   Hello I'm Thomas and having a transgender boyfriend is difficult and he needs a lot of care such as the day when I figured out why he was acting weird. It feels like just yesterday

*flash back*

  I woke up to the sound of my sweet James crying, "Thomasssss...."

"What Jemmy." I groaned as I woke up then he through a pillow at my face.

"THE FUCK DID YOU SAY TO ME!"

I coward down and said it less groggily, "Yeah baby, what's wrong?"

All of the sudden James started crying so I hugged him and offered to cuddle. He cried into my chest and said, "Tommy, I have stomach cramp and it hurts."

  I broke a sweat, "Can you help me figure out why you have a stomach cramp."

"Because I'm bleeding!"

"Oh, that..."

James just held onto my waist and wiped his tears then I kissed his face. "It's gonna be okay baby, just sit here and eat some chocolate while I go out to the store so I can come home and cook you something, does that sound good."

"Can you please get me some pads to..."

"Jamesssss."

"Please Tommy, for me~?" He gave me those adorable eyes and I sighed then nodded, "What size?"

"Whatever size you think I fit you've seen me naked before!"

"Okay, medium, got it..." I gave him a box of chocolates from the kitchen and kissed his forehead. Then left.

  When I made it to the store I got weird looks from people, I was wondering why until I noticed.

"Oh right....the pads are in my basket." I rushed into the line then rushed out of the store and went back home to where I saw James curled up on the couch watching movies, he looked so small and helpless it was cute.

  I presented him with the pads and he rushed off into the bathroom while I started preparing breakfast.

   Once I was in the middle of cooking every thing James came and hugged my waist, "You're the best Tommy!"

  He kissed me and got under the covers again while I finished the food.

  Once it was done and we were both eating, James leaned into my ear and said, "Lets have a baby."

I spit out my water in shock.
