The first time you opened your eyes in the morning, you smelled smoke. And an instant thought of the house getting burned raced to your mind. You jumped up, swinging the door open and looking around. But there was no fire. And you checked their rooms, they weren't there. You dash through the stairs and went to the kitchen, where you found the Creepypastas fanning the smoke. You cover your nose and mouth, coughing rather loudly. Jeff turned around and took you in his arms as your face got smashed in his jacket. You smelled the smoke in his jacket and coughed, pushing him off slightly. He took you outside, with your hand in his.

You cough again. "What... the heck happened?"

He coughed back, sighing. "Savannah tried to cook for Theo and failed."

You laugh this time. It was cute and sweet for Savannah to try and cook for Theo. Jeff looked at you, rolling his eyes with a smile. Because, yes, it was cute too, for Jeff. The two of you stayed outside for a while, until the smoke was gone. It was gone in a hurry because of Sonic, dashing everywhere the house, careful not to break anything. You two went inside and saw Savannah with drooped ears and tail as she slumped in her seat.

You look at Jeff and he smiles. "Cheer her up for me, will ya?"

You smile back, thankfully. He nodded and went to a mad Slenderman, hopefully not furious, as he argued with Theo. And lately, Slenderman's been going on and off with his temper. And the Creepypastas didn't know why, why such things would bother him and would constantly be annoyed of. Jeff grabbed a tendril, making Slenderman looked back and Jeff could already feel a frown on the man's face...if he wasn't faceless.

"Jeff." Slenderman hissed.

Jeff chuckled. "Calm down, Slendy. It's alright. The house isn't burned and most of all," he smiled, "No one got hurt. Okay? So calm, dude. You're scaring us." Jeff let go of the tendril, feeling it go back to Slenderman. Slenderman sighed and looked at the worried faces of his proxies and the other creepypastas. "I'm sorry." He sighed--how the hell, Jeff thought--and he continued, "I've been... really stressed." Jeff smiled yet again, patting his back. "Dude, smile a little more..." Then he realized his mistake, "Or not..." There was an awkward silence.

Eyeless Jack broke the ice. "Pfft, oh my god! That has got to be the most hilarious thing you've ever said, Jeff!"

The others joined in and Jeff shrugged, smiling a little. "I try." Slenderman looked at him and Jeff thinks he was smiling.

"You're welcome, Slendy." Jeff voiced out, which made Slenderman chuckle. And after a little while, he disappeared, looking at Theo for one last time. Theo nodded, clutching his crutches tightly as he went to the living room, letting the Creepypastas do the work for the poor girl--cat. As he entered the living room, he could see Savannah's ears drooping and her tail, dropped. Theo chuckled. Sometimes, it was so cute to see Savannah sad, but he'd always feel guilty. And he is now, feeling guilty.

You looked up and smiled, leaving Savannah's side, but she whined, "Stay!!" And you laugh, making Theo chuckle too. Savannah looked back and saw Theo, making Theo smile and Savannah look away. The grip on your shirt was loosened and you quickly got away. You walked towards Theo, resting a hand on his shoulder as you grin.

"Cheer her up for us, will ya?" You said, repeating what Jeff had said.

Theo chuckled. "Sure."

You grin and went towards to Jeff. "Oh and Theo?"

He looked back, eyebrow raised. "Yes?"

You smirk. "Why don't you just confess?" You leave him dumbstruck and blushing. He fiddles with his crutches and almost lost his footing.

I can't believe what ________ just said. I feel my face heating up as I fiddle with my crutches and almost slipping. ________ grinned and winked at me, walking away as she hummed. Damn that girl--I can't do it. Then suddenly, before I could go to Savannah's side, a hand rested on my shoulder, making me jump. "Theo," I look back and saw Jeff, who was smiling-grinning, actually--at me. I sigh, somehow knowing he had heard what _______ said. Jeff patted me on the head. Ugh, if I wasn't using these crutches, I would've slapped his hand and glare at him. But so, I did glare at him. He cackled--which didn't help for my annoyance.

"Make a move."

My face heated up again. Jeff walked away, grinning and I think ________ and Jeff really would be nice together. And fucking cruel together, yeah. Someone pushed me, and I knew who it was, even if they were at my back. I could feel hundred of eyes staring at my back intently. I sigh because if I turned back the a creepypastas would kill me. I gathered up my courage and walked towards Savannah, who didn't notice I was coming after her--because she was continuing to sulk.

I sat beside her and she looked up. She looked more saddened right now. I sighed and let go of my crutches, placing them beside the couch. She frowns, but didn't say anything. Good. Before I could speak, though, I heard Slendy saying in my mind: Do not mess this up.

I grinned, but hid it from Savannah.

For a moment there I thought you'd say a bad word.

There was silence.

...Don't fucking mess this up....better?

I almost laughed, but Savannah was looking at me weirdly. I coughed and I heard Slenderman laughing. I glare at him at the corner of my eye, where he is, though. I look at Savannah and she was still frowning. I took her hand and she was confused. I smiled and her hand went to my shoulder, gripping it tightly. She tilts her head. "Are you okay?" I roll my eyes at her question. And she frowned again. I sigh and nodded. "Yup, I'm fine."

She sighs and smiles. "That's good."

I shook my head. "Not yet." My hand went up to her neck and grabbed it, closing the gap. I heard shouting from the background and I smiled with her lips on mine.

....I guess a kiss is okay.

I chuckled and she does, too.

After the kiss that had been shared, someone's stomach roared quite loudly. Everyone looked at Smile Dog. Smile Dog barked and Jeff ruffled his head, laughing. "Of course. We're hungry too." Slenderman appeared out of nowhere and nodded, ignoring Theo's grin towards him. Jeff looked at the tall guy, hands on his hips. "You think you can whip us breakfast fast enough for us not to eat each other, huh, Slendy?" You laughed and everybody joined. Some rolled their eyes at the stupidity--like Eyeless Jack. Jeff shot a smirk towards E.J. and E.J. scowled at him for such a joke.

Slenderman looked at Jeff. "What do you want? Bacon and eggs?"

E.J. shot a hand up. "I want kidneys!"

"I want a heart, hehe!"

"I want a hand...or the head."

"Wait, we're ordering up parts? Well, I want blood. I feel like a vampire."

Jeff looked at the others, somehow horrified. "________'s here."

You grin, uneasy. "It's okay...you guys are the Creepypastas."

The others looked at you and Slenderman sighed. "I don't want blood on the table, so better think up a human dish."

They all sighed, disappointed. "Bacon and eggs are fine." Jeff spoke out and everyone else agreed, grumbling. You smile, somehow thankful. Jeff looked at you with worried eyes, he clutched your arm. "You okay?" You smile and nodded. "Yeah. Don't worry." Smile Dog went in between you and you laugh. You crouch down and pet his head. "Hey, boy, what's your order?" Smile Dog barked. Jeff smiles. "Probably meat. Slendy knows best so we really don't have to say it, he knows the menu. An exception when you're here."

You nodded.

"Is it ready yet?"

"For a hundredth time, BEN, no!"

BEN sighed and slumped sadly. Laughing Jack's stomach roared. Sally was playing with Mr. Death. Jeff was busy with the TV. Eyeless Jack was reading. Smile Dog was beside Jeff, barking——probably hungry. Seedeater howled. Savannah was staring at Theo like a lovestruck high school girl and same for Theo but it seemed that nobody bothered to stop their staring contest. Everybody else... was hungry too, but making themselves busy. As for you, you were sitting on the couch, bored and hungry. Standing up, you stretched and felt Jeff looking at you. You smiled and he looked away, bashful. Your eyes showed amusement silently and went to the kitchen. Slendy was busy, using all his tendrils--because he's one hell of a multitasker. Slenderman spared a glance at you before going back to what he was doing.

You watched him as he cooked, hands and tendrils working together.

"You're really skilled at cooking, you know?" You blurted out and he stopped. You shift in your place, nervous you had said something to make him... mad. Slenderman glanced at you again and you felt like he was smiling. Probably. He nodded and you hear him muttering, "Thank you." Before going back to work, as usual. You smile and nodded. "Mind if I help? I had cooking lessons, don't worry." You added the last part, just to be sure and hoping to help him in any way.

He looked at you, somehow amused. "No, no," he said, "I'm fine. I can do this." Then he turns back to his work. "I can handle this. It's fine, dear." You hesitated, but nodded anyway, knowing Slenderman can handle it very well, you can already see it. He waved a hand absently, "Now go, Jeff's probably lonely." You felt your face heat up and you scrambled to get away from the kitchen as you heard laughing coming from him. He was smirking, you know it. Going back to the same spot you had seated on, Jeff looked at you in the corner of his eyes. "What happened there?" He asked and looked at the TV once more.

You shrugged, squaring your shoulders, before slumping them as you leaned into the soft couch. "Slendy making breakfast skillfully."

Jeff laughed. "He is skillfull. From killing to being a..." He inclined his head, thinking. "A....butler?"

"I heard that, Jeff!"

Jeff winced and you laugh, hard. BEN was chuckling, too and in a matter of seconds, almost all of the Creepypastas were laughing at Jeff. Jeff grumbled something before correcting, "A...father? A father! Happy?" There was a hum from the kitchen, a pleased one. Then, the next one, "I'm not that old." Jeff groaned when he heard a couple of laughter again. "Oh come on! What do you want me to say!" There wasn't any reply so the topic was dropped. You were dying of laughter after the topic dropped and Jeff was looking at you, frowning. "Not cool, _______."

You giggle. "Yes cool."

He grunted. "Whatever." He stared at you, smiling softly. You smiled back, beaming with teeth showing. He felt a sharp tinge hit his chest and he looked somehow hurt. Furrowing your eyebrows, you touch his shoulder, squeezing it with worry in your voice, "Hey, what's wrong?"

He shook his head, hoping to dismiss the feeling. "It's nothing...just a memory."

You nodded. He stood up tensely and said, "I'll be going to my room." You nodded again, still worried. He muttered silent words and you were curious what it was. He smiles weakly to you, somehow trying to reassure you it was all fine--whatever "it" is. Finally, he walked towards the chairs and walked up to his room silently. When he was out of sight, you sighed, muttering, "What's wrong with him?"

"Probably overwhelmed." You jumped at the voice, not knowing someone was listening to your conversation with yourself. You look back and saw Savannah smiling at you. "Why?" You ask. Savannah shrugged one shoulder and went to your side, sitting down. She turned to you, still smiling--her fangs showing. "Well..."

"Savannah!"

You two looked up and saw Theo--who was trying to climb down the stairs without any held whatsoever. Savannah grumbled but her tail was wagging ever so slightly that you smile softly at them. She got up and helped the poor boy go down the stairs. Without turning to you, they entered the kitchen once more. You were curious what Savannah would have said, but shrugged it off as you get up and walk upstairs.

You stopped at a door with a name carved onto it. 'Jeff'

"Jeff?" You muttered while calling out to him too.

"Yeah?" The voice behind the door answered. You frowned. "Are you okay?"

"Yeah...yeah, I am." You huff, crossing your arms with a pout. "Can you just open the door, Jeff?" You hissed, him getting on your nerves and you can faintly hear a sigh. "I heard that," you say as he opened the door on you. He frowns but you roll your eyes. "Jeff, what's going on?" He shakes his head quick. He smiles at you and rests his hands on your shoulders. "Nothing. Nothing is going on besides us talking and downstairs——I don't know."

You sigh. "Alright. That better be true." He nods and it looks like a promise.

"Breakfast's ready!" Someone called downstairs and you two looked back at the stairs. You grin and ran out of his arms. He ran after you and you two laughed.
