Jack's POV

I woke up, shocked. I had another one of those dreams where I can remember my past. This time, I dreamed, or I could say remembered, my childhood time with Tina. We seemed to be playing happily, like best friends. I saw a younger me and a younger her.

Looks like Tina wasn't lying when she said that she was my childhood friend, I just didn't believe it. Of course, after so long she lied to me, it was hard to believe some truth from her. Oh well, who cares? I quickly got changed and washed my face.

I did my same routine, and that was to go to Elsa. On my way I bumped into Tina. "Oh, it's you." I crossed my arms. I was just about to go when Tina grabbed my hand. "Long time no see." She smiled sweetly.

"Yeah yeah whatever." I shrugged. "I'm in a hurry."

"Can I talk to you?"

"You are already talking to me."

"Can we be friends again? "

"Are you deaf or you can't remember what I said the other day? NO."

"Come on, we can start fresh."

"No thanks, I already have a new girlfriend. She's far better than you."

"Everyone's different."

"I know that, so?"

"Just because Elsa's prettier doesn't mean you should choose her to be a girlfriend."

"Then what, I should choose you instead? In your dreams! Plus, I don't like Elsa just because of her looks, I like her just the way she is, unlike you."

"Come on Jack, we can turn this around."

"NO."

"Why not? Come on."

"Come on come on come on, is that all you can say?! Come on, get out of my way!"

I pushed Tina away and ran to Elsa's dorm. She just came out and I approached her. "Elsa!" I hugged her tight.

"When I saw you weren't at the door, I thought you would finally stop all this, guess not." Elsa said sternly.

"I got held up, but I promised you I would do this every morning!" I replied.

Elsa smiled at me as Punzie and Merida came to us. "Hey lovebirds." Punzie chuckled, making Elsa blush a little. I held Elsa's hand tight and walked off to class. We took out seats and I just stared at her, again.

"Is this something you will do everyday? Staring at me non stop." Elsa pushed me playfully.

"I already told you before, I can help it." I smiled widely.

Our teacher came in with a stack of papers. What were those for? I wondered. "Class, there will be a surprise test today." Mrs Rose announced.

"Wait wait wait, what?!" Merida exclaimed.

"I barely studied!" Engene said.

I sat there with my jaw open. A surprise test?! WHAT?! I hate those kind of stuff. "I am so dead." I muttered.

"It's not that bad." Elsa turned to me.

"Well maybe for you. I don't study." I replied.

*Time skip*

"Oh man, I think I failed. Do you think I failed? Yeah, I definitely failed. Was I the only one that failed? Oh no, that would be embarrassing. Wait, what am I even talking about? I never cared about my grades, I don't care what anyone says about me. But then again, I did fail...."

Elsa placed her finger on my lips. "Enough already, Jack."

"But I-"

"Jack, stop it already, if you failed means you failed, I was pretty much the same." Eugene hurriedly cut in.

"That was such an easy test, how could you possibly fail?!" Hiccup exclaimed.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, we all know you're smart." Merida punched Hiccup.

"It was HARD!" Punzie shouted. "What kind of a surprise test was that?!"

Elsa grabbed hold of me and shook me hard. "It's ok Jack, if you failed means you failed. There's still a next time?" You can score better. Just study even if you don't like it."

"Ok, I'll listen to my ice queen." I stroked Elsa's hair. "But then again, there's no way I can study." I stared at my books as I flipped to a random page.

"Test, test, test, I hate tests!" Merida groaned.

"Who likes tests anyway?!" Eugene added and turned to Hiccup. "Do YOU like them?!"

"No, I don't. But I do like it when I get a good grade." Hiccup crossed his arms.

"Oh come on, you always get good grades." Elsa giggled.

"Damn true about that!" Punzie said.

I shut my books loudly, starling everyone. "What? Never seen someone closing a book?"

"Not without giving all of us that kind of reaction." Elsa clapped her hands on my cheeks.

"It's just books! Books that I hate." I snapped.
