2 days later.....

  " Hey Dan, Ash is coming over today. "

  Dan Howell sighed and spoke without looking at Phil. " Okay, I'll be in here. "

Phil looked questionably at Dan " You okay?"

" Hm? Oh, I'm fine, just great. "

" Dan, come on. You've been like this ever since she came over. What's going on?"

  Something snapped inside of Dan. He turned and lashed at Phil with words. " OH, I don't know Phil? Maybe you should ask HER! Since she's soooooooo special! "

 Phil's face faltered. " Dan......."

" AND, YOU KNOW, SHE'S JUST YOU'RE LOVE. THE ABSOLUTE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE, WHOSE TRYING TO BREAK YOU!!!!!!!" Dan collapsed onto the floor and breathed heavily.

Phil slowly walked to him and touched Dan's shoulder. " Don't touched me!" snapped Dan.

" Dan, please, " Phil pleaded. " What's wrong?"

" Go away. "

" Dan?"

" How stupid are you? Go. Away."

Phil's face collapsed, and he quickly stood and grabbed the car keys. " You know, it is okay to be jealous, but don't act like a big jerk about it. "

" I'M NOT JEALOUS!"

" THEN DAN HOWELL, TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG?!" Phil had never yelled, so the intensity of the room increased rapidly.

Dan turned his head away. " Go to Ashley. Obviously you're keeping her waiting. "

Phil started walking away. " I will, " he said, trying to blink tears from his eyes.

The car rumbled and took off as Dan cried into his arms, wishing things were different.
