so all the four were coming close to their semesters, shishmeer planned not to interfere between preeran as they wanted them to confess their feelings on their own, preeta has already named her feelings as eternal love for karan while karan was still learning all sorts of feelings and discovering his long lost feelings with his love for preeta, he tried to name them but everytime his fear of losing preeta as his friend if she dosent return his feelings held back at the same time he wasnt sure whether he truly loved her.

all the four were hanging out after college in the cafe talking about random topics when suddenly shrishty gestured sameer and sameer voiced out...

sameer : haa pree tumne kya plan kiya hai internship keliye ready ho job ka place wahi nasik mein hai nah?

karan narrowed his eyes and glanced sameer...

karan : woh..kya nasik, nahi yahi acche jobs hai mumbai mein babydoll kyu aayegi nasik, woh na..nai aarahi

shrishty : accha ji aur preeta yaha aapke liye rukegi kya karan sahab?

karan : obviously babydoll mere liye hi rukegi

preeta hit her head while shishmeer giggled.

sameer : karan sichke dekho, pree , mein aur lambu yaha padhne aaye the, abh padhai katm toh obviously humlog lautenge apne ghar specially pree ka toh aur further bahut saare responsibilities hai unke parents par.

shrishty : haa abh padhai over, humare pree ko placement toh mil hi jayega the iske shaadi ka bhi maza baaki hai, uncle toh already discuss kar rahe honge...

preeta : shrishty!! 

sameer : sach toh hai nah pree obviously uncle abh tak to doond rahe honge tumhare liye lakho mein se ek dulha!!

shrishty smirked and winked and sameer while preeta saw karan whose face was already pale, he excused himself while shrshty held preeta who was about to go behind him.

shrishty : oh karan ki babydoll, tehar jha, apne bajarbattu ko zara akele chod tabhi is janm mein tujhe propose karega warna fir tum woh 90's 80's ke film ki heroin banke reh jaogi.

preeta stared and shrishty and then sat silent while karan reached his room and through his shoes and sat on bed seeing his and preeta's pics.

<karan's pov>

yea mujhe kya feel horaha hai, kya sachmein babydoll yea semester khatm hote mujhse door chale jayegi!....toh fir mein kaise rahunga apne babydoll ke bina, nahi nahi meri babydoll apne bajarbattu se door nahi hogi sameer aur shrishty keh rahe te, thodina babydoll nein kaha. par wait mujhe itna hurt kyu horaha hai, kyu mujhe itna dar sa lag raha hai, sameer aur shrishty bhi toh jayenge, par babydoll hi kyu, aur us gadhe sameer kya keh raha tha babydoll ki shaadi hogi! nahi hogi meri babydoll aur kisi ki dulhan, meri hai woh, hey bhagwan yea ho kya raha hai mujhe?

karan looks at himself in mirror and thinks about all his moments with her and smiles

karan : you looser luthra bajarbattu, sahi kehti hai woh tumhe tum duffer ho, are pyaar hogaya hai mujhe apne babydoll se, yahoooo babydoll meri dulhan hai. 

but, his face gets pale again and thinks what if preeta finds out that at start karan tried to play with her feelings or what if she dosent feel the same as him.

karan : nahi jo hoga dekha jayega, bas chalo abh babydoll ko propose kar hi deta hoon the karan luthra ke style mein.

he thinks of making his proposal special by making it in some very expensive way but then he decorated his guest house as that was the place where they had their most beautiful moments together and called her to know her location.

preeta sees his call and attends though shrishty says to ignore and walks away to speak to him.

preeta : haa karan bolo, tumhara tabhiyath toh theek hai nah? tum achanak kyu uthke chale gaye the, kuch bolo nah bajarbattu mein itna darr gayi thi pata hai, upar se..

karan : oh babydoll, bolne doh toh, babydoll mein theek hoon, tum college mein raho mein tumhe pick karne aaraha hoon bahut se baate karna hai tumse byeeee

he disconnects call and grins taking his car keys while preeta rolls her eyes and stomps her foot.

preeta : ye pagal bhi nah bas toofan ke tarah gayab hua abh fir jo bakna tha bakke discnnect kar diya, aane doh isse kaan keechke aal nochdungi.

shishmeer left to their respective hostels while preeta stayed saying karan would come and moreover she had to check her placement in the evening.

her placement was done, she was very happy and suddenly a pair of hands covered her eyes, by this touch she knew it wasnt karan but someone whom she knew.

rishab : congrats pree, placement keliye.

he picked and twirled her while preeta held his shoulders and giggled in happiness while karan who saw this stood there rooted.

preeta : rishab neeche utaro, chkkar aaraha hai...

rishab : love u yaar, mein tumhe surprise dene aaya tha aur tum yaha mujhe surprise de di

preeta : haan baba love u too abh neeche utaro mujhe, aur tum yaha kya kar rahe ho.

karan left broken while preeta noticed him, and tried to voice her but he didnt hear.

preeta : rishab tum yaha kya kar rahe ho? accha ok mein tumse baadhmein milungi, mujhe abh ek kaam hai...

rishab :  <held her hand> areee, ruko mein ek confrence keliye hi aaya tha socha tumse milu aur fir jau, waise karan kaise hai

preeta was tensed as she had seend tears in karan's eyes....

preeta : umm woh theek hai, mein usse hi milne jaa rahi hoon he isnt well, mein tumse kal milungi address message kardena, bye.

she hurried while rishab smiled. preeta serached for karan but he was no where to be found. she went to his home but his bua was the only person there, so she ignored and went to his guest house. all the way she prayed that karan shouldnt have lost his senses, she had to explain him or he would totally take it wrong, she knew how much karan loves her and how much scared he is to loose her. she had to say that rishab was his cousin and they share a brother sister bond and she loves him!!
