Both CPS and DFPS have finished their investigation of Jay Patrick Halstead today.

Social Worker Maria said," I talked to his friends, and they said he's never hurt a kid.

Social Worker Veronica said," I talked to Grace's brother Zayn, and he said that Jay loved Grace and would do anything for her.

Both Maria and Veronica cleared Jay of all charges and went to tell him the good news.

Noelle's house in Lake Short Drive.

There was a knock on the door, and Noelle  had just let Jay out for some lunch and to get a bath, which she just finished running.

Noelle answers the door and sees 2 social workers, Veronica and Maria, at the door.

Veronica said," Hi. Ms. Maximoff, is your husband Jay Halstead home? We have news.

Noelle said," Yes, my husband is home. Jay, the social workers want to talk to you, babe.

Jay steps off the stool and walks to the door, and Noelle heads to the bedroom to get Jay a set of clean clothes to change into after his bath, and he's going to sleep with her tonight.

Jay said," Yes, Ma'ams, how can I help you?

Veronica said," Mr. Halstead, you have been cleared of all charges and can work again.

Jay said," Thank you for letting me know. I'm filling for divorce from Noelle Maximoff. I was wondering if I could adopt my siblings and take custody of my babies, Caleb Halstead, Daphne Halstead, Derek Halstead, and Frankie Halstead back from Noelle.

Maria said," Absolutely, Mr. Halstead. We'll get the process going now. It'll take a while.

Jay said," I understand. Have a good day.

Veronica said," You have a good day as well.

Jay nodded, and the 2 social workers left.

Noelle said," So what did the social workers want Jay, babe? Also, it's time for your bath.

Jay said," Okay, babe, I'm heading to the bath now, and I can't remember now, babe.

Noelle said," Okay, babe. No worries, love.

Jay nods and heads upstairs to get a bath, and Noelle follows behind her husband, Jay.

Jay takes off his clothes and steps into the bath and washes his hair and body and steps out of the bath and gets dressed in a dark green sweatshirt and dark green sweatpants and Noelle leads Jay to their room, the babies are in their cribs, asleep.

Noelle strokes his hair, and he falls asleep.

A month later, with Grace Smith-Halstead in
Jay gets a shower and dresses in clean PJs.

He then feeds Caleb Halstead, Daphne Halstead, Derek Halstead, Frankie Halstead, Melena Halstead ,Jeremy Halstead Luisa Halstead, and Will Halstead their baby milk.

He then burps them, gives them a bath, and made sure the water wasn't too hot or cold.

The temperature of the water was perfect for the babies and he puts them in, 2 at a time and once they are all clean, he puts a clean diaper on them and puts a red onesie on Will, A blue one on Melena, a dark green one on Jeremy and A Pink one on Luisa.

He puts them in their cribs and heads to bed, expect Will wanted him so he picks up Will and carries him to bed and falls asleep.
