Today is Thanksgiving at the Graceffa-Preda household!

Daniel, Joey and Maria have been busy since late last night getting everything prepared to start cooking today! They have a large guest list so they have to make sure they have enough for everyone!

The Thanksgiving guest list includes: Joey's mother Debbie, stepdad Bob, brother Jett, sister Nicole, brother-in-law Sean, nephew Jay, father Joe, stepmother Saundra, Daniel's brother Alexandru, sister-in-law Liz, niece Alina, brother Jakob, sister-in-law Skyler and nephew Luca! And finally Hope, her fiancé Drake and his son Drake Jr.

However, a few family members are unable to come. Joey's stepsiblings Alex and Cameron from his stepmom Saundra are having Thanksgiving with their dad this year, Joey's aunt Beth is back in Massachusetts with Joey's grandparents Martha and Donald since Donald is sickly right now.

Also Hope's mother, father, two brothers and sister-in-law are unable to come due to all of them getting covid. Luckily Hope and her fiancé Drake are negative and still can come!

Right now, Daniel and Maria are both in the kitchen getting everything together and ready while Joey is in the living room with River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan, Sienna, Koa, Caspian and Emersyn.

Caspian and Emersyn are both sleeping in their swings while Koa is sitting on the couch with Joey, cuddling with him.

River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna are all watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade and all of them are already in their Thanksgiving outfits!

"DADDY! Look! Look! It's Snoopy!" Ash with lots of excitement.

"I see him! That's a big float, wow!" Joey says as Ash giggles.

"There's Elmo!" Sienna cheers loudly.

"And Cookie!" Tristan says as he giggles.

"Abby and Big Bird!" Bria says as she cheers.

"Santa and Mrs Claus should be coming soon!" Joey says causing River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna to get excited for Christmas.

"Mariah Carey too! She da queen of Christmas!" River says with some sass, causing Joey to laugh as River's comment reminds him of Daniel.

"Come on kitties! Let's have a yummy Thanksgiving snack!" Everett says as the eight Graceffa-Preda cats Sakura, Yarrow, Rowan, Onyx, Bear, Maple, Oreo and Basil follow closely behind him.

"Meow!" All eight cats meow loudly at Everett.

"I know you all want some! Give me a second!" Everett says as he cuts up the treats to make them smaller for the cats to eat.

"Moon! Don't roll in that!" Maxwell yells as he tries to bring Lark, Moon, Storm and Wolf inside.

"What's he rolling in?" Daniel asks Maxwell.

"Either poop or mud I think!" Maxwell says to Daniel.

"Eww!" Maria yells loudly.

"Don't let him do that! He will need a bath but we don't have time for that!" Daniel says as Maxwell giggles and runs outside to stop Moon.

Luckily, Moon was just laying in wet grass.

Meanwhile upstairs, Aspen, Haven and Luna are in the foster room with Montana and her eleven babies - Grizzly, Buck, Woods, Bow, Fern, Yarrow, Timber, Aspen, Huck, Twig and Winter.

Daniel walks over to the living room with a cup of coffee for Joey!

"Here you go love, just the way you like it!" Daniel says, handing Joey the cup of coffee and kisses him.

"Thank you, Danny." Joey says happily drinking his turkey.

River smiles up at Daniel and runs over to him

"Papa! Could I have juice? Please!" River says remembering his manners.

"Sure, bud! Anybody else want some orange or apple juice?" Daniel asks the kids.

Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all run over to Daniel, wanting juice or milk.

"Okay, okay! One at a time. One at a time. Let's all go to the kitchen to get your drinks." Daniel says as River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all run over to the kitchen happily.

Daniel bends down and checks the twins and they are both fast asleep.

"I still can't believe we have three babies celebrating their first Thanksgiving this year." Joey says as he kisses Koa's cheek as he falls asleep.

"Well, we did that with the triplets a few years ago!" Daniel says playfully as he fixes Caspian and Emersyn's little blankets.

"Duh! But I mean we have two three week olds and an almost ten month old!" Joey says as Daniel smiles.

"That's true! A different but great experience. We have a lot to be thankful for." Daniel says to Joey.

"We sure are. I love you, Danny." Joey says as he carefully places Koa on the couch to sleep but Koa just lays there instead.

"I love you too!" Daniel says, kissing Joey's forehead.

"Everyone should be arriving soon!" Joey says happily.

"Hope text me saying she, Drake and Drake's son are on the way." Daniel says with a grin.

"Aw, I can't wait to meet Drake's son! How old is he?" Joey asks Daniel.

"He's nine!" Daniel says with a grin.

"What do they call him since he's Drake as well?" Joey asks playfully.

"They call him DJ!" Daniel says with a grin.

Daniel and Joey both watch Everett with the eight cats and Maxwell with the dogs, proud of their nurturing boys.

Everett is feeding Sakura, Yarrow, Rowan, Onyx, Bear, Maple, Oreo and Basil some small pieces of turkey while Maxwell is feeding Wolf, Storm, Lark and Moon some pumpkin and apples. 

"Dad! Papa! Can I give Montana some too? I know she doesn't like coming down because she likes to stay with her puppies." Maxwell says to Joey and Daniel and Daniel smiles at Maxwell.

"Sure, Max! Here is a bowl with some light turkey and some pumpkin pieces and apples!" Daniel says, handing it to Maxwell.

"Can the puppies have it?" Maxwell asks Daniel and Joey.

"Not yet! They aren't quite old enough!" Daniel says with a smile.

Aspen, Haven and Luna walk downstairs with the rabbits Cocoa, Thunder and Sky and the guinea pigs Marshal and Zucker. Luna is holding Thunder, Aspen is holding Cocoa and Sky and Haven is holding Marshal and Zucker.

Cocoa, Thunder, Sky, Marshal and Zucker all have little sweaters on, thanks to Aspen and Haven learning how to sew.

"The rabbits and guinea pigs wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving too!" Aspen says as she puts the rabbits and the guinea pigs in a huge play area that's safe.

"How's Monty and the babies?" Joey asks Aspen, Haven and Luna.

"Good! Monty is feeding the babies right now! I help feed a few of them!" Haven says with a grin.

"Me too! I fed Twig a bottle!" Luna says proudly.

"Yarrow 2 and Aspen 2 loved sitting in my lap." Aspen says with a big proud grin.

Daniel and Joey find it hilarious Aspen named a puppy after herself and that River named one Yarrow even though they have a cat with the same name but Joey and Daniel wanted to kids to help with the naming process.

River flips his arms happily.

"Yarrow! Papa, I go see puppies? Pwease?" River asks Daniel.

"Sure! We can all see them for a few minutes before everyone arrives for Thanksgiving!" Daniel says as he, Joey, River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan, Sienna and Koa all go upstairs to the foster room.

Maria stays downstairs to watch a sleeping Caspian and Emersyn.

Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven and Luna all walk into the kitchen to smell all of the delicious food and see what's done.

"No eating! Not yet!" Maria says, knowing what the five are up to.

"I'm hungry." Maxwell says with a pout.

"I have some devil eggs for just us in the refrigerator if you want to have that." Maria says, compromising with the kids.

Maxwell nods and happily opens the refrigerator.

"Thank you, Nonna!" Maxwell says as he grabs two deviled eggs.

Aspen, Everett, Haven and Luna all take one as well.

"Thank you, Nonna!" Aspen, Everett, Haven and Luna all say in unison.

"You're welcome! Make room for Thanksgiving dinner!" Maria says playfully. 

The doorbell rings and Luna happily runs over to the door.

"I'll get it!" Luna says as she twirls around.

"Make sure you look to see who it is!" Maria says and Luna nods.

Luna peeks through the peephole and sees Hope, Drake and Drake's son DJ.

Luna jumps up and down as she hugs Hope.

"Auntie Hope!" Luna says happily.

"Hi, Luna! Happy Thanksgiving!" Hope says as she kisses Luna.

"Happy Thanksgiving!" Luna says with a big grin.

"Looks like the dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs are enjoying some treats and that's why they aren't over here!" Hope says with a chuckle.

"Yeah! And Montana is upstairs with her babies!" Luna says with a grin.

"Oh, I can't wait to see them!" Hope says with excitement.

"Hi, Luna!" Drake says to Luna with a wave.

"Hi, Drake! Happy Thanksgiving!" Luna says with a cheeky grin.

"Happy Thanksgiving! DJ, this is Luna! She is your age!" Drake says to Luna and then at his son.

"Hi!" DJ says happily.

"Hi, DJ! Welcome to our house!" Luna says with a big grin.

Luna, Hope, Drake and DJ all walk into the living room and they are greeted by Aspen, Everett, Maxwell and Haven.

Maria also walks over to say hello to Hope, Drake and DJ.

Hope bends down to see her newest nephew and niece and how much they have grown since she saw them two weeks ago.

"Come on! Let's leave Montana and her babies to sleep, okay? We have some guests here!" Joey says as he and Koa walk down the steps.

Koa toddles over to Hope and reaches his arms up wanting to be held by his Auntie.

Hope gasps loudly as she sees that Koa can walk now.

"When did this happen?" Hope says as she picks up Koa.

"Two days ago! He just stood up and started!" Joey says with a giggle.

"Hello, sis! How are you?" Daniel says hugging Hope tightly.

"I'm great! I'm so happy to have a Thanksgiving since my whole family has covid!" Hope says playfully.

"DJ, this is Joey and Daniel." Hope says introducing Joey and Daniel to DJ.

"Hello! It is nice to meet you!" Joey and Daniel both say in unison to DJ.

"DJ, you can go play with the kids! Go ahead." Drake says as DJ happily walks over to Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven and Luna who are all in the playroom.

"Who's all coming?" Hope asks Joey as he continues to hold Koa while Daniel checks on the sleeping twins again.

"My mom, dad, stepdad, stepmom, Jett, Nicole, Jay and Sean! And then on Daniel's side is Alexandru, Liz, Alina, Jakob, Skyler and Luca!" Joey says with a grin and Hope smiles.

"Aww! The whole family! It has been so crazy since omnicron wave came through!" Hope says to Joey.

"The twins are still asleep!" Daniel says with a big grin.

Daniel wraps his arms around Joey's shoulders putting his newly upgraded wedding ring on display for Hope to see.

"Ooo! What a pretty ring!" Hope says with a cheeky grin.

"Thank you! Joey did great!" Daniel says playfully as he kisses Joey's cheek.

"Danny gave me a new ring so I decided to give him a new one!" Joey says as Koa plays with Hope's necklace.

"You like my necklace? Hmm?" Hope says, kissing Koa's cheek.

"All of the food should be done in a few more hours! I have football on if anybody wants to watch it." Daniel says with a grin.

"Football? We are too gay for that!" Joey says with some sass.

"Max really likes it! So does Aspen for some reason." Daniel says as he looks in the playroom to see Aspen and Maxwell talking and watching football. 

"I don't get it! But I know Drake and DJ really like to watch it!" Hope says as she bounces Koa causing him to giggle loudly.

"I just hope both teams have fun!" Joey says causing Hope to laugh loudly.

"Nonna! Roll please!" Tristan says as he dances around and hugs her leg.

"Do you want a roll?" Maria asks Tristan as she fixes his hair.

"Ya!" Tristan says as he giggles.

"Me too!" Sienna says as she smiles.

"Me too too!" Bria says as she twirls.

Maria then smiles at the kids.

"Would you like butter on your rolls my little children?" Maria asks the little kids.

"YEAH!" Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison to Maria.

"I want one, Nonna! Please!" Ash says as he runs over.

"Me too, Nonna!" Eden says as she dances around.

"Me three!" River says flapping his armed

"Thank goodness we bought a couple packages of rolls! Little kids and the rolls!" Joey says with a chuckle.

One by one, Maria gives each of the little kids a roll. Maria even gives Koa one even though he just held it.

Daniel giggles as he takes a picture of Koa and his roll.

"Aww, what do you all say to Nonna for giving you rolls?" Daniel asks the little kids.

"Thank you!" River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all say in unison to Maria.

"You are very welcome! My sweet babies." Maria says, kissing River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna one by one.

Joe, Saunda, Nicole, Jay, Sean, Debbie, Jett, Bob, Jakob, Luca, Skyler, Alexandru, Liz and Alina have all arrived!

Alina is happily playing with Bria, Tristan, Sienna and Jay while Luca and Jett are hanging out with Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna and DJ.

Koa, Caspian and Emersyn have been passed around with Koa mostly playing with everyone shirts or jewelry while the twin slept.

"I still can't believe you two has three babies within a nine month period!" Nicole says as she feeds Emersyn bottle.

"It wasn't planned!" Joey says to his sister with a chuckle.

"I feel like none of the kids were planned!" Alexandru says playfully to his youngest brother and brother-in-law.

"Who plans for kids anymore? That's so old school!" Daniel says with some sass.

Joey than gasps and hides his face in embarrassment.

"Danielllllllll." Joey whines and giggles of embarrassment.

"It's true! A lot of our children weren't planned but I couldn't imagine life without any of them." Daniel says and Joey smiles.

Liz holds Caspian and feeds him his bottle while Koa is sitting on Nicole's lap.

"Do you have a wedding date yet, Hope?" Skyler asks Hope as she sips on her water.

"Not yet! We are taking one day at a time!" Hope says as she lays her head on Drake's shoulder.

"Vrooooom!" River says acting like a car.

"Beeeeep beeeep!" Eden and Ash both yell happily at River and Daniel giggles loudly.

"I guess my little ones have turned into cars!" Daniel says with a big smile.

Then River stops and looks up at Daniel.

"I still Rwiver!" River says as he giggles.

"You are?" Daniel says as he picks up River and kisses his cheek before setting him down.

"Alina, you have to share, sweety!" Liz says as Alina giggles as she hands Sienna the toy.

"When these three start school will they be in the same grade?" Debbie asks Joey and Daniel.

"I had that question too!" Nicole says as she fixes Jay's toy.

"Well, we have a few late birthdays. Haven, River, Ash and now the twins. Haven and River did great starting kindergarten at four and a half and so will Ash I'm sure when the time comes next year. However, they didn't have a sibling so close in age like Koa and the twins are. We think it's fair for them to be in separate grades. So Koa will start kindergarten at five and the twins will be five, turning six when they start. Just like any other child with late birthday." Daniel explains.

"Yeah, it will be different holding them back but we think it's fair for Koa and for the twins. But we still have a few years down the road to think about this!" Joey says as he picks up Koa.

"Da da pa pa." Koa babbles as he drools a little bit.

"We'll have a college student and a kindergartener in a few years." Jakob says as he smiles at Skyler and Skyler smiles back.

"What?" Joey asks, trying to figure out what Skyler just said.

"Skyler! Are you pregnant?" Daniel asks his sister-in-law.

"OH MY GOODNESS! A GRANDBABY!" Maria yells as she jumps up and down.

Daniel's eldest brother Jakob and his wife Skyler are expecting their second child in March, making Luca a big brother... finally!

"Surprise!" Jakob says as he giggles.

"Aww! Congrats!" Joey says as he smiles and hugs Skyler.

"Thank you! Jakob and I are very shocked about us having another baby with Luca being a teenager. But Luca is excited." Skyler says showing off her baby bump she was hiding.

"He said finally! I just hope they are close despite the seventeen age gap there will be." Jakob says and Skyler smiles.

"Aspen is fifteen years older than Koa and the twins and she is very close with them and all of her siblings. Big age gaps aren't bad!" Daniel says as he hugs his brother.

"Do you guys know what you are having?" Joe asks Jakob and Liz.

"A boy!" Jakob and Liz both say in unison proudly.

"Joey and I are going to be Uncles again! FINALLY!" Daniel says playfully and Joey smiles.

Jay happily runs over to Nicole and hugs her.

"Careful, Jay. Careful around Mommy's belly, okay." Sean says as he realizes what he said.

"NICOLE! Are you?" Joey asks Nicole and Nicole smiles with a proud smile.

After a few years of infertility, Nicole and Sean are expecting baby number two!

Joey jumps up and down and gives Nicole a huge hug and Sean too.

"Aww, I'm so happy for you guys!" Daniel says as he cheers.

"I hit the safety zone this time and baby is healthy. We are so happy and thankful." Nicole says rubbing her small baby bump.

"Yay! Lots of babies to spoil!" Hope says as she cheers.

"When's your baby coming, Hope?" Bob asks playfully.

"When the wedding is over!" Hope says with a proud grin and Drake happily nods.

"Well, I guess Alina has to show everyone her shirt now!" Liz says as she picks up Alina, revealing her shirt.

Daniel's other older brother Alexandru and his wife Liz are expecting baby number two in April, making their daughter Alina Maria a big sister!

"Wow! Uncles times three next year!" Joey says as he smiles at Daniel.

"Don't get any ideas you two!" Hope says causing everyone to laugh loudly.

"The baby making factories are closed!" Daniel says as Joey nods in agreement

"Three more grandbabies! So exciting!" Maria says as she da does around

"Oh, this is so exciting!" Saundra says as she cheers happily with Hope and Debbie.

Joey giggles loudly.

"Unlessss." Joey says in a joking way to Daniel, making his eyes go wide.

"No sir! No more! I was snipped!" Daniel says as he does a scissor finger motion.

"Sometimes that doesn't work!" Bob says with a chuckle.

"We are for sure done! I don't think I could handle being pregnant again!" Joey says as Koa plays with his necklace that matches Daniel's.

"All because we weren't careful we have fourteen beautiful children. I don't regret it." Daniel says to everyone.

"Me either. I love all of our kids." Joey says as Koa babbles loudly.

"Speaking of kids, where are they?" Liz asks playfully.

"The older ones are all in the playroom playing some video games while River, Eden and Ash are playing with the rabbits and guinea pigs.

Liz goes down the hall to go see the kids and Joey's sister and Daniel's brothers go to the living room to watch TC.

Daniel then takes the time to press Joey to the wall by the door.

"Kiss me. You haven't kissed me all day." Daniel says with a smirk.

"Yes I have!" Joey says playfully as he sticks his tongue out.

"Well not enough." Daniel says as he and Joey kiss each other a few times.

A Few Hours Later

"It's dinner time, everyone! Let's have Thanksgiving dinner!" Maria calls for everyone to eat!

All of the kids happily cheer as they all run over to the kitchen where Daniel, Maria and Joey all set up each part of the meal!

One by one, everyone fills their plates with everything they wanted to have this Thanksgiving.

Maria pushes the bassinet into the dining room, so the babies are nearby just in case they wake up from their nap.

"Mom, that's so extra!" Daniel says to Maria as Joey chuckles.

"I want them to experience Thanksgiving too even though they will be sleeping! It's their first Thanksgiving just like Koa!" Maria says with a small grin.

Once everyone gets their dinner plates filled, everyone begins to sit at the two tables that were decorated for this special occasion.

The seating arrangements is Joe, Saundra, Bria, Joey, Koa, River, Sienna, Daniel, Tristan, Maria, Ash, Eden, Jay, Nicole and Sean all sitting at the first table and Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Aspen, Luna, Debbie, Jett, Bob, Hope, DJ, Drake, Alexandru, Alina, Liz, Luca, Skyler and Jakob at the second table!

Maria then clears her throat, getting everyone's attention. 

"I'd like to say a  prayer before our meal if thats okay with everyone." Maria says.

Everyone begins to nod their heads, wanting Maria to say a prayer and begin to join hands.

During the prayer, Daniel squeezes Joey's hand a bit harder.

Joey knows that Daniel was forced into religion as a child and knowing that religion makes him a little uncomfortable.

However, Joey and Daniel let their children explore other cultures and religions to make them great people. Maria has taken the kids to church a few times and a few still like to go with her.

"Amen." Everyone says in unison.

"Now, let's eat!" Daniel says with a big smile.

Everyone begins to happily eat and talk, enjoying their Thanksgiving!

Joey, Daniel, Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan, Sienna, Koa, Caspian and Emersyn all had a great Thanksgiving with their family! :)
