James' P.O.V

I came from a family that told me to stay away from the dogs....they were called wolves but my family called them dogs which must've been offensive to their kind. I bet your wondering then what am I? Well I am a cat, a wild cat.

I have black fur and brown eyes, one day I went out the river to get food for myself for now my family said that it was my time to leave the burrow. As I was catching fish I saw something terrifying.

A wolf.....I turned into my human form so the wild animal will leave me alone. But it didn't it came across the river. All I could see was it's purple eyes and it's sharp teeth. I was paralyzed it then sniffed me then it...I mean he also turned into his human form.

We stared at each other for a while challenging each other to blink first. When I saw that he was about to blink he pressed his lips against mine. I hissed, "The hell!"

He purred and kissed my cheek, "I like you, you elegant little cat."

"No, my family told me to stay away from wolves."

"I won't eat you, I promise."

"Really?"

He nodded then we stood up together examining each other. After that we talked to each other and it turns out he likes fish to. We also both liked chasing birds.

Even if we are best friends now I still feel like we are so forbidden to see each other. I'm not allowed to go on his pack's territory and he's not allowed in the burrow. For a long time I thought cats were beautiful, elegant, and smart but we can be untrustworthy, unloyalw, and vicious.....

It's been a few months since I've been privately seeing Thomas. It turned out that instead of being his best friend....I wanted to be with him for a very long time.

As we were in a near by meadow smelling flowers and taking in the nice breeze he kissed me then I looked at his adorable face and kissed his lips.

We did something.....

Something, something we couldn't reverse.....we created something that goes against the laws of nature.

I had a fight with my family because they found out I was pregnant. I then left home and met up with Thomas then we ran away together....

"I love you James."

"I love you to Thomas." I said curling up next to him under the stars. I cried into his chest happily, "You're the only one who gets me."

"I feel the same way about you."
