I got a phone call from Jenny she was back in the city for the day for a Tim Gunn interview. If it went well she could get a recommendation to go to Parsons. I stepped out of the elevator into the family apartment.

"Jenny?!" I call Walking towards her old room. I stopped seeing Blair in the room along with my soon to be sister in law.

"Oh wonderful you're here." I comment towards the brunette and take Jenny's side.

"You knew she was coming back. Rosie you're supposed to be my best friend." Blair exclaimed

"She's my future sister in law. Besides I'm not getting involved with you right now for obvious reasons. Does she know why you're here?" I look at the platinum blonde.

"She does, she was gonna set terms for a day pass."

"Goodie, how about as long as Jenny stays with me you leave her alone. We'e touring for some wedding idea while she's here."

"I can't have people see her. No she stays here and she only goes for the interview. Am I clear?"

"Crystal." Blair left and I huffed

"I guess I'll have to bring the wedding idea's over to us. Lily's busy today, so it just us and Dan."

"Dan and wedding planning?" she laughed "Isn't it a little too soon, you guys only just got engaged."

"You do know how long it takes to plan a wedding right. Actually don't answer that we've planned a wedding in a day. And no the two of us haven't even discussed a date yet"

Mom, Rufus and Eric came with Dan. They all greeted her and Rufus planned to cook up a storm, which he did, the five of us sat at the dining table.

"So let's see the ring then." Jenny beamed I gave her my hand

"It looks even better on your finger."

"Did you tell everyone" I ask Dan and he shrugged

"To be fair. Jenny was the first to know. i wanted her advice, I knew she wouldn't lecture me. Which is what I thought Dad and Vanessa would do." He admitted

"But I didn't." Rufus added

"So, Rosie tells me you haven't picked a date yet." Jenny stated and I cough when my juice goes down the wrong way.

"Well we only just got engaged." Dan replied

"I know but isn't planning a wedding super long. I know we did it in a day, but that didn't exactly going to plan."

"Well we don't have any secret love child wanting to confess the truth. No offence Mom or Rufus " i say

"None taken."

"We'll plan it when we're ready for now I'm just happy being engaged." Jenny and I glanced at each other. The finished our meal.

"I can't believe I didn't know you were coming back." Eric commented as we all began to tidy up.

"Well I'm only here for the day. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it." Jenny replied

"If Dad brought out a spread like this every time you came home. I'd be inviting you more often." Dan added

"Thanks?" Jenny questioned

"Well these are so lovely. I can see what Tim Gunn is dying to meet with you." Lily and I flicked through her designs

"Are you kidding me? He knows what I do. Parsons would be lucky to have her. Hey how about dinner at Babbo tonight, celebrate us all being together?" Rufus suggested. i scratched my head sharing another look with Jenny.

"Um, I'd actually kind of rather stay in if that's okay. Uh Dad's chilli?" Jen suggested

"What when have you ever passed up Babbo?" Eric questioned

"Yeah, I know. But I have a couple of finishing touches to do on my dresses so if you guys excuse me." she left. I tapped Dan and Eric arm and nodded for them to follow me. We followed Jenny to her room.

"Tell them, what happened." I encouraged she sighed

"Well, Blair stopped by with her welcome wagon. I don't know why I thought i could sneak back in for a day."

"How come she knew you were back before I did?" Eric sounded offended

"She's Blair." I snort "Someone probably spotted her getting off the train."

"But it's fine, she's giving me a day pass as long as I don't see or talk to anyone." Jenny informed them.

"That's ridiculous." Dan retorted

"Yes, it is 100 percent vintage crazy ass Blair." Jen replied " But really though, I have no interest in going back to being G.I. Jenny or warring with Blair.

"How very Gandhi of you." Eric grinned

"But incase eastern philosophy does fail you how about I meet you downtown after my class and escort you back here." Dan offered

"Thanks but the only person I really have to worry about today is Tim Gunn."

"Hello?! Is anybody home?" i heard my brother

"Chuck." i breathed and turned to the boys "Do nothing. I will handle my brother." I leave and walk out.

"Brother, what brings you by?" I ask

"Sister." he kissed my cheek "I heard Jenny was back. I wanted to speak with her."

"To say what? I'm sorry for taking advantage of you and letting my crazy ex girlfriend run you out of town. Nope, absolutely not." I deny

"Something like that but without sarcasm and hostility." he looked over some Bass industries plans

"I'll deliver the message but I think it's best that until she leaves, you stay out of her way and the boys."

"As you wish sister. I will take these plans left for me and be on my way. Tell Jenny I am sorry." he grabs the plans and leaves.
