(Some months have passed since the Shinkengers' last victory against Superman. The world returned to normal and a new Justice League was formed.)

(Batman is seen in the Batcave preparing himself for something as he narrates what happened.)

Batman: (narrating) Brainiac's attack left the world devastated. If it weren't for Indigo, thousands would either die or get homeless. And if you're seeing me in the Batcave, it's because I had to let the Justice League under the command of my son-in-law Jaune, my daughter Virginia, and the other Shinkengers.

(A New Justice League is seen in the rebuilt Hall of Justice. It's composed of the Shinkengers, Team Hanzo, Team Ninjago, Ben 10, Gwen Tennyson, Kevin Levin, the parallel heroes, Harley Quinn, Super Soldier, Captain America (Sam Wilson), Black Widow, Winter Soldier, Zatanna, Star Sapphire, Mera, Mary Marvel, Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), The Flash, the Kamen Riders, Stella Vermilion and the Titans (Supergirl, Starfire, Firestorm, Blue Beetle, Wonder Girl, Superboy and Indigo))

Batman: (narrator) Together, the Shinkengers formed a big team and molded them into a benevolent force the Earth has ever seen.

(Back to the Batcave)

Batman: (narrator) But I'm only semi-retired. Behind the scenes, I was preparing for the return of Superman.

(An hologram of Superman is seen)

Batman: (narrator) Kal-El swore he would escape the Phanton Zone. And I'd be foolish to not take his word.

(Elsewhere, four portals open.)

Batman: (narrator) Until then, new challenges await the Justice League. And my son-in-law must be prepared for his first mission as the leader of the Justice League.

(In the Justice Hall, the new Justice League is seen discussing about the situation.)

Hal: I took Diana to Oa, where she will face judgement by the Guardians of the Universe.

Kai: Despite Kal is in the Phantom Zone, and completely powerless, he's got big chances of returning.

Flash: Maybe, but we'll be ready, right, Jaune?

Shinken Red: Sure.

Blade: And we must not forget that Black Adam returned to Khandaq.

Mary Marvel: And for his own sake, he'd better remain in there, because If I see his face ever again...

(Then an alarm is heard.)

Shinken Red: Problems.

(Blue Beetle clicks some buttons and a footage of four portals open is shown, leaving Jaune in shock.)

Shinken Red: They found me...

Hal: What?

Shinken Red: They... found me...

Shinken Pink: Your former friends?

(Jaune nods)

Starfire: I knew it!

Firestorm: We'll make them wish they never had come here!

Shinken Red: Let's divide the team in four groups. Barry, Hal, you're leading the team which will go for the first portal. Supergirl, Super Soldier, Firestorm, you and the Titans will go for the second. Harleen, you and the rest of the team will go for the third.

Shinken Pink: What about you, Jaune honey?

Shinken Red: I'll go and see the new Kamen Rider... (glares at Pyrrha) by myself! 

Firestorm: Alright, let's go!

(In the North wasteland, Team RWBY, Team CFVY, Nora, Ren, Oscar, the Happy Huntresses and Glynda are seen.)

Ruby: So this is where they have been.

Weiss: No doubt.

Nora: Do you think we can apologize to Jaune once we find him?

Ren: Really? He will never forgive us!

Coco: Why say that?

Fox: Coco, we turned our backs on him, remember?

Blake: And all because of mere papers...

Oscar: I hate myself for being the host of Ozpin's spirit...

Ozpin (spirit): I heard that, Oscar!

Velvet: I... I j-just hope he's o-okay...

Yatsuhashi: Well, we won't find out standing around here.

(Meanwhile in the south wasteland, Cinder's Faction is seen.)

Cinder: So this is the Earth...

Roman: I must say, it's a nice place to build a criminal organization...

Neo: (waves her hands) Is this serious, Roman?

Roman: Don't make me...

Cinder: ROMAN!

Roman: Gee...

Mercury: Salem would like this...

Cinder: Yes, she would... but enough talk.

(In the east wasteland, James Ironwood, Winter Schnee and the Ace Ops are seen)

Ironwood: So this is where Jaune and Pyrrha have been lately...

Clover: What is our mission again?

Ironwood: Capture Jaune and Pyrrha and get them to return to Remnant.

Winter: Are you sure it's wise to do it, General?

Ironwood: Are you questioning my authority, Winter?

Winter: Uh... no sir...

Ironwood: You better not, or else you'll be left behind. (to the Ace Ops) The same goes to each one of you, got it?

Ace Ops: Y-yes sir...

(In the west wasteland, Kamen Rider Build is seen as Shinken Red comes in)

Shinken Red: Start talking. Who are you, and what are you doing here?

Build: I... am you!

Shinken Red: (shocked) What?

(Then Kamen Rider Build undoes his transformation, revealing to be the alternate Jaune.)

Shinken Red: Where did you come?

Jaune (Parallel): I came from the multiverse.

Shinken Red: (reverts back to Jaune) Why?

Jaune (Parallel): To help you against a new threat.

Jaune: You mean my former friends? The Justice League got this.

Jaune (Parallel): No. They are not the threat.

Jaune: Then who is this new threat?

Jaune (Parallel): The first mutant to ever exist in the Earth. The one known as "Apocalypse".

Jaune: Apocalypse?

Jaune (Parallel): He is one of the most powerful beings the Earth has ever faced.

Jaune: I better warn the others about this!

Jaune (Parallel): And hurry up. We don't have much time.
