Third Person's POV

Jaune and Ale run out of the lab as they manage to make to the mentioned port only to see a bunch of trainers battling a bigger Pokémon flying freely which the Pokemon beat them all with ease.

Jaune looks at the Pokémon out of shock "who's that Pokémon!?" Jaune questions out of shock.

Ale looks at Jaune "do you remember the group of Legendary Pokémon that I'd told you about before, well this one is one of them and it goes by the name Lugia" he explains.

"Lugia?" Jaune repeats as his Rotom Phone flies out of Jaune's pocket and shows a picture of Lugia.

"Lugia, the Diving Pokémon, a Psychic and Flying Type; Lugia's wings pack devastating power with a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart regular houses. As a result, this Pokémon chooses to live out of sight deep under the sea."

Jaune looks at the Phone with awe "So this is a Lugia" he mutters before hearing a voice next to him.

"There you are!" Jaune and Ale looks right and they see the guy from the lab with his Pikachu next to him.

"You're that guy" Jaune says recognizing him from Cerise's lab.

"Alright, Lugia...Let's have a battle" the guy says.

"Pika!" Pikachu cries determine while its cheeks spark out electricity.

"You want to fight it!?" Jaune questions looking at the slight tanned skin male next to him.

the guy looks at Jaune "Yeah, I mean is a once in a lifetime, I'm sure you two were here for that same reason" he says "I think we'd never seen before, my name's Ash, and this is Pikachu" the young man introduces himself as his Pikachu cries at the two.

"I'm Jaune Arc" Jaune then says.

"Alegria Joy, but just call me Ale" Ale introduces himself

Lugia's eyes were on Jaune while the three of them were introducing to each other.

"So Jaune, Ale, want to join in?" Ash asks then asks.

"I can try, but I can't promise that we would be much of help" Jaune as he pulls out Arthur's Pokeball "Arthur! Let's fight!" Jaune says throwing his Pokeball forward before it opens revealing a blue light as Arthur comes out of it.

"Rio!" Arthur cries.

"Wow! A Riolu but this one is a different color" Ash states with amazement.

"It's a Shiny Riolu" Jaune explains.

Ale then pulls out a Pokeball "Tsareena come on out!" Ale shouts as Tsareena appears from its Pokeball.

"Tsar!" Tsareena cries.

Lugia watches this before screeches 

"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt now!" Ash commands as Pikachu releases a powerful bolt of yellow electricity from its body at Lugia.

"Arthur use Focus Blast!" Jaune yells as Arthur forms an orb of yellow energy between its hands and throws it at the opponent.

"Tsareena, Solar Beam!" Tsareena's body glows a faint yellow. Numerous yellow balls of energy appear and float around the fruit Pokémon as a larger ball of energy forms in front of her body and it fires a beam of energy at Lugia.

Lugia takes all three attacks and shrugs them off like they did nothing on Lugia.

"Careful, Lugia's gonna use Aeroblast!" Ale warns as Lugia opens its mouth and gather blue energy inside it. It then fires a massive beam of energy from its mouth at the three Pokémon.

"Pikachu!" Ash calls his Pokemon while catching him from his fall and so did Jaune and Ale with their Pokemon.

"I got you Arthur!" Jaune says.

"Tsareena are you okay?" Ale asks his Pokémon who nod.

They both look back and they see Ash grabbing on Lugia's leg while seeing another guy with tanner skin grabbing Lugia by his tail.

"When did they get there!?" Jaune and Ale question out of shock as they follow the Lugia but they see that the Lugia's flying towards them, and they were grabbed by the Diving Pokemon the two of them scream while Lugia flies off with the four trainers and three Pokémon.

Ash and the other male help bot Jaune and Ale to climb up on Lugia's back and then the four Trainers were panting out of exhaustion.

"I would've never thought I'd be kidnapped by a Legendary Pokémon" Jaune comment.

"Me neither" Ale adds.

Ash and Jaune looks at Lugia who's looking back at the two.

"Awesome! I'm riding on top of Lugia right now!" the other male says before pulling out his phone and films Lugia's back fins "So that's how it's back fins move" he mutters as he touches Lugia's silver body feeling it rougher than he thought.

"Check it out!" the male looks and sees Ash hugging on one of Lugia's back fins "it's so warm" he states as Pikachu joins his trainer and cries happily.

Ale takes off one of his fingerless gloves and touches another of Lugia's back fins "wow he's right" he says as Tsareena agrees.

Ash then let's go of Lugia and Ale puts the glove back on "Awesome..." Jaune says out of amazement as Arthur cries in agreement.

Jaune and Arthur looks at the ocean below them.

"After all, it is Lugia, so that's exactly how it should be!" Ash then says before they all hear Lugia roar forcing the four trainers and three pokemon to cover their ear for the loud noise.

Ale Hold onto one of Lugia's fins "Everyone, hang on!" he yells as the other did as told while Lugia flies upward, they then see a flock of Ferrow flying by them.

"Fearow!" Ash states as Jaune's pulls out his Rotom phone.

"Fearow, the Beak Pokémon. A Flying type. Its large, powerful wings allow it to fly for an entire day. The crushing power of its beak is tremendous."

"So cool" Jaune mutters with awe 'I wish the others were here, Yang would love this' four trainers were in awe seeing the Pokémon.

Lugia then flies downward as the four late teenagers and three Pokemon scream while Lugia uses Aeroblast at the water making a pit shocking the four of them.

-little time skip-

After a while still on Lugia's back Ash and the new guy who Jaune and Ale learned that his name is Goh were chatting.

Goh is a thin young man in his late teens that has an androgynous appearance. He has messy vulcan hair with two red highlights, tan skin, and blue eyes. His outfit consists of a red and grey short-sleeved hoodie with a Poké Ball design, black sweatpants, red socks, and a pair of grey and black shoes.

"What about you two, what are you guys' names?" Goh asks looking at Jaune and Ale.

"I'm Jaune I reside in Celestic town in the Sinnoh Region, and this is my partner, Arthur the Shiny Riolu" Jaune says.

"Rio!" Arthur cries raising his paw in a greeting matter.

Ale smiles "and I'm Alegria, also from Celestic Town in the Sinnoh Region but you can call me Ale, and this is Tsareena" he says.

"Tsareena!" Tsareena cries as she waves at Goh.

Goh looks at Tsareena and Arthur with awe "I'd never seen a Riolu nor a Tsareena before, specially a Shiny Riolu" Goh says as the two Pokémon blushes and giggle at Goh's flattering words.

Ash and Goh then take their hands "Nice to meet you!" they both say to Jaune and Ale.

"Nice to meet you too" the two reply.

Goh then realizes something "Wait you mean THE Alegria Joy, the valedictorian in TSMU!?" Goh questions out of shock.

"Y-You've heard of me?" Ale asks looking at Goh surprised.

Goh nod "You were in every magazine in the region, you were one of the top three most successful students in TSMU! according to Poke-Vogue" Goh states.

Ale blushes "O-Oh really? I really don't see myself that successful" he says.

Jaune looks at Ale as if he's crazy "you really are what about that Bachelor in Pokémon Medicine" Jaune says.

Ash looks at the trio confused "Hate to be the one asking, but what's a TSMU?" Ash asks.

Ale looks at Ash "Allow me to explain, TSMU stands for Time, Space, Matter University it's named after what the creation trio represent; Dialga the guardian of Time, Palkia the guardian of Space and Giratina the guardian of Matter" Ale explains Making Ash looks at him with awe.

"That's so cool!" Ash says.

"Pika!" Pikachu agrees.

"W-Well TSMU is one of most well-known Universities in the globe so I'm not that surprised, just not used to be recognized for that" Ale then says.

"And you're a Nurse Joy kid also" Jaune adds as Goh nods agreeing with the Blonde.

Ash's now more surprised "that makes even more sense!" Ash states as he now can notice similarities of him with a Nurse Joy.

And then Lugia flies towards a field of flowers and turns around making Ash and the others fall off the Diving Pokemon and lands on a flower pokemon who were taking a nap as jaune and Ale land on their feet along  with their respective Pokémon but unlike them Goh falls on his butt while Ash face plants in the ground making Ale and Jaune cringe at the fall; Jaune and the others looks over and sees Lugia looking down on them before squealing and flaps its wings creating a gush of wind before flying off as the four trainers waves at the flying diving Pokémon.

"Lugia, thanks a lot! Take care!" Ash yells.

"See ya!" Goh also yells.

The group then stop waving once Lugia's no longer on sight.

"And there it goes" Goh Mutters

Ash lays back "Pokémon are the coolest, huh?" Ash asks.

Goh agrees "Yeah; Lugia really brought that feeling home for me" he says.

"I get what you mean" Jaune says as Goh and Ash look over at the tall blonde "The feeling there's a lot of worlds out there, and you know what you can go wherever you want if you've got the desire and a reason!" he adds.

"Rio!" Arthur agrees.

Goh nods agreeing with him "You're right, Jaune, and you can meet any Pokémon you want, too!" he says.

Ale nods "of course you can" he tells the red and gray clothed male.

Ash then sits up "No doubt about it" Ash adds.

"Pika, Pika!/Tsar!" Pikachu and Tsareena agrees.

Then the four of them chuckle jaune then noticed some flower petal stuck on Ale's hair which he takes them off

Ale stops laughing and looks at Jaune with confusion and tilts his head "you have petals in your hair" Jaune explains.

Ale then nods "I see...thanks" he thanks Jaune as Goh then gets up

"Come on, guys, I think it's time we got back" Goh says.

Ale tilts his head "but where exactly Lugia drop us off to?"

Ash and Goh realize and panics as Ale pulls out his Phone and opens the map app and smiles "hey we're not that far, we might get back to Vermilion City by evening, but we'll be get there" Ale says.

Ash and Goh sighs with relief "What a relief" they say.

"Alright, lead the way Ale" Jaune says to the pinkette male.

"With pleasure" he replies before walking ahead as Jaune, Arthur, Ash, Pikachu, Tsareena and Goh follow behind him.

-time skip-

Ash and Go were on the ground exhausted after a long walk, Jaune and Ale were exhausted too but not too exhausted for them to collapse to the ground unlike Ash and Goh.

"Finally, we're home" Ash says exhaustedly.

"Pikachu" Pikachu agrees just as exhausted as his trainer.

And then a Dog-like Pokémon runs out the door barking at the group and Pikachu goes up and greets the Pokémon.

"who's that Pokemon?" Jaune ask as his Rotom Phone flies out to Jaune.

"I think, it's a Yamper" Ale says.

"Yamper, the Puppy Pokémon, a Electric type; This Pokémon is very popular as a herding dog in the Galar region. As it runs, it generates electricity from the base of its tail."

then a young girl walks out with a disappointed expression on her face "Come on, you're late" she says.

 She's a short and slender fair-skinned young woman with long hair that is a dark shade of pink, seemingly reflecting light in the shape of a flower and green eyes. She also braids her hair and keeps it in a side ponytail with a cherry blossom-shaped scrunchie while she has square bangs hanging on the right side.

"You're not gonna believe what just happened! It's the story of our fateful encounter! You'll never guess, I met Lugia!" Goh tells the female.

"Is that so?" the girl asks not believing in him.

"You bet we did" Ale says as he shows the clips that he took from where they met Lugia at the port to the flower field.

"So Dad wasn't kidding" She mutters before handing Goh some paper "Here, your homework printouts" she tells Goh.

Goh was muttering something but then got nervous when the girl questions what he was muttering about but Goh quickly changes the subject asking for Professor Cerise which the girl point out as her father that he's still inside with Professor Oak which Goh rushes in with excitement.

"Your Dad is Professor Cerise!?" Ash question

Jaune tilts his head "Yeah, I can see the similarities between the two, let us introduce ourselves, I'm Jaune and this is Arthur" Jaune says as Arthur cries greeting Yamper who happily barks at the Shiny Pokémon.

"And I'm-" Ale says before the girl cuts him off.

"Alegria Joy, I heard of you, it's nice to meet you guys, my name's Chloe" she says.

"It's nice to mee you too" Ale says before pointing at Tsareena "and this is Tsareena" he says. 

"Tsar!" the fruit Pokémon cries as Ash walks in after Goh did.

"Sorry for all the trouble Goh might cause" Chloe apologizes.

Jaune shakes his head "on the contrary, we actually enjoyed Goh's company along with Ash which was the guy with the Pikachu who just walked in" he assures the female.

"Jaune let's check out the professor" Ale tells the tall blonde who nods "sure, we'll see you around Chloe" he says as both Jaune and Ale walk in and meet up with Professor Cerise, Professor Oak, Ash, and Goh standing there.

"I have a request for you both. Will you do me the honor of becoming research fellows at my laboratory?" Professor Cerise asks.

"What's a research fellow?" Ash questions.

"It's a special position, of course!" Goh says to Ash who's still dumbfounded.

"He means that you'll get to meet the many kinds of Pokémon in this world, sharing ideas, communicating, the list goes on" Ale explains as he walks up to the group.

"Ale, Jaune you're also here! and let's not forget that you'll be deepening our understanding of Pokémon; all of us as a team!" Cerise then says.

"I've been waiting to hear those words, it's reality! It's my future and I can hold it in the palm of my hand!" Goh state before Ash jumps over Goh.

"Professor Cerise! Me! I'll do it!" Ash then says.

"Great then you four agree to my proposal?" Cerise then asks.

Goh and Ash look confused "four?" they repeated before Ale clears his throat gaining the two other young men's attention that's when they realize "Jaune and Ale, too!?" they ask.

Jaune and Ale nod "yes, Jaune and Alegria agree to help us out since they were recommended by Professor Carolina herself" Cerise says.

"You mean the Sinnoh region Champion Cynthia's grandmother, Professor Carolina!?" Ash question.

"Cynthia's from Celestic town" Ale explains.

"Are you sure you'll be alright dear? It'll be a huge commute from here to Pallet Town, you know?" a brunette middle-aged woman questions looking specifically at Ash which Jaune assumes is his mother as she has a Mr. Mime behind her.

"Woah" Jaune says as he pulls out his Rotom Phone.

"Mr. Mime, the Barrier Pokémon. A Psychic and Fairy Type; By rapidly moving its fingers, Mr. Mime can stop air molecules to create an invisible wall."

"Oh, looks like you two have Rotom Phones already" Professor Cerise asks. 

Jaune nods "I got is as a gift" he explains.

"Mine too" Ale adds as he shows off his floating Phone as well making Ash and Goh look at the phones with amazement.

-time skip-

While Ash and Goh were bickering over who gets the top bunk. Professor Cerise takes both Jaune and Ale to a separate room with two beds a long with a desk and a tv.

"And this is where you'll be staying for the time being" Cerise tells the two young men.

"Thank you so much" both Ale and Jaune thank the professor as their pokemon did the same.

Cerise nods before leaving the two alone in the room as the two young men drop their bags and get themselves comfortable.

"You know Ale, we'd known each other in quite a while, and we'd never stayed in each other's room for the night before" Jaune points out.

"you mean sleeping over, yeah you're right" Ale agrees "so what Pokémon you would love to meet, Jaune?" he then asks.

"you know Ale, we've been talking about what I want already enough, what about you, what Pokémon you want to meet?"

Ale seems taken aback by this question but looks away embarrassedly "well you see... is kind of dumb..." he says disappointedly as he sits on one of the beds.

Jaune sits on the other bed across from Ale "Ale... Is fine, whoever that Pokémon is, I won't judge you" Jaune reassures the pinkette

Ale shakes his head "is not the Pokémon I'm concern about; I was concerned because I was made fun off since I was five years old only because of this dream I had" Ale says he was hesitant to continue the story but sighs "you see it was in kindergarten the teacher asked us what we want to be when we grow up? I was dumb to say what I wanted to be" he says.

Jaune frowns hearing his friend talking down to himself like this "Ale, it can't be that bad, don't pull yourself down" he says.

Ale sighs "I told my teacher I wanted to be a Top Coordinator, and then when the teacher ask us about life goals...I..." he says as he pauses

'That's a dumb dream Ale!'

'Hahahahaha' 

"Ale?" Jaune calls his friend who Ale noticed Jaune in front of him on his knees looking at him with concern "are you okay?"

"S-Sorry, I just have flashback, nothing to be too concern about, but my goal was singing with a certain Pokémon" Ale continues explaining.

Jaune then sits on the bed next to Ale "What Pokémon could that be?" he asks.

Ale was about to responds but when he opens his mouth words didn't come out so instead, he pulls out his Rotom Phone.

"Meloetta. The Melody Pokemon, a Normal and Psychic type; The melodies sung by Meloetta have the power to make Pokémon that hear them happy or sad."

Jaune looks at the picture with interest "Wow that's some unique Pokémon, but why you thought so little of it" he then asks.

"Remember when I told you about Mystical Pokémon?" Alen asks which Jaune nod at him "well Meloetta is one of those Mystical Pokémon, ever since that day I told the teachers that I wanted to perform with Meloetta, I got constantly made fun off for that dream and I was bullied by mostly girls because they thought I would take their crushes/boyfriends, and unfortunately for me the teachers did nothing about it, so I have to tolerate the bullying until graduating Highschool, and became the guy you see today" Ale explains.

Jaune takes Ale's hand "Ale... I think you should start taking your own advice and take that big leap of faith, that you'll meet and sing with Meloetta one day!" Jaune encourages the long pink hair male who looks at him with shock.

"Jaune..." Ale mutters.

"And when that day comes, I'll make sure to witness every second of that once in a lifetime moment!" he states.

"Rio!" Arthur cries agreeing with his trainer.

"Tsar!" Tsareena agrees as well.

Ale looks at Jaune and their Pokemon "Jaune... Tsareena... Arthur" he mutters before giggling while whipping his eyes "now I'm the one crying" he says.

"I really mean it Ale" Jaune says.

Ale nods "I know you do...thank you" he says before noticing both their faces are a bit close before scooting a bit away.

"S-Sorry about that" Jaune apologizes.

"i-is fine, don't worry about it" Ale reassures the tall blonde while waving off.

Jaune then looks at Ale "Ale..." Jaune says as Ale looks back at Jaune "You didn't deserve to be treated like that" he says.

Ale feels his face heated up and looks down his lap and sees that his Jaune's hand's still on his "Thanks Jaune" Ale says with a smile.

Jaune smiles back "always!" he says with a smile.

'Arceus I swear that one of these days that smile will be the death of me' Ale thinks.

It's a world full of dreams, adventure, and Pokémon, so let's go, as the journey continues.
