Three days of the entire squad looking for that mysterious black woman that took the babies. Gina didn't know her, nor did the rest of her family. The system didn't turn up a single trace of her photo, or online. She vanished along with the babies.

They released her photo to the media as a person of interest another day later. Soon, tips came flooding in. One tip in particular stated that she was a teacher at a school in New Jersey. Elliot ran in the squad room, excited about something. "Her name's Lydia Hart, originally from New York in the Bronx, moved to Trenton ten years ago. She had two boys one three one five in the house with her. No records of them at the house at all."

"Probably going to fake some birth certificates and socials for the boys once they hit school age." Liv shook her head from her desk.

"Feds are bringing her over for us," Elliot explained. Rollins laughed in disbelief.

"And the boys?" Rollins asked.

Elliot shrugged. "Gina doesn't want them, foster homes are full. There's no where to place them right now."

"What if we foster him?"

Five pairs of eyes looked at Liv in surprise. Most of all, though, it was Elliot's eyes that shown shock. They hadn't spoken at all about disclosing anything publicly to anyone other than Cragen. If they did, and IAB thought that anyone knew before hand, they would be in as much trouble as he and Liv.

"What do you mean?" Elliot asked cautiously. He had to tread very carefully. While he trusted Rollins to have his back, he didn't fully trust her not to squeal on him and Liv if IAB got involved.

Liv leaned back, rubbed her stomach soothingly, and shrugged. "You and me, foster them until something happens."

"Liv, Elliot, my office now!" Cragen said harshly.

Elliot knew this was coming though. He went to help Liv up and they went into the office. Cragen followed, closing the door loudly behind him. "What the hell were you thinking suggesting that Olivia!?" He wasn't angry, just worried.

Liv sat on the couch with a sigh. "I don't know, honestly." She shook her head. "I don't know."

Elliot leaned against the door, still reeling from her suggestion. It wasn't a bad idea. They already had Eli, buying some bunk beds for the room wouldn't be a terrible idea. They hadn't bought any new furniture since the single bassinet when they first found out they were pregnant. Elliot could easily go buy a couple sets of bunk bed frames and a few more beds.

Liv looked at Elliot, as if she could hear what he was thinking. "We could do it," Elliot stated with a look at Cragen.

Cragen sighed deeply. "I have to report you to IAB now. Liv, you disclosed something to the entire squad. IAB is going to go nuts. I'll do what I can, but for right now, get to the ADA and see what they can do to get those boys to go home with you."

"You want a court order to place two toddlers in your home when you are already pregnant with twins, watching another toddler at nights, and just disclosed your relationship with the whole squad on a whim?" Alex had just gotten back from a vacation. She looked at Elliot and Liv, who insisted on coming. "You two give me heart palpitations."

Elliot glanced at Liv, who didn't wavier her eyes from Alex. "Alex, these boys have had it bad. They're gonna get their DNA ran to see if Gina's father did indeed rape her, but the foster agencies have no place for them. Not only that, some families won't even take them because they won't be getting any money from the state for their placement," Liv explained.

Alex shook her head, thinking hard. "I know, but I have to follow what the DA wants. I'll talk to them." She held up a finger as her office phone rang. She listened to the other end for several minutes. When she hung up, she looked very worried. "Well, the DA has agreed to petition for a court order to have the boys fostered to you two. However, IAB just got wind from Cragen and wants you both down there."

Elliot and Liv looked awkwardly to each other as they left the office to head to 1PP. They didn't speak to each other on the way. Tucker met them in the lobby, smirking at them. "Well, if it isn't the liars," he greeted, motioning them to the elevators. He lead the couple to the separate rooms that they'd been in so many times.

Elliot paced the room, waiting. They've been in this position before. Not for this reason, but he wasn't worried. They haven't changed their attitude at work at all. He had no idea if Tucker was going to question Liv or him first. He hoped Liv so she can go back to the apartment and rest. Unfortunately, Tucker came to him first.

"Go see Liv first. So she can go home and rest," Elliot ordered, crossing his arms and staring Tucker down.

Tucker laughed. "You don't get to tell me who to interrogate first." He dropped a heavy file on the table where the mike and recorder sat. He pointed to the seat on the other side of the table. "Sit."

Elliot gritted his teeth and reluctantly sat down. He recrossed his arms and frowned at Tucker as he sat opposite him. "You're name is Elliot Stabler?"

Rolling his eyes, Elliot said, "Yes."

"You and Detective Olivia Benson have known each other for 12 years?" Tucker was starting off slowly.

"Yes. We've been partners for 12 years," Elliot responded. He was getting angry.

Tucker flipped through the file. "A lot of complaints here Stabler."

"A couple rips, glowing recommendations, and even a few temporary partner changes including one I have right now while Liv is pregnant," Elliot went on to recite. He knew what was in his file.

"How long have you and Detective Benson been in a relationship?" Tucker asked.

Elliot did some mental math. It was around seven months since Stuckey's 'kidnap'. "Um, officially, around five and a half months. Having sex? six and a half." Elliot decided it was best to be 90 percent honest.

Tucker studied Elliot as he answered. "That was after the accident where a CSU tech killed another tech and then tied you up and threatened to kill you. Why wait 12 years?"

Elliot narrowed his eyes and leaned forward. "I was married for nearly 20. I nearly divorced five and a half years ago but Kathy and I reconnected when Eli was conceived. After Stuckey, I couldn't go home anymore. Seeing Liv kiss another man made something snap inside. She sort of coerced me to confess my feelings and the rest is history."

Tucker nodded. Elliot could tell that he was surprised that he was getting so many answers from him. "She's pregnant at this time. Is it yours?"

Scoffing, Elliot shook his head. "Of course it is. She's nearly six months pregnant with our twins."

"Does anyone know about your relationship?"

This was the point where Elliot needed to lie. If Tucker got any sort of indication that Cragen knew of their relationship, he'd loose everything. "No. We kept it secret. When Liv got pregnant she refused to name the father of the baby and since we're partners, I acted as if I stepped up to help her out."

Tucker narrowed his eyes as if he didn't believe him. "Where do you live?"

"I've been living with Liv since about a week or two after Stuckey tried to kidnap me," Elliot stated. "We have my youngest son at nights while his mother works overnights in a hospital and Eli loves Liv. She helped deliver him actually." Elliot started bouncing his leg. He was still annoyed.

Tucker flipped through the files for several minutes while Elliot tapped his leg and hand impatiently. "Anything else Tucker?" Elliot asked harshly. Tucker looked at Elliot with a fake surprise.

"I'll ask the questions detective," he mocked. He closed the file and cleared his throat. "Now, is there anything you want to say before we end this interview?"

Many things. Elliot bit his tongue. "Just that Liv and I will be fostering two boys that are the result in incestuous rape of a young lady."

Tucker looked shocked and angry. Elliot smiled at him, pleased that he got the last laugh.
