Hello Son,

How are you? I miss you so much and hope that you are well. For the first time since you were born I have not seen your face for months.

This was the first year since you started school, that I wasn't there for your first day. I wonder if you've seen a dentist. They called last week. We missed our first appointment.

Things are not the same since you've been gone. The holidays were just so empty. Our birthdays are coming and I really wish you were here. This will be the first time since you were born that I will spend my birthday alone.

I haven't heard your voice in so long. I'm sure your tone has changed. How I wish to hear you laugh. To see the sparkle of your bright eyes.

I miss you so much everyday... It's hard to believe that you left without even saying goodbye. Still to this day I wonder how it all went wrong.

I'm sure that you won't get this. I have no address to send it to. But then again you haven't answered any calls or texts.

I wish you well my dear child. I love you now and always will. I knew that one day would go away. I just thought that I had more time.
