Jays POV
"We're late for work" I say hoping it wakes up Kate and lily. I hear nothing and so I go wake up Lily. She get up,  goes and gets changed in the bathroom so I head to the guest room and Kate's not there I figure she must have gotten up and went to work already. So I go to my room and take a quick shower. 
15 minutes later
I'm done with my shower and I put on a pair of jeans and a dark green tee shirt, put my badge around my neck and my gun and holster on the side. "You ready" I ask Lily whose watching TV on the couch.  She nods and puts on her shoes and coat. We head out first to get some breakfast. We stop at a store and head in. "Do you like yogurt" I ask "yeah I guess" Lily responds shrugging her shoulders. "Grab what ever you like" "can I have an apple" "sure anything else" "no that's usually what I eat for breakfast" "ok" I respond. We walk over to the produce section of the store and Lily grabs a green apple.  "Is that the one you want" "yes" "grab a few then for when ever you want" I say as Lily grabs three more.  We head to the check out register and check out. We go out and get in the car and drive to the district but when we get there I have a feeling something is wrong.
