We threw them the prisoners in the brig, and locked the cell door. Then Cole stood on guard while I went to Sensei to explain what I saw and heard from the two workers.

"Sensei!" I burst onto his room.

Sensei was sipping tea, as usual, in his thinking chair. His thinking chair helped us to get out of many situations, before hand and I hope it will help us in this situation.

Seeing him in his chair of thoughts, I bowed respectfully and stayed on the doorway.

I wait patiently. After all patience is a virtue. So I waited.

And I waited.

And I waited some more.

As I waited, Sensei poured himself some more tea.

And silence.

"Ahhh." Sensei sighed as he finally finished his tea. He placed it on the table next to him and grabbed the tea pot.

Finally! He is done I can finally say something! "Sensei....-"

Sensei other hand suddenly snapped straight up. I was silenced. Again.

I watched as Sensei poured himself another glass of tea.

Silence.

Okay, this is getting so annoying.

After, a few dozen more cups of tea had been drunk. I finally stepped in. "Sensei. This very important...."

He didn't respond. So I continued.

"Sensei we have prisoners."

Wu stopped sipping his tea. "Prisoners?"

"Yes."

"Where?"

"In the brig."

Sensei dropped his teacup making it shatter on the floor. He then got up and ran into me trying to get out the door. His hat flopped around as he struggled to grab it. "Who?"

The brim of his hat poked me in the eye as I tried to explain. "Well, -ouch- I was patrolling near the old run down factories. Ends up they are not old because someone is building stuff in it. There were a lot of machines and-...."

"Jay! Sensei! And anyone else on board. The gang is back!" The speaker blared. I heard Lloyd grumbling in the back ground. "Next time tell me if there is a mission. Also, who invited mom!?"

Sensei Wu rolled his eyes. "Come on, my pupil, let's go see what the green ninja wants. You can tell me about your mission on the way."

I started to explain once more. But before I could start Kai came bumbling into the hallway.

"A MISSION! WHERE!?" He scrambled around and ran into a wall.

I saw Sensei snicker and smile.

Kai grumbled as he rubbed his eyes. "Man, everything is blurry." He rubbed his eyes again. "Better not tell anyone because I won't be allowed to go. Stupid sickness. I don't even know what it is called." He frowned.

I coughed. "Ahem."

Kai jumped and spun around attempting to face us, but his back was towards us. "Oh, hi!" He waved at the wall.

"Why are you up?" Sensei asked.

"I'm all ready, Darreth! I am ready for this mission!" He did a sloppy punch. "Wait, Darreth, why are you here?"

I snorted. Darreth? Where did he get that idea from? 

"I am here to guide you."

"Guide me!? You're no ninja!"

"I know. I am here to guide you to your room." Sensei winked at me and pushed his pupil in the direction of his bed.

I grinned as I heard Kai moan. "Your not Darreth. Who are you?"

I left Sensei to guide sick Kai to his bedroom, and went up stairs.

I entered the control room to find Lloyd and his mom arguing. Zane, Nya and Cole were going over what they had discovered on the latest mission.

Ignoring the family argument, I walk over to my girlfriend and hugged her.

"Hi Jay."

My two brothers glanced at us before smiling. Cole sighed dramatically. "Jay your here! Great! Where's Sensei?"

Zane rolled his eyes. "Jay we are wondering what to do. With all the information we have uncovered about Jake Vilian, we don't know where to start."

Nya unwrapped my arms from around her. "We need Sensei where is he?"

I laughed to myself. "He's helping Kai."

"Kai!? Why him!?" Cole asked.

"Kai is sick, If you remember, and he thought Sensei was Darreth."

Lloyd and Misako walked over. Lloyd chuckled. "Kai thought Sensei was Darreth!? Wow he really must be sick! I'll call it....the Darreth flu!"

We all gave him a Sensei look.

"What!?"

"Do we even know what he is sick with?" Misako asked glaring at her son."

Nya frowned and shook her head. "Nope I can't figure it out. I was hoping Zane would know."

"Sadly, I don't." Zane stated. "I asked Pixal and she has never heard of it either."

"Well, that sucks!"

I glanced to my left to find Cole glaring at hologram of New Ninjago City. He spun around. "I mean Kai is one of the best fighters we have. Besides his temper and bad catch phrases-...."

I snickered. Bad!? They are horrible!

"-...he's actually pretty good!"

I gaped at him. Wow. I did not see that coming.

"Without Kai we are not a full team so it's going to be harder. But, I know we can do it! Kai would want us to. The city and everyone is in trouble, and we are the only ones who can stop it!" He slammed his fist into the table. "Let's do this! For Kai!"

Lloyd yawned. "Did we ask for a pep-talk Cole?"

"No, but it seemed like a good time for one!"

Sensei interrupted them. "Enough focus on encouragement more focus on the enemy. Nya, as youngsters say, break it down for us."

We all glanced at him puzzled. How's he get here?

A cough broke the silence and Nya went into action.  Pulling the hologram on the floor she started explaining and pointing to different areas where they have spotted suspicious activity.

Sensei nodded and listened carefully. After she was done, he nodded. "Thank you, Nya. Jay..."

I faced him. "Will you kindly explain to us how you got the prisoners."

Lloyd gaped. "You got prisoners!? Are we going to interrogate them?"

Sensei nodded. "Yes, after Jay gives us a briefing."

"Yes, Sensei." I bowed before explaining. "Okay so after we all went our different ways I-...."
