Ashley's place......

 * Knock * * Knock *  " Ms. ?"

Ashley swore and ran to the door, opened it. " Yes?"

The police scratched his beard. " Ma'am, I just got a hold of your man a few moments ago, told him to tell me EVERYTHING. "

Ashley blushed. If she knew Tyler well enough, she knew that he was not stupid enough to lie to a police officer, especially over something like this. " Oh?"

The officer smiled, knowing he got her. He took her arm. " We'll have a nice little chat at the station, just you and I. "

 Tyler......

 Tyler's heart swelled when he saw his 11 year old sister run out of Ash's place. Ashley had confessed, angrily, and was now charged for a serious lie. Tyler was working on a restraining order against her to make sure she never went near his baby again.

Tyler ran. " EMILY!!!!!!!"

Emily's face lit up. " TYLER!!!!!!!!"

Both collided, in tears, and went to the ground, hugging and crying and smiling. Tyler kissed her head. " I promise I will never be so stupid like this EVER. "

Emily giggled, her green eyes rounding and her blonde curls bouncing. " Deal. But next time, I PICK THE GIRLFRIEND!"

6 hrs. later.........

Dan and Phil's place.......

* Knock * * Knock *

" Mr. Lester and Mr. Howell? Hello?"

Phil practically flew to the door, his heart dropping when he saw the officer standing there, looking a little angry. " Y, yes sir?" Phil stumbled.

Dan appeared behind Phil. " Is something wrong?"

The officer scratched his beard. " No. Not at all. "

Phil's heart fluttered.

The officer continued. " The charges that were against you, Mr. Lester, are not dropped completely. I had an interview with the young lady herself AND her boyfriend. Lets just say she didn't like the fact of Mr. Tyler spilling the beans. "

Dan's eyes widened. " You mean she told the truth?"

" Yep. After her boyfriend. But, Mr. Lester, let me tell you something. "

Phil swallowed. " Yes?"

" Choose carefully who to love, because other wise you'll end up with another crazy chick, and I'll be darned if she comes to me for something like this again.

" Mr. Howell is a great friend, and you probably should've listened to him first off. You keep someone as great and a s special as him, you'll never run into problems like this again. " The officer tipped his hat. " Good day boys. "

Phil shut the door slowly. Dan looked at him. " Phil?"

All of a sudden, Phil barreled into Dan, hugging him and sobbing. " I LOVE YOU DAN! YOU'RE THE GREATEST FRIEND EVER! I'M SO SORRY I DOUBTED YOU!!!"

Dan burst into tears and hugged him tight. " I love you, Phil Lester. And, don't worry. I would've doubted me too. " Dan laughed as Phil giggled. " It's okay Phil."

Phil pulled away, the light shining in his eyes. " Will we be friends forever Dan. Will you love me and put up with me taking your cereal forever?"

Dan grinned. " Even longer. "
