Katelyn's POV
I tighten the claws on my hands, the footsteps above us echoing through my dark little cave. I step towards the granite table, Jeffory following behind me in silence, and I hear voices whispering next to the table. "Who's there?." I ask while both me in Jeffory get in a fighting position. "Katelyn?!" A guy says as he steps out from behind the table. "Wait a second... MASON?!?!" I practically yell while hugging him. I hear a little growl from Jeffory, and I chuckle under my breath. Boys and their jealousy.. "Katelyn, it's great to see you again... Steven and Joslyn are here also!!" Mason exclaims as the two figures pop up from under the table. Jeffory stands there in utter shock, seeing his once dead sister, living and breathing in front of his eyes. "Joslyn?!?" Jeffory asks, tears literally forming in his eyes. Joslyn just stares at him while smiling, and she hugs him. I smile at the sibling relationship, almost forgetting we're all about to die. Don't think that Katelyn, you're the strongest person you know. Besides Jeffory anyways.. "So Katelyn... It's been a decade, how have you been?" Mason asks me as his red face shines perfectly in the darkness. I forgot he has a crush on me. "Things are going well... You've changed since I've last seen you all!" I say as Mason and Steven beam at me. "Not that much... Well... We're not as annoying anymore." Steven says which makes me giggle a little. Why am I giggling?! I'm a freaking man- actually woman, but still... I'm not one of those typical girly-girls. "Well... You may be older, but you guys will never stop being annoying.." I say as they both swivel their eyebrow's in an attractive way. "See... Still the typical cute annoying Steven and Mason.." I say slightly amused by how much their personalities haven't changed.

Jeffory's POV
"Okay, enough flirting around, we're in battle." I say, pretty much ending their friendly conversation. Mason slightly growls, and Katelyn looks at me while chuckling. "You're just jealous I don't flirt with you.." Katelyn whispers to me as I roll my eyes. I pick up my sword, my sister smiling at me while she winks. I wink back at her, and then say "We don't have many people for this fight, but we all are probably pretty good at self defense and all that stuff." Katelyn smiles at me while nodding, and everyone else just nods silently. "You really think we're just gonna watch you fight?.." A male voice says, out in the complete darkness. I tighten the grip on my sword, and a bunch of people come out of the darkness into the very little amount of light. "Justin?!" I ask partially happy, partially confused. "Hey Jeffory." Justin says as he fist bumps me. "You guys are helping?" I ask as he nods, not hesitating I risk his life, along with the many other people. "You're insane." I say while chuckling. "Werewolves do what they gotta do, plus, you've got a pretty cute sister." Justin says as Joslyn rolls her eyes, literally ignoring the compliment. "You're awesome. Let's get planning." I say as the whole crowd of people nod.

(One Hour Later)

Katelyn's POV
Well... That plan failed miserably. Right now our entire group is being held by Demons, being taken to The Demon Warlock. "Katelyn... We'll make it out of this.." Jeffory whispers to me comfortably as he gets cut by one of the Demon's swords. I jerk in the Demon's arms that are holding me, but it makes no use. Jeffory is right beside me, trying to hold in the blood on his face, but it just drizzles out. We go inside the college, feeling like being cut as we walk inside the doors. I turn to look over my shoulder, seeing Justin trying to turn into a full werewolf, but the Demon's are too powerful. I look to my left, and Steven is fully knocked out with blood dripping from his neck. In front of me is Joslyn and Mason, both of them pretty damaged. I put my head down, wishing to wake up from this horrible nightmare, but the Demon holding me jerks it up, and I just stare into The Demon Warlock's eyes. "Katelyn Katelyn Katelyn...  We could make you a Destrey if you just married Jeffory, he'd be a great example." The Demon Warlock says as Jeffory just keeps his head down. Jeffory betrayed me?!? I slightly glance towards Jeffory's direction, my heart slowly breaking into a million pieces. "Oh... Did you think my nephew was actually a good man?.. Well... You thought wrong, didn't you." The Demon Warlock says as he picks up his sword. I just stand there, silent, all the good memories of me and Jeffory drifting away from my mind. I should've just left him in high school. I would've never been in this mess if I just ignored about that once amazing relationship. The Demon Warlock just stares at me with pride, and I look him straight in the eyes, wanting to end him now. "Don't worry... Joslyn is here too, another traitor to you." The Demon Warlock says as Joslyn gets chucked up in front of The Demon Warlock. "Joslyn.... My beloved niece, coming to die yet again.." The Demon Warlock says as he grips his sword tightly. Joslyn stands up, probably not afraid to die again.

Aphmau's POV
"LET HIM GO, TAKE ME." I yell, hoping that I save Aaron and Dalton's life just to end mine. The Demon holding Aaron smirks, and he comes towards me while putting Aaron back into handcuffs. He takes off my handcuffs, but Aaron says "Aphmau, no." "I can't watch you die... Aphmau I.. Love you." Aaron says as my face turns red, and the Demon places me on the ground in front of him. The Demon pulls out his sword, and I hear handcuffs being thrown onto the floor. "Do you ever think I'd let you touch her?.." Aaron questions as he kills the Demon with his wolf like skills. I look up, expecting to see a sword coming closer to me, but Aaron just smiles at me. I smile back, relieved that I'm still alive. "Did you mean that?.." I ask as Aaron helps me stand up. "Of course... Who can't love you?.." Aaron says as I look down at the ground, not wanting him to see my exploding red face. "I-I love you too.." I mumble as Aaron chuckles. Crap, he heard. "Good, because I think parents are usually with their children almost all the time." Aaron says as I hear crying from the other room. Dalton!! "Hurry." I say as we both sprint out of the room.

Hey guys!! That was Chapter 12, what do you think?!

Jeffory: No, not again, please not again.

Katelyn: He betrayed me?!?! After all this time, and I thought he actually loved me?!?! I'm an idiot. 😥

Aphmau: He's lying, there is absolutely nothing that Aaron could like about me.

Aaron: Actually... You're all I needed this entire time.
