Elsa's POV

And so there goes another day without talking to Jack. It felt awful! I wanted to talk to him, but it would just be so awkward. It's Saturday today, so I woke up late. I just lied in bed the whole morning, not knowing what to do. I got up and walked to my table. I stared at the bouquet of flowers made of ice that Jack gave me when he asked me to be his girlfriend. I kept the flowers in a vase made of ice as well. Neither of them melted, I smiled to myself.

"Elsa!" Olaf cane running in. "Good morning! Do come out for breakfast!"

I smiled at him and I made my bed as went out. I saw Anna sheepishly eating her cereal. "Morning Elsa." Anna said softly. "Morning." I said and sat down to eat breakfast.

"So, when are you gonna talk to Jack?" Anna asked me, again. She's been asking me this question over and over again literally 24/7.

"I don't know." I rolled my eyes, annoyed.

I hurriedly finished my breakfast and took a shower. I got a text from Jack after I got dressed. 'There's a fireworks display later this evening, wanna come?" It said. Well finally he text me! "Sure. What time?" I sent the text. "I'll come to your place by 6." Jack replied.

Yes yes yes! I dived into my bed. Well finally something's happening! I was so happy that I let out a cheer. "Finally someone looks happy!" I saw Anna at the door. "What's the news?" She said as she walked to me.

"Can't tell you that." I teased as I hid my phone.

"Is it about Jack? Tell me it is!" Anna squealed.

"Maybe?" I joked.

"Are you two getting back together? Yes? Yes? Yes?! Tell me it's a yes!" Anna said, smiling.

"Anna... Seriously." I groaned.

*Time skip*

It was close to 6 and I got changed into some nicer clothes. I walked to the door and was about to open it but the door opened itself, revealing it to be Jack. "You ready?" Jack asked and I nodded. Jack led me to his car and he opened the door for me, acting like a gentleman. "Thank you." I muttered. We both got into the car and Jack drove off without a word.

The drive was all that awkward silence again. Jack cleared his throat. "You look nice." He complimented. "Thanks." I said. I leaned my head on the window. "Where are we going?" I asked since we have been driving for about 20 minutes.

"To a fireworks display." Jack simply replied.

"Yeah, but where?" I asked him to be more specific.

"Your question shall be remained unanswered." Jack chuckled.

I got annoyed as I leaned back. About another 10 minutes, Jack stopped his car at the seashore. "The beach?" I asked, surprised.

"Yes." Jack said as he got out of the car and opened the door for me.

Jack held my hand and we took a stroll along the beach. "Is the fireworks display gonna be here?" I asked.

"Yes." Jack replied.

A few more minutes and it was dark. "Elsa this way." Jack said as he walked to a bench. There were a lot of people there, waiting for the fireworks display I guess.

"It should start somewhere about here and now." Jack said. As if it was on cue, the fireworks display started. It was beautiful. There were all kinds of colours. Red, green, yellow, you name it.

"Wow." I said as I stared in awe. Then the fireworks stopped. Everyone clapped and cheered. All of a sudden, one more firework appeared.

I noticed that it was forming words. I read my name followed by this:

Elsa Arens, will you go to the Winter Formal with me?

I kept staring at it, rereading it over and over again. "So, will you?" I heard Jack ask beside me. "YES OF COURSE!" I said loudly. I hugged and kissed him on the cheek. He was grinning ear to ear. Everyone "awwed" behind us. We both blushed and Jack led me back to his car.

"Jack, where did you get the money to do that?" I asked him curiously.

"I got some savings, ya know." Jack chuckled.

"You could have asked me in a simpler way, I would have still said yes. No need to use your money." I scolded him.

"I wanted it to be special. Besides, I had to make it up to you on what happened the past few days. It's also both of our first dance and I want to make it memorable." Jack replied.

"I'm not that special." I giggled.

"You're special and don't even question it, my lovely ice queen." Jack stroked my hair.

We drove home, the good news is that there was no more awkward silence. "So, we're good?" Jack asked. "Yes." I smiled as I held his hand.

"Goodnight Elsa." Jack kissed my hand.

"Goodnight." I blushed.

I walked into the house and saw Anna was sitting on the couch watching a movie. "Elsa! You're back!" Anna greeted me. "Where have you been?"

"Oh I was with... Jack." I smiled.

Anna gasped in excitement. "Are you two together again?!" Anna squealed.

"Yes Anna." I giggled.

"Jelsa is alive once again! Jelsa is alive once again!" Anna jumped around in excitement.

"Calm down Anna." I laughed at her. "You're gonna wake up mom and dad if you're this noisy."

"Oh! Ok!" Anna whispered and winked at me.

"I don't know about you-"

"But I'm feeling 22!" Anna cut in, singing.

"No, I'm feeling tired and I want to sleep." I chuckled.

"Yeah yeah ok." Anna said as she turned back to her movie.
