Daniel is downstairs making lunch for Ash, Bria, Sienna and Tristan! The rest of the Preda kids are at school for the day!

Daniel is making pancakes for lunch, since that's what the four youngest Preda children love to have for lunch now a days!

"Papa! I want some apple juice with my pancakes!" Ash says as he runs over to Daniel and hugs him.

"Apple juice with pancakes? That sounds kinda nasty to me!" Daniel says as Ash giggles loudly.

"I wike apple juice, Papa! It is yummy!" Ash says as he smiles up at Daniel.

"Fine, you can have some apple juice. Bria! Sienna! Tristan! It is lunch time!" Daniel says to Ash as he calls the triplets over.

Bria, Sienna snd Tristan all happily run over and climb up into their seats. Ash then gets into his seat.

Daniel brings over four plates of pancakes and gives them to Ash, Bria, Sienna and Tristan.

"What would you three like to have as a drink with your pancakes?" Daniel asks Bria, Sienna and Tristan happily.

"MILK!" Bria and Sienna both say in unison happily.

"YEAH! ILK!" Tristan says as he smiles ear to ear at Daniel.

Daniel fills three sippy cups with milk and fills Ash's cup with apple juice.

"Fank you, Papa!" Bria, Sienna, Tristan and Ash all say in unison to Daniel.

"You're welcome! Eat up and enjoy your lunch!" Daniel says to Bria, Sienna, Tristan and Ash with a big smile on his face.

Meanwhile upstairs, Joey is in the master bedroom taking a nice shower when suddenly he begins to feel severe stomach pain.

"Are your pancakes good, guys?" Daniel asks Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna.

"Yes!" Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison as they happily eat their pancakes.

"Good!" Daniel says happily to Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna with a cheeky grin.

Suddenly, Daniel hears Joey let out a blood curdling scream, making Daniel instantly stop in his tracks.

Daniel quickly runs upstairs and runs into the master bathroom.

"Joey? Joey? What's wrong? What's wrong?" Daniel asks Joey with lots of concern in his voice and Joey screams.

"I-I dont know, I-I was showering and then my stomach started to hurt really really bad!" Joey says as he tries to breathe through the pain.

"Why don't you sit down and relax in the water for a little bit. Maybe it is your appendix or something you ate earlier? I really don't know, love." Daniel says as he helps Joey sit down in the shower chair.

Joey takes deep breaths in and out trying to breathe through the pain.

"Danny, it is a sharp pain and it is not just on one side! This hurts and it feels like pressure of some sort!" Joey says to Daniel.

Daniel looks down and he sees what appears to be a baby's head and his face turns nearly white.

Joey sees the look on Daniel's face and he begins to instantly worry.

"What?! What?! What is it?!" Joey says to Daniel.

"You.... are....having a baby!" Daniel yells out as he quickly grabs a towel and a suction thingy they still have left over somehow from the puppies and kittens.

Joey screams loudly in horror as he feels a lot of pain.

"A BABY?! YOU ARE FUCKING KIDDING ME RIGHT?!" Joey yells at Daniel in lots of worry.

"NO! I WOULDN'T LIE TO YOU! HOLY SHIT!" Daniel says to Joey as he gets ready to deliver a baby that they were both not expecting.

Joey screams in pain and looks at Daniel in utter confusion.

"When was the last time we had fucking sex?!" Joey yells at Daniel as he feels more pain.

"We have had sex a lot in the last nine months, babe!" Daniel says to Joey and Joey glares at Daniel.

"You were supposed to be wearing a condom!" Joey yells to Daniel.

"I did! And you were suppose to be taking your birth control!" Daniel says to Joey and Joey glares at Daniel again.

"I forgot a small handful of times! If you were wearing condoms, how the hell did I get pregnant? Condoms are supposed to prevent this!" Joey says to Daniel.

"Condoms break sometimes! And oh my god, here comes the baby's head!" Daniel says as Joey screams loudly.

Joey pushes and screams loudly as the baby's head comes out.

"Good job! Good job! Okay! One more big push! One more push!" Daniel says to Joey as he gets ready to catch a baby.

Joey gives one more big push and screams as the baby comes out of him. Daniel catches the baby and quickly places it on Joey's chest.

After almost a minute of silence, the baby begins to cry loudly and pinks up.

"There you go! There you go, baby! Good job, Joey! Oh my gosh! Wow!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey's forehead and admires the newborn.

Joey then begins to cry loudly, with worry and in pain.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Joey says to Daniel and to the baby, not knowing this was even going to happen.

"It is okay! It is okay! Don't cry! Don't cry! Everything is going to be okay! I do need to call an ambulance though! You and the baby need to get checked out by your doctor! You did great and baby looks super healthy to me!" Daniel says as he kisses Joey.

The baby cries some more and the baby tries to open its eyes but the room is too bright while Joey then begins to cry some more.

"I am sorry for yelling at you! I-I feel horrible I-I am just in so much shock! I didn't know I was pregnant!" Joey says to Daniel.

"Sweety, it's okay! It's okay, sweety! You were in a lot of pain! You had a baby with no pain medicine and did an amazing job! This is a really huge shock but everything will be just fine, I promise!" Daniel says as he comforts Joey and helps him calm down.

Daniel then looks down at the baby and admires the baby's little features. Joey smiles a little bit and sniffles at Daniel and the baby.

"Is the baby a boy or girl, Danny?" Joey asks Daniel softly as he looks into Daniel's brown eyes.

Daniel carefully lifts the baby's leg up and sees the sex of the baby.

"It's a little boy." Daniel says as he chuckles and smiles and Joey smiles back at Daniel.

"Danny, you delivered him. You should name him." Joey says to Daniel and then Joey nods.

"I have no idea on what to name him! He is a cutie pie though. He is the perfect mixture of the both of us and he is a blondie." Daniel says with a big proud grin.

Daniel then smiles at up Joey and then down at the baby boys that is curled up on Joey's chest.

"And plus, we should think of his name together." Daniel says to Joey and Joey blushes.

"Aww okay! You are right." Joey says with a cheeky smile.

"You feel okay, baby?" Daniel asks Joey and Joey happily nods.

"Yeah, I am just a little sore. Where are the little ones? Is anyone watching them downstairs?" Joey asks Daniel in worry.

Just as Joey says that, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all happily walk upstairs together.

"DADDY!" Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison to Joey.

"Hi, babies! Hiii!" Joey says happily to Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna.

"Let me call my mom and tell her to come home from work to watch the little ones and be here when the other kids come home from school." Daniel says as he texts his mom, Maria!

A few seconds later, Maria calls Daniel and Daniel picks up his iPhone and answers the phone call.

"Daniel? What is going on?" Maria asks Daniel in lots of worry.

"Umm, It is really hard to explain.... but your fifteenth grandchild is here happily waiting to meet you." Daniel says as Joey giggles in the background and Maria gasps loudly.

"WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN A FIFTEENTH GRANDCHILD?!" Maria asks Daniel loudly.

"Joey didn't know he was pregnant and you have a new grandson. Your eighth one." Daniel says happily to Maria and Maria squeals loudly.

"I am on my way home right now, Danny! I'm coming!" Maria says as Daniel smiles ear to ear.

"Okay, Mama! We will see you really soon then!" Daniel says with a big smile as he hangs up his iPhone.

"Maria is coming home!" Daniel says to Joey and Joey smiles at Daniel.

"Aw, good! Nonna is coming home!" Joey says to Daniel as Daniel smiles at the Joey and then at the kids.

"Hi, guys!" Daniel says with a big cheeky grin at Ash, Bria Tristan and Sienna.

"Hi, Papa!" Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison to Daniel happily.

Joey and Daniel then smile at each other before looking back at Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna.

"Look guys, you all have a new baby brother now!" Joey says softly as Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all smile at the new baby with excitement.

Daniel quickly grabs his vlogging camera and begins to vlog the special moment!

"A BABY WAS IN YOUR TUMMY, DADDY? REALLY? REALLY?" Ash asks Joey happily.

"Yes, there was a baby in my tummy! I didn't know the baby was in my tummy though! The baby was a BIG surprise!" Joey says to Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna.

Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all giggle and smile at Joey and the new baby.

"COOL!" Ash says to Joey as he gets very excited.

"YAY!" Bria, Tristian and Sienna all say in unison as they all continue to get excited.

"Bria and Sienna, you two are big sisters now! And Tristan, you are a big brother now!" Joey says with a big cheeky grin.

"And Ash, you are a big brother again!" Joey says to Ash with a big cheeky grin.

"Are you all excited to have a baby brother?" Daniel asks Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna with a smile.

"YES! YES! I cited! I cited!" Ash says with a big cheeky smile at Daniel.

"Uh huh!" Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison to Daniel even though they don't know what that means exactly.

Ten minutes later, Maria gets home and she races up the stairs to see Joey, Daniel, the four younger kids and the new baby!

Maria is greeted at the top of the steps by Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna!

"NONNA!" Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison happily as they run over to Maria.

"Nonna! Nonna! We have a new baby! Look! Look! Look!" Ash says with a big cheeky smile as he runs over to her.

Maria smiles and kisses Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna on the head one by one.

"I know! I am so excited to meet the new baby!" Maria says to Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna happily.

Maria then walks into the master bedroom and sees Joey, the baby and Daniel.

Joey is sitting on the bed and he is holding the baby while Daniel figures out what to do with the placenta.

"Hi, Maria! Look who is here to meet you." Joey says with a big cheeky grin.

Maria tears up as she admires her eighth grandson and fifteenth grandchild.

"Oh, he is so so sweet and perfect." Maria says softly.

Daniel hugs Maria tightly and kisses her, making Maria smile at him.

"He still doesn't have a name yet! We are still deciding." Daniel says as he kisses Joey and then the baby.

Joey smiles up at Daniel and Daniel smiles back at him.

"I love you, Daniel." Joey says softly to Daniel with a smile.

"I love you too!" Daniel says to Joey as he kisses Joey's forehead.

"You know, I always liked the name Gabriel! You were almost named Gabriel, Daniel." Maria says to Daniel and Joey.

"That sounds like a cute middle name actually. I like that name a lot." Joey says as he looks up at Daniel.

"That is a cute middle name! Thank you, Mama!" Daniel says to Maria.

"You're welcome! I am glad I helped you boys out with my grandson's name." Maria says as the triplets and Ash hug her again.

Once Daniel and Joey know that the triplets and Ash are settled in with Maria, Daniel calls an ambulance to take himself, Joey and the baby to the hospital to get checked out by doctors.

After a few hours of testing, Joey, Daniel and baby boy are now resting.

Baby Boy Preda is a healthy baby who was born around thirty eight weeks, which is right on time!

Baby Boy Preda was born on January 29th at 12:21pm and he weighed 6lbs 14oz and is 19 inches long.

Joey just fed baby boy his first ever bottle and he and Daniel are still thinking of a first name for baby boy.

Daniel takes a few pictures of Joey and the baby together, making Joey smile and blush.

Daniel then kisses the baby boy's head and then he french kisses Joey, making Joey smile.

"He is our little blessing." Daniel says as Joey happily nods.

"He is. He is so perfect." Joey says to Daniel happily.

"He sure is, love. He sure is." Daniel says as he smiles at Joey.

"I love the name Gabriel as a middle name for him. I like the name and I like the meaning of it." Joey says with a big cheeky grin and Daniel smiles.

"What about Koa Gabriel? I love the name Koa when I was looking through baby names earlier." Daniel says to Joey.

"Koa? That name sounds really cool, unique and very different!" Joey says with a smile.

Joey then looks at baby boy's face to see if the name Koa fits him.

"I think Koa actually fits him really well, Danny." Joey says with a big proud smile on his face and Daniel smiles as well.

"Koa Gabriel Preda." Daniel says out loud, so Joey can here the name out loud too.

"That is so perfect, oh my gosh. It blends really well together too." Joey says to Daniel and Daniel tears up and smiles at Joey.

"Really?" Daniel says as Joey happily nods.

"Yeah!" Joey says with a big grin.

"Even though we both just found out about him literally today, I love Koa so much already." Daniel says to Joey.

"Me too. I love him so so much. He fits into our family so much already. It feels like this was meant to be." Joey says with a little grin.

Daniel then wipes tears out of his eyes and so does Joey.

"I love our family so freaking much, Joey. Wow, I can't believe we had another son this feels so real and so perfect to me." Daniel says to Joey as Joey smiles and kisses Daniel.

"I love our family so much too! And we have a lot to work to do at the house. Koa needs a crib, a bassinet and all of the baby things we don't have." Joey says to Daniel and Daniel smiles.

"I can do that right away for our little man." Daniel says to Joey and Joey smiles.

"You are the best Papa ever, Danny." Joey says to Daniel and Daniel tears up again.

"Don't make me cry, babe!" Daniel says to Joey and Joey kisses Daniel again.

"I really need to get my tubes tied and take birth control!" Joey says as he laughs loudly and Daniel smiles.

"And I am definitely buying new condoms, obviously these are flimsy and break easily." Daniel says to Joey and Joey smiles.

"You need to be snipped finally too." Joey says as he giggles loudly and Daniel nods.

"Agreed, but I am scared about that." Daniel says to Joey.

"Aww, I'll be there for you." Joey says as he holds Daniel's hand.

Joey, Koa and Daniel all hang out at the hospital for a few more hours before being able to head back home!

Joey and Daniel are so happy to have Koa Gabriel into their big ole family! :)
