Naylee and Salem are waiting at the airport for their kids to arrive in Chicago, Illinois.

The plane touched down on the ground, and a bunch of young adults appeared in front of them, all looking very excited to be home.

Jenny and Jencarlos are the first ones of the plane and are carrying their luggage as well.

Seth, Michel, and Simon are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage.

Zayn, Joe, and Johan are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage.

Taylor, Kendall, and Alina are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage.

Alena and Saw are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage as well.

Liam and Belle are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage as well.

Marie and Tyler are the next ones off the plane and are carrying their luggage as well.

All of the kids except Grace and Garrett had been living in New York to become cops, doctors, and firefighters and got job offers in Chicago, Illinois, which they all accepted.

Garrett and Grace had a case connected to the FBI Team in New York. Some guy named Christopher Langley killed a bunch of girls.

They solved it, but it was a stressful week for them, especially since Grace had to work with Erin Lindsay, and she wasn't exactly aware that she was Jay's ex-girlfriend at all.

The kids hugged their parents, who were proud of them for following their dreams.

The Smith family headed home with their luggage, and Grace headed to her house that she shared with Jay and decided to Suprise him with her presence when he got home.

Jay came home from work, very tired, and he wanted to sleep at the moment truthfully.

He turned around and hugged Grace with what strength he had left. He missed her so much and he was very excited she was home. He had nightmares about her being hurt and that she blamed him for it.

I had nightmares about you being hurt and that you blamed me for it, Grace," said Jay.

Grace said," I'll never blame you for me getting hurt. I promise my Jay Jay. Love you.

Jay said," I love you too. The babies and I missed you.

Grace said," I missed you and the babies too.

The couple then headed to the nursery to check on Caleb Smith-Halstead, Daphne Smith-Halstead, Derek Smith-Halstead, and Frankie Smith-Halstead, and the babies were hungry so Grace breastfeed them, Jay  burped them, both changed their diapers and dressed in adorable onesies and put them in their respective cribs to sleep.

Grace took a shower, dressed in PJ’S, brushed her teeth, and headed to bed.
