Currently, Daniel, Joey, Koa, Aspen and Maxwell are heading to the tattoo parlor!

Daniel is going to get Koa's initial added to his tattoo of the kid's initials he has on his arm, while Aspen and Maxwell both want to get piercings done!

Aspen wants to get her nose pierced and Maxwell wants to get his ears pierced!

Aspen has been saving her allowance money for a while now and she is also now old enough to get her nose pierced!

Meanwhile, Maxwell has been asking to get his ears pierced for the longest time.

Joey and Daniel wanted to make sure Maxwell is responsible enough to clean them and has better hygiene. Maxwell isn't the best at that but most boys aren't.

However, Maxwell has proved to Daniel and Joey that he is ready to get his ears pierced and as a present for his eleventh birthday, Joey and Daniel are going to get it done for him!

Aspen fidgets with her hands feelings nervous about the nose piercing. Aspen is more scared for the pain and how long her nose will hurt.

Meanwhile, Maxwell has a lot of questions about getting his ears pierced.

"Does it hurt really bad to get your ears pierced?" Maxwell asks out loud.

"It will be a pinch or two on each side! They will probably be sore to touch for a few days though! Mine were anyway." Daniel explains to Maxwell while he drives.

"I didn't even feel it when I got mine done but everyone is different." Joey says to Maxwell.

"Are you okay, Asp?" Daniel asks Aspen, noticing she is quiet.

"I'm okay! I'm just a little nervous! A lot of my friends said it hurts!" Aspen says with a nervous chuckle and Daniel smiles.

"And Aspen, dont worry it will only be a pinch too." Daniel says to Aspen.

"Your eyes might water a little bit!" Joey says to Aspen.

"That's what Alycesaundra and Giavanna said when they got their noses pierced!" Aspen says to Joey and Daniel.

Maxwell smiles at a sleeping Koa and holds his hand, causing Joey to smile.

"Is Koa sleeping, Max?" Joey asks Maxwell as he looks at the three kids in the mirror.

"Yup!" Maxwell says with a smile.

"Aspen, when does your job start?" Daniel asks Aspen.

"In April! That's when busy season starts! I'm so excited!" Aspen says with a big smile.

Daniel than pulls into the parking lot of the tattoo parlor and puts the car in park.

"You two ready to do this?" Daniel asks Aspen and Maxwell.

"Yes!" Aspen and Maxwell both say in unison to Daniel with cheeky grins.

"Danny, should we take Koa with his car seat or should we baby wear him?" Joey asks Daniel curiously.

"Baby wearing him would be easier I think!" Daniel says to Joey with a smile.

Daniel, Joey, Maxwell and Aspen all get out of the car and Daniel holds Koa while Joey gets the baby wrap on.

Koa coos as Daniel holds him and Daniel softly kisses his cheek.

"Okay, I'm ready for him!" Joey says with a big grin as Daniel places Koa in the baby carrier and Joey gets him settled in.

"Let's go in!" Daniel says happily as Aspen and Maxwell both cheer.

Joey, Koa, Daniel, Aspen and Maxwell all walk into the tattoo parlor and sit down, waiting to be called.

"I want a tattoo!" Maxwell says with a giggle.

"You are way too early to get one, Max!" Joey says with a chuckle.

"How old do you have to be?" Maxwell asks with a frown.

"You have to be eighteen in California! The tattoo artist can get in trouble if they tattoo a minor." Daniel says to Maxwell.

"That's too far away!" Maxwell says with a pout.

"Well, you have plenty of time to think about what you want." Joey says to Maxwell.

"I was on my 20's when I got my first tattoo!" Daniel says to the kids.

"Papa, are you going to add Koa's initial to your tattoo for us?" Aspen asks Daniel.

"Yup! I'm going to add him today! He will go next to Sienna. I have you all in birth order." Daniel explains to Aspen showing Aspen and Maxwell the tattoo.

Joey smiles at his husband and the dedication he puts into his children.

Koa begins to suck his thumb as he happily sits in the baby carrier.

"We have a thumb sucker!" Daniel says with a giggle.

"Don't take it out, I didn't bring a pacifier with us. Remember Montana and Moon were playing with two of them." Joey says to Daniel.

"Those two are always into something." Daniel says with a giggle.

Daniel and Joey go to the front desk to sign Maxwell and Aspen in for their piercings.

"What kind of earrings should I get, Asp?" Maxwell asks Aspen.

"I think they give you studs at first but you can choose which ones. You have to have them in for a few weeks and then you can wear whatever." Aspen explains to Maxwell.

"Oh okay! What about you? Are you getting the middle of your nose or the side?" Maxwell asks Aspen.

"I'm getting the side! I have to get a stud for a few months and then it was a ring." Aspen says to Maxwell.

Daniel smiles at Aspen and Maxwell, happy to see the two getting along for once.

"Make sure you clean it, Aspen. Nose piercings can get infected easily." Daniel explains to Aspen.

Joey and Koa walk back over and sits with Daniel, Aspen and Maxwell.

"They will be ready for you three in about fifteen minutes!" Joey says as he kisses Koa's head as he continues to suck his thumb.

"Are you two still nervous?" Daniel asks Aspen and Maxwell.

"No! I remember this place when I got my ears pierced and I know they know what they are doing!" Aspen says to Daniel.

"I am!" Maxwel says softly, being embarrassed about being nervous.

"It's okay to feel nervous! You will be fine! You can hold Papa or I's hand for support." Joey explains to Maxwell.

"That's what babies do though, need to hold someone's hand." Maxwell says to Joey and Daniel.

"No it isn't! You can hold someone's hand during anything! I held your Daddy's hand when he gave birth to all of you." Daniel says to Maxwell and Joey nods in agreement while Aspen looks at Daniel.

"Papa.. can I hold your hand? Im not nervous.. i just want someone there." Aspen asks Daniel.

"Of course you can!" Daniel says with a cheeky smile.

After a fifteen minute wait, Daniel, Joey, Koa, Aspen and Maxwell all go into a room!

"Hey what's up! I'm Alex and I'm going to do your piercings and tattoo today! Who is getting the tattoo?" Alex asks out loud.

"I am!" Daniel says with a grin.

"Gotcha! And what about the ear piercings?" Alex asks out out.

"I am! I'm getting my ears pierced." Maxwell says with excitement.

"And finally, who is getting their nose pierced?" Alex asks outloud.

"I'm getting my nose pierced!" Aspen says with a smile.

"Alrighty! Let me do the piercings first and then I'll do the tattoo. What kind of tattoo do you want to get?" Alex asks out out loud.

"I want to add an initial to me tattoo! It's for my kids! We just welcomed another baby and I want to add his initial which is a K." Daniel says to Alex.

"Woah! Eleven kids, well twelve now! What are their names and ages?" Alex asks as he gets his supplies for the piercings.

"Aspen is fourteen, she is getting her nose pierced today! Everett is twelve! Maxwell is eleven and he is getting his ears pierced! Haven is nine, Luna is seven, River is six, Eden is four, Ash is three, Bria, Tristan and Sienna are twenty two months and Koa is almost three weeks." Daniel says and Joey smiles.

Alex smiles at Daniel and Joey.

"Well, I'll take the kiddos back first! Would you or your husband like to go back with them?"Alex asks Joey and Daniel.

"Sure we can both go back!" Joey says and Daniel nods in agreement.

"Sounds good! Let's go in this room right over here!" Alex says as Aspen, Maxwell, Joey, Koa and Daniel all walk into the room they do for piercings and tattoos.

"Who wants to go first?" Alex asks the kids.

"I'll go first!" Aspen says with a big smile.

"Okay! Sit in the chair for me and clean your nose off with his alcohol wipe!" Alex says as Aspen sits in the chair and begins to rub her nose, cleaning her nose off making sure it's clean.

Daniel smiles and holds Aspen's hand, causing Aspen to feel safe.

"What kind of nose piercing are you going to get today?" Alex asks as he washes his hands and gets the tools.

"Just on the side! My left side please." Aspen says with a grin.

"No problem!" Alex says to Aspen as he places a dot on her nose.

Daniel notices as Aspen grips his hand tightly and Alex smiles.

"Alright. Ready Aspen?" Alex asks Aspen.

"Yes, I am ready." Aspen says with a cheeky grin.

"Okay you are going to feel some pressure from the clamp." Alex says getting the clamp in place. 

"Now I'm going to put the needle in. Take a deep breath in and breathe it out. Ready?" Alex says to Aspen.

"Okay!" Aspen says with a grin.

Aspen breathes out and Alex pushes the needle through her nose. Two tears fall from Aspen eyes and Daniel hands her a tissue.

Alex gets the stud earring in place on Aspen's nose and smiles at her.

"All done! You did really great!" Alex says happily.

"Thank you! And that wasn't too bad! But it made my eyes water!" Aspen says with a giggle.

"Yup, that's pretty normal! Clean it a few times a day with a Q tip with the cleaning solution and don't change your earring for a few months. I'd say a month or two." Alex explains to Aspen and Aspen smiles.

"Wow! It looks nice, Aspen! I like it!" Joey says as he films a clip of Aspen's nose.

"It's going to hurt to sneeze for a little bit too! That's normal!" Alex says to Aspen.

Aspen gets out of the chair and sits in another chair that's in the room.

"Okay, Max! You are next!" Alex says with a smile.

Maxwell sits in the chair and looks at Alex's gauged ears.

"I like your ears! They are so cool!" Maxwell says as Alex cleans Maxwell's ear lobes.

"Thanks!" Alex says happily.

"I want to do that, Daddy and Papa!" Maxwell says to Joey and Daniel with a cheeky grin.

"Not now you won't. Maybe when you are a little older!" Joey says to Maxwell.

"And you aren't doing them super big! Alex's size is a good size that looks nice." Daniel says.

"Yeah, I like this size! Bigger than this is too big to me!" Alex says as he gets the earrings ready and Maxwell smiles.

"Okay! I'm ready for earrings!" Maxwell says.

"Good! Do the same thing your older sister did with the breathing deep in and then out okay?" Alex says to Maxwell.

"Okay!" Maxwell says to Alex.

Alex makes sure Maxwell's right earlobe is all clean before getting ready.

"Now I'm going to put the needle in. Take a deep breath in and breathe it out. Ready?" Alex says to Maxwell.

"Yup!" Maxwell says with a grin.

Maxwell breathes in and out and Alex pushes the needle through the first ear lobe.

Max flinches a little and Daniel holds his hand tightly.

"It's alright Max! One more!" Daniel says as he holds Maxwell's hand.

"Already, now I'm going to put the needle in your next ear. Take a deep breath in and breathe it out. Ready?" Alex says to Maxwell and Maxwell nods.

Maxwell breathes in and out and Alex pushes the needle through the first second lobe.

"All done! Your ears may feel sore for a week or so and that's normal! Just make sure you clean them 2-3 times a day with the solution!" Alex says to Maxwell.

"They look awesome, Max!" Joey says proudly.

Maxwell smiles ear to ear as he looks at his pierced ears.

"Thank you!" Maxwell says to Alex.

"Thank you so much!" Aspen says to Alex.

"You are very welcome!" Alex says happily to Aspen and Maxwell as he washes his hands.

"Okay, Mr. Preda is it time for your tattoo!" Alex says as Daniel puts his sleeve up and gets his arm situated and ready for the tattoo!

Joey smiles at Daniel before looking down at a sleeping Koa.

Alex places the K stencil next to the S and pulls it away.

"Do you like it there?" Alex asks Daniel as Alex shows Daniel the tattoo stencil placement.

"It looks wonderful there! I love it!"

"Okay, let's get started then!" Alex says as he gets the motor tattoo machine ready with black ink to match the rest of the kid's initials.

Daniel smiles at Joey.

"Joey, do you want to come sit next to me and watch?" Daniel ask Joey.

"No thanks! You know needles and the tattoo machine scare me!" Joey says tower a chuckle.

"I'll sit and watch!" Maxwell says as he walks over and sits next to Daniel.

Alex begins to carefully trace the outline of the K before coloring it in.

Joey watches from a few feet away and gets emotional knowing how much Daniel loves his kids but tries to hide it.

After fifteen minutes, Daniel's tattoo is finished.

"What do you think?" Alex asks Daniel.

"That's looks awesome! Thank you so much!" Daniel says as he shakes Alex's hand.

"No, problem! You know how to care for it right?" Alex asks Daniel and Daniel nods.

"Yes, I know how to do tattoo care! Thank you for asking." Daniel says with a big grin.

Joey smiles at Daniel.

"Give me a hug! I love it, it looks so beautiful."Joey says and Daniel smiles.

"Did you notice a few weeks ago I added us connected to the kid's initials?" Daniel asks Joey.

"Oh my gosh no! Was it before Koa?" Joey asks Daniel and Daniel nods.

"Yeah, I got it done like a week before he was born." Daniel says with a smile and Joey smiles too.

"Aww!" Joey says happily.

Aspen and Maxwell also both smile.

"That's cute, Papa!" Aspen and Maxwell both say in unison.

Joey, Daniel, Aspen, Maxwell and Koa all go to the counter to pay before leaving!

Joey, Daniel, Aspen, Maxwell and Koa all go out to eat before heading back home! :)
