Katelyn was dead tired. There had been a disastrous storm and many of the village was destroyed. Everyone had to work non-stop for a week before everything was back to normal. She plopped onto her bed and fell asleep.

--In Katelyn's 'Dreams'--

Katelyn looked around shocked.

"Th-This place! It's so familiar!" Katelyn said to herself shocked. She looked around. This was where me and Jeffory first met! Katelyn thought shocked. It was in a dense forest. Katelyn had joined the Jury to keep her family from dieing. Everything that she was doing and was going to do hit her emotionally so hard that she had ran into the forest crying. There was this big tree she had leaned on and met Jeffory. The big tree was right in front of her.

"Katelyn?" A voice called. Katelyn jumped slightly and her jaw dropped. It was Jeffory. As in, Jeffory the Golden Heart!

"Jeffory!? Jeffory! Is it really you?! Am I dreaming?" Katelyn said the last part almost to herself. Jeffory looked at her softly.

"I'm not sure. But I seem to be able to interact with you..." Jeffory said in a silly voice. Katelyn felt tears coming. Is this real? It seems like it is... Katelyn thought. Jeffory walked up to her.

"Where are you?!" Katelyn asked out of sudden emotion. Everything was flying past her and in her she felt herself being conflicted.

"In the Nether... I'm supposed to be asleep... Are you?" Jeffory asked curiously. Katelyn looked at him with shock.

"Th-The Nether?! Jeffory?! Are you a Shadow Knight?!" Katelyn asked horrified. She knew few Shadow Knights are good. Like Laurance, Vylad, and Vincent. But it was none the less shocking. Jeffory was silent a while and nodded.

"Yes I'm a Shadow Knight. But I would never do anything they did Katelyn!" Jeffory exclaimed.

"I know Jeffory. I know a few good Shadow Knights. But... How long have you been there?!" Katelyn asked.

"Over 15 years..." Jeffory said silently. Katelyn's eyes widened in shock.

"15 years?!" Katelyn said in astonishment. "That's horrible Jeffory!" Katelyn said with a mix of emotion. Jeffory stared at his feet awkwardly.

"I know. But... But I keep I never became a full Shadow Knight..." Jeffory said sucking his breath. "I kept thinking about Abby... And you." Jeffory said silently. Everything was flying everywhere Katelyn found herself crying. She felt two arms wrap around her comfortably. Katelyn looked up and saw Jeffory's soft face. I miss him so much... Katelyn thought feeling a tear fall down her face. Jeffory took one hand and wiped away Katelyn's tears.

"Don't cry Katelyn. You're beautiful smiling..." He said smiling softly. Katelyn felt herself go red and buried her face on Jeffory's chest.

After a while, there was a clock sound and Katelyn felt herself wake up. Her face was tear stained. Katelyn wiped her tears and saw Aphmau looking at her.

"Katelyn?! Where have you been? You just disappeared! We were all so worried!" Aphmau exclaims loudly. Katelyn was silent. She didn't know what to say. Katelyn was silent. Aphmau looked at her patiently. She's not going with out an answer, Katelyn thought glummly. Katelyn sucked in a breath and tried to calm herself down. She still felt like crying after seeing Jeffory. He's been a Shadow Knight for 15 years! He's been in the Nether for 15 years! Katelyn screamed in her head. Aphmau looked at Katelyn more concerned than ever.

"Katelyn?! What happen?!" Aphmau asked grabbing Katelyn by the shoulders. Katelyn was shocked and stared Aphmau in the eyes. Aphmau stopped and calmed down. "I'm sorry Katelyn... I just got too worried there." Aphmau admitted staring at her feet.

"I-Its okay Aphmau... Remember when you had dreams about Garroth and magically left?" Katelyn asked. She realized this would make it, less words. Katelyn didn't feel like talking. Aphmau nodded slowly.

"Yes. Go on."

Katelyn sighed heavily feeling tears in her eyes.

"I think the same thing is happening with me... with Jeffory." Katelyn felt tears roll down her eyes and she choked on a sob. Aphmau hugged Katelyn.

"It's alright Katelyn. We can talk about this later... You can have some time to yourself... I know it's really hard to see someone you care about you can't reach." Aphmau replied as she got up. Katelyn nodded and lay back on her bed. She didn't care if she seemed weak. Katelyn could trust Aphmau. But she wasn't sure she liked it, but oh well. Katelyn fell into a troubling sleep.

Will I ever see you again, Jeffory?
