory. As I run, I can hear her cackling from the alleyway. I take a right, then a left. I face a dead end. "No," I whisper, stopping. Slowly I turn around, afraid of what I'm going to see. There, ten feet away from me, is her. Mother Gothel.
"Please," I beg. "Don't do this. Please don't kill me. I can make you live forever just don't kill me."
All she does is laughs. "Oh, and why should I listen to you?" She asked. Before I can answer she says, "I don't care on what you say. I'm just going to kill you, and make sure you're dead!" She approaches me, and all I do is stand there, silently crying.
"Die," She says, just before she slams the knife into my stomach. I fall down, clutching my stomach as Gothel squats next to me. She then raises it again, then brings it down onto another part of my abdomen.
Just before I black out, I see her walking away, laughing evilly before she disappears from view.
"Goodbye," I whisper.
Hiccup's POV
"C'mon, Toothless!" I shouted. We had to get away. Drago was back he wasn't supposed to be.
We had been flying when we saw him the first time today. He was on this black substance that looked like sand. Then this other guy came along.
"We have to get out of here!"
Another burst of fire was heading at us. We managed to dodge it just in time. Toothless and I had managed to escape the fire that was set on Berk, many parished in the flames. Astrid and my other friends were some of those people. I'm too rapped up in my thoughts that I don't notice the newest fireball coming at us. The impact threw me off of Toothless and in an instant we were falling out of the sky. Toothless didn't look like he was breathing.
"TOOTHLESS!!!" I shouted. He didn't move. As we fall I kicked over to him in the air and hold on. We were headed full speed at the spiked rocks in the middle of the ocean.
"I love you bud," I said. That was the last thing I did.
Merida's POV
"Mord'u," I muttered under my breath. "It had to be you." I crane my head up to see all of him. In the flesh, I thought. Knowing him, I fired an arrow before he could attack. He deflected the arrow with his paw. My eyes widen. His other paw swiped out and for a second I didn't know what that did. Then I look down. "My bow!" I cried. It was split in half, even the sring. I took out my sword. Mord'u's claws broke the sword and I only held the handle.
"That's not good." I said, staring at it in fear. Mord'u let out a roar and immediately I started running through the forest. If you were me, you'd definetly be afraid.
My castle was just in view, if I could just get to Angus then I could ride off. Unfortunately, he ran off as I run out of the forest. I stop.
"Great. Just great."
Growling was heard behind me. I whip around, and in the process I look for a possible weapon. None.
I back up, afraid of what he was going to do. I stumbled on a rock and fell down onto the hard ground. My face had all my fear on it. He gave one last swipe, and that was to my chest. I could tell the cuts were deep, cause I felt how deep they were on the inside. I coughed up blood, and every breath I take hurt like crap. I was hurting all over, I started seeing spots, everything I did ended up in pain. Mord'u had left after I had laid flat on my back in a bloody mess.
"Goodbye, cruel world." I muttered bitterly. Then my sight went white.
Elsa's POV
Jack and I are flying over the forests of DunBroch in search of Princess Merida, who supposedly was hunting in that forest. The sun was just getting rising, we moments left.
"Land here?" Jack asks. I nod.
A short while later, we touch down, and as we do, broken and bent wood was seen lying on the ground, as if thrown down in a hurry. I gasped as I examined it closer. It was the remains of a bow.
"It might be too late," Jack said once he saw what I saw. I didn't respond. As I looked back up, I could see footprints, bear footprints, and apparently what was left of a sword.
"Bear prints, broken bow and sword, what next?" I muttered. "C'mon," I motioned Jack, and we hurriedly ran through the forest, avoiding broken branches and tipped trees as we wen follow the footprints. As we run I could see a clearing up ahead and run faster.
We emerge from the forest, only to see a red haired girl lying on the ground, with scratch marks on her chest. He eyes were open and lifeless when I crouched down next to her.
"No," we both said. Tears formed in my eyes. We hadn't made it in time for her.
"At least Manny will resurrect them to help us."
I look back at Jack, he looked as heartbroken as I am. Slowly I stand up and walk towards him. I wrap my arms around him while he stared in surprise. A moment later he wrapped his arms around me, and we shared our grief. Yeah, I thought, at least they could live again.
