We arrived at Blair and Louis engagement party. I fiddled with my purse I was nervous but I was being told to stay away.

"Everything's going to be okay." Dan tells me taking my hand and kissing it.

"Thank you." We step out into the party. I smile as we say our hellos to everyone. I stand biting my nails nervously.

"Rosie, is everything alright?" Blair asked and i stopped

"Yes, everything's fine.You look beautiful, where's Louis?" I wonder

"I'm sure he'll be here any second. Excuse me." she left and I sat down, worrying again. Dan sat next to me during which I vaguely heard Cyrus give a speech. my phone buzzed. I looked at it. Gossip girl blasting about Chuck being taken away.

"Don't freak out. Don't freak out." he pulled me closer "Just a little longer then we'll go, okay." I nod.

"I'm going to get some water." I got up

--3rd Person--

Dan went to go talk to Serena and let out a long sigh.

"Is Rosie, okay? Blair and I just saw the blast. I know they're not on the best of terms at the moment."

"She'll be fine she just gone to get some water. So I thought you were sending Charlie here instead?" The elevator dinged and there in a Rosie cotillion dress was Charlie.

"You have got to be kidding me." Dan muttered and Charlie joined them "What are you wearing" he asked

"A dress, of course."

"Funny. I know i'm a guy and I don't really play avid attention to fashion but even I know that, that s Rosie's cotillion dress that my sister made her."

"It's not, It's the Nina Ricci I got this morning."

"Nice try. i was her escort I still have the tie that matches, that is Rosie's cotillion dress."

"Dan its...."

"Why are you wearing my dress?" Rosie came over shocked seeing the young blonde in her dress "I never said you could borrow anything, so why are you.. you know what, I don't have time, we're leaving we have a thing to attend to. I'm done waiting." Dan took her hand and the two left.

"Seriously if you wanted to borrow something it would have been fine if you just asked, and before you deny it yet again, it is Rosie's cotillion dress because there is a stain mark right where she spilled her drink after bumping into Dan." Serena turned on her heel.

Jack, Nate and Chuck were waiting for us at the empire when we arrived.

"He just went up, whatever he wants I'm sure he'll find it." Chuck comments as we go to the security room. We watch him rifle through things before taking a tape. We then made our way up, just as he was about to leave.

"Gentlemen, lady." he spoke I stepped aside and Chuck walked past us "What the hell is going on?"

"Devine intervention." Chuck replied

"If you consider Satan divine, right Uncle?" I think out loud looking at the older man

"I did let him get in one good punch." he replied

"Was a long time coming." Chuck and I retort

"He was the one who reached out to us for help." I tell him remembering our earlier conversation on why and what he was back in town for.

"You see as much as I love to screw with my Nephew, much more than my niece you using me to do it just didn't sit right." Jack explained

"So, what's on that tape you just put into your pocket?" Dan asked taking my waist

"I knew you just didn't wanna read your cheating wife's love letters." Jack continued

"Whatever was in that box was evidence against our father. Even if you went to the authorities the implications are limited on a dead man." Chuck added

"So we played follow the leader. Unless your into ardon porn there is something else on that tape."

"Bart murdered my wife. I can take my story to the press"

"Sis, if you please." Dan took my purse as I grabbed Russell's coat and shoved him onto the sofa, then dug into his pocket and took out the tape.

"I would make the suggest not to move, most of us have been on the other side of a Rose Humphrey take down, hurts like a bitch." Chuck suggested

"Let's have a viewing." Chuck took the tape of me and slipped it into the little player then hooked it up to the tv we watched what happened. Russell closed and locked the door of the building.

"The time code is after our father left the building. Your the one who locked the doors."
