Chuck had been busy trying to worm his way back into the good graces into the hearts of his sister and Blair. He was starting with Blair, he got her a job working on the book photoshoot. He then got a text from Epperly that Blair stated she had a life changing experience. Which lead him to try and speak to his sister. He ran the doorbell of the Brownstone and waited. Dan opened the door.

"Chuck? What are you doing here?" he asked

"I came to see my sister. May I come in?"

"She's not here. But sure on your own head be it." He stepped aside and Chuck entered the house. "What is this about?"

"I learnt some information about my past that's making me reconsider my future. My future with Blair. However, my intel indicates that she's seeing someone else. I'm here to make inquires with you and my sister."

"Why us?"

"Blair has been know to be very busy as of late, she's not with Serena or Darota, so the likely conclusion is that she's been confiding in Rose who would naturally tell you if not sworn to secrecy. You because you worked at W with her."

"For one day." he replied

"Did you notice her talking to anyone? Whoever she kissed seems to have had an affect. Life changing were the words she used. Maybe Rose has mentioned something in passing."

"A life changing kiss is something you don't want to mess with."

"What are you trying to say Humphrey."

"With you she was caught up in schemes and takedowns. But that's not really her, she's intelligent, intuitive, you know. She weeps when she watched Nights of Cabiria"

"How do you know that?"

"Uh, Rosie told me, listen the point is, if Blair's happy maybe you should let her be"

"You care more about Blair's happiness than I knew. Thank you for your time. Tell, Rose that I will see her at the photoshoot" Chuck left and made a call

"Epperly, I found out who Blair kissed. I'm gonna need one more favour."

I walked into the closet and saw that Dan was getting ready. My head tilted in confusion as to his appearance all of a sudden

"Have I missed something?" i ask

"i got a call that I'm being included in the Modern Royalty book." he told me and i folded my arms

"No offence, but, why?"

"None taken because that was my first thought also. I guess there's some coup d'etat section for up and comers and Apparently I'm going to be pictured with you as well with your brother, the men behind the woman."

"The first part sounds made up and the second part sounds weird. But I'll play along. Blair's working the photoshoot she texted me saying she couldn't believe her luck. Maybe she's continuing on her nice almost friends streak."

"Maybe, why aren't you ready?"

"They have hair and makeup there and I already have my outfit." I grabbed the garment bag and my handbag "Theres a gold-ish tie I bought you."

"Why, the chances that I wear?"

"I buy because I get bored shopping for myself and shopping for you is fun, the tie goes with my dress."
