(At the X-Mansion's courtyard, the rest of the heroes are seen getting up.)

Hal: Ugh... is everyone alright?

Zatanna: It depends...

Flash: Well, I guess I'm alright.

Atom: Did you hear what the Professor said?

Jay Garrick: He has basically declared war on those he swore to defend. 

Blade: When I thought the world would be free from tyranny once Superman was banished to the Phantom Zone...

????: So that's a world without its finest heroes.

(Then they see Red Hood, flanked by Cheshire, Bizarro, Baron Zemo, Taskmaster, Charmcaster and Sin.)

Spoiler: Jason?

Red Hood: I'm just Red Hood.

Flash: I can see you've got company. 

Red Hood: I decided to found a group to do what neither Kal nor Bruce could do.

Bizarro: You Bizarro's best friends, Bizarro must eliminate you!

Cheshire: Once Oliver and Dinah are out of picture, nobody else will dare to come between me and my Roy Harper.

G. Arrow: Wait, you're after Arsenal?

Gwen: What motivated you to join Red Hood, Charmcaster?

Charmcaster: I just joined him to settle my score with you.

Gwen: So you're doing a fool's errand, just like Cheetah, who sought a God's power, and instead got the Cheetah's curse.

Red Hood: Outlaws, attack!

Flash: Justice League, strike them down!

(Then the Justice League starts fighting the Outlaws. During the fight, The Flash tackles Taskmaster.)

Flash: I don't know who you are, but you seem troubled.

Taskmaster: I don't have a choice but to obey Jason. He implanted the nanoexplosive in my brain. The very one used by Amanda Waller on the Suicide Squad. (stabs The Flash) So whether I like it or not, I'll have to do whatever he commands. 

(Meanwhile Green Lantern Hal Jordan shields himself against Bizarro's fire breath)

Bizarro: Lantern not afraid enough to face Bizarro!

Hal: I used to be afraid. Afraid of losing the one I held dear, and this fear turned me into something I promised to fight against. And I had to work for a second chance. (manages to hit Bizarro) And in the end, I surpassed my fears, and this is what made me a Green Lantern I am today.

(Green Arrow is seen shooting some arrows at Cheshire, who deflects them all with her sais, but as she charges at him, she gets a knee strike from Black Canary, which breaks her mask.)

Cheshire: (angry) You broke my mask!

B. Canary: And I'll break more of you!

(Gwen and Charmcaster have a clash of spells)

Charmcaster: You can't beat me!

Gwen: You think so?

(Mera is seen face to face with Baron Zemo)

Mera: Who are you? Why are you with Jason?

Zemo: I thought about nothing else for over a year. I studied your husband. I followed him and his buddies. But now that you're standing here, I just realized... there's a bit of green in the blue of his eyes. How nice to find a flaw.

Mera: The Regime attacked your city. That's why you're here.

Zemo: Sokovia was a failed state long before both the Regime and the Insurgency blew it to hell. No. I'm here because I made a promise.

Mera: You lost someone?

Zemo: I lost everyone. And so will you. An empire toppled by its enemies can rise again. But one which crumples from within? That's dead... forever.

(Captain America is seen fighting Sin)

Sin: Sam, you will learn to fear H.Y.D.R.A.

C. America: I'm impressed Jason recruited you.

Sin: Argh, more like he forced me to join him. Somehow he knew how to break my father, and threatened to kill him. But enough talk, have at you.

(Then they fight. Ikaruga deflects Jason's bullets with her swords, Captain America and Sin exchange punches and kicks, Mera's trident clashes with Zemo's sword, Black Canary is beating Cheshire to a pulp, Flash lands each quick hit on Taskmaster, Green Lantern hits Bizarro with a grand slam, and Super Soldier helps Gwen to defeat Charmcaster.)

(Meanwhile at Stryker's Base)

Supergirl: Charles sent me a secret message. 

Decade: What message?

Supergirl: He said we must find him in Cairo.

Decade: Is he in there?

Supergirl: Yes.

(Back to the courtyard, the Justice League has already defeated the Outlaws)

Flash: We must find the others, but where?

(At the Batcave, Batman is seen suiting up as he already knows something is wrong, and tje world needs him again.)
