The eight older Graceffa-Preda kids are starting a new school year!Aspen is 13, Everett is 11, Maxwell is 9, Haven is 7 1/2, Luna is 6, River is 4 1/2, Eden is 3, Ash is 20 months and the triplets Bria, Tristan and Sienna are 5 months old! Today is August 18th, which is the the first day of school for the Graceffa-Preda kids!

Eight of the kids will be going to school this year, which has made Joey and Daniel's hearts happy and sad at the same time.

Happy because the kids are going into school for the first time since the pandemic and happy that the kids will see their friends as well!

However, they are a little sad because their children are growing up very fast! Joey and Daniel both feel like the kids were just babies and now they are a toddler, a preschooler, kids, preteens and a teenager.

Aspen will be going into her last year of middle school as an 8th grader, Everett is starting his first year of middle school as a 6th grader, Maxwell is in 4th grade, Haven is in 3rd grade, Luna is in 1st grade, River is in kindergarten, Eden is in preschool and Ash will be starting his first year of school ever which is Headstart!

Eden and Ash will go to school three times a week and for half of the day which is 9am-12pm. Aspen and Everett will go to school from 8:15am-2:55pm while Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River will go to school from 9:35am-4:00pm!

Right now, Joey and Daniel are both downstairs, getting everything ready for when the eight older kids wake up.

Joey is making Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden and Ash's lunches while daniel is making sure all of the backpacks are packed with first day of school supplies.

Bria, Tristan and Sienna are all happily sitting in the living room watching Sesame Street. They just finished their breakfast of rice cereal and they are now drinking some formula!

Maria is sitting in the living room with the triplets before she has to go to work in two hours.

"We have fifteen minutes until Aspen and Everett have to get up!" Daniel says to Joey as he giggles.

"Wow, that time went by super fast!" Joey says as he giggles.

"Everett was sooooo excited last night. I hope he went to sleep!" Daniel says as he giggles.

"I hope he did too! He is so excited to meet new friends and go to a new school! Meanwhile this year is Aspen's last year of middle school." Joey says to Daniel.

"Our baby girl is growing up!" Daniel says with a frown and Joey frowns too.

"I know! All of our kids are growing up so fast! I can't believe it!" Joey says as the triplets babble loudly in the living room.

"And Sienna, Tris and Bria are all growing up too fast! They are already five months old now! They are teething and sitting up now!" Daniel says to Joey making him nod happily.

"I know! But we still have a while until all of the kids are grown up!" Joey says

"Thank goodness!" Daniel says as he smiles and Joey smiles too.

"Well, let me get them dressed and ready for the day. Will you be good down here?" Daniel asks Joey softly and Joey nods.

"Yes, I'll be good!" Joey says as he hugs Daniel tightly.

"I love you." Daniel says softly to Joey as he kisses him and Joey kisses back.

"I love you too!" Joey says with a big cheeky smile.

"Bri Bri! TT! Sie Sie! Let's go upstairs and get dressed!" Daniel says as Bria, Tristan and Sienna all get excited.

Daniel manages to pick up Bria, Tristan and Sienna all by himself and carries all three of them upstairs.

"Do you need help, Daniel?" Maria asks Daniel as she smiles proudly at her son.

"No, I'm good! Will you stay down here to help Joey if he needs it?" Daniel asks Maria.

"Of course!" Maria says happily to Daniel and Daniel smiles back at his mom before he, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all go upstairs!

Joey is making some coffee and breakfast for anyone who wants it, humming gently. Lark comes over and wags her tail, seeing what was happening.

"Hey, Larky! Sorry, you can't have this food! I gave you, Wolfie, Moony and Storm your food already, silly girl!" Joey coos in a baby voice at Lark as Lark pants happily and goes to do something else.

Meanwhile, Daniel is upstairs getting the triplets dressed for the day!

Tristan is sitting up by the master bed pillows as Daniel is getting Bria and Sienna dressed first!

Bria, Tristan and Sienna are all very happy this morning!

"You guys are happy, aren't you? Yes, you three are! Yes, you three are!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice at Bria, Tristan and Sienna making all of them giggle and smile at him.

Tristan watches Daniel, Bria and Sienna together and begins to babble.

"Pa pa pa pa! Ba booooo!" Tristan babbles to Daniel loudly, making Daniel smile and chuckle.

"Are you being a little ghost that goes boo? Huh? You are s silly boy! Silly boy! It's not Halloween yet! Few more months until Halloween!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice as he brings Tristan over and sets Bria and Sienna up by the pillows.

"Booooooo!" Bria and Sienna copy Tristan and then they giggle when Daniel reacts to them.

"Silly little ghosties, girls!" Daniel says making Bria and Sienna both giggle and smile.

Meanwhile, Aspen, Everett and Maxwell are all awake for the day!

Aspen and Everett had to be awake by this time anyway since they are in middle school, but Maxwell could have slept for another forty five minutes.

Aspen is in her bedroom getting dressed and is braiding her long blonde hair!

Everett and Maxwell are both in the boy's bathroom and they are both getting dressed and styling their hair.

Maxwell puts his dark brown hair in a man bun while Everett puts a little hair gel in his light brown hair!

"Mmm! It smells like someone's making oatmeal with fruit!" Maxwell says putting his socks and shoes on!

"Mmm! It does!" Everett says as he fixes his glitter shoes!

Everett and Maxwell both happily walk downstairs and they see Maria making oatmeal with fruit in the kitchen!

Meanwhile, Joey is busy feeding the seven cats, mostly helping Oreo since he sometimes has trouble.

*Everett and Maxwell's first day of school outfits*

"Good morning, Nonna!" Everett and Maxwell both say in unison to Maria.

"Good morning, boys! Happy first day of school!" Maria says as she gets two bowls ready to put oatmeal in for them

"Thank you!" Everett and Maxwell both say in unison with big grins at her.

"Hi, Ev! Hi, Max! Happy first day of 6th and 4th grade! You two are growing up too freaking fast!" Joey says as Everett and Maxwell both giggle as they get drinks out of the fridge.

"I am SOOOOOO excited to be in middle school! Having a lot of teachers and meeting new people!" Everett says happily.

"I hate school but I'm excited we get to go in person and I can see my friends!" Maxwell says with a grin.

"Hopefully you all will be able to stay in school and not have to do virtual again or not as much!" Joey says to Everett and Maxwell.

"Covid will probably get bad again around the holidays so expect virtual school then!" Maria says giving Everett and Maxwell their breakfast making then frown some.

"Thank you, Nonna!" Everett and Maxwell both say in unison to Maria.

"You're welcome!" Maria says as he kisses Everett and Maxwell cheeks.

Just then, Daniel walks down the steps, holding Bria, Sienna and Tristan! All three babies are babbling and are very happy!

"Aspen and Haven are awake now and they are both getting ready. Luna, River, Eden and Ash are still asleep!" Daniel says out loud and he takes the babies back to the living room to play.

Daniel carefully sits Bria, Tristan and Sienna on the floor and they all begin to play with their toys!

Tristan quickly puts a teething toy into his mouth once he is on the living room floor. Tristan didn't have hardly any teeth yet, but they were already coming through!

At this point Bria and Sienna both have a tooth and Tristan has none.

Daniel then sits Bria and Sienna down and he sits down himself to play with triplets for a bit!

Meanwhile upstairs, Haven is brushing and styling their short purple hair and Aspen is doing her makeup in the mirror.

*Aspen and Haven's first day of school outfits*

"I love your hair, Aspen!" Haven says, complimenting their older sister's hairstyle.

"Thanks, Have! Your hair look great too!" Aspen says back to Haven happily.

"Thanks! I want it to be perfect for school. I'm a bit nervous since we haven't been in person for a while." Haven says gently.

"Aw, don't be nervous! It is going to be okay!" Aspen says as she hugs Haven, making Haven smile and feel relaxed.

"Nonna must have made breakfast for all of us this morning! It smells like Nonna's famous oatmeal with fruit! Yum!" Haven says as they giggle and smile.

"Oh my gosh, It does! I love Nonna's oatmeal with fruit! It is soooo good! And honestly, Nonna is the best cook!" Aspen says as she and Haven both laugh.

"Nonna is the best cook! Papa and Daddy are both second! And Nonna's oatmeal with fruit  is one of my favorite breakfasts!" Haven says to Aspen.

"Daddy tries! He just isn't a cook and that's okay! Maxwell can't cook either!" Aspen says as she and Haven laugh.

Haven and Aspen finish up in the bathroom and they walk downstairs!

"Good morning, guys!" Joey says to Aspen and Haven happily.

"Good morning, Daddy!" Haven and Aspen say together, both of them sitting down to eat some Kat meal.

Maria gives them both a bowl of oatmeal with fruit and Haven and Aspen both happily thank her.

Maxwell then takes his bowl to the kitchen sink before sitting down in the living room to play with the triplets!

"You can get breakfast, Papa! I'll watch them!" Maxwell says to Daniel, already playing peek-a-boo with Sienna.

Daniel smiles at Maxwell and Maria with the triplets before getting some breakfast with Joey!

"Asp and Ev! You have about twenty minutes before you two need to head to the bus stop!" Daniel says as he begins to eat.

"YES!" Everett says as he gets very excited.

"Okay!" Aspen says with a big smile on new face.

Haven eats, humming cheerfully at the delicious taste of the food Maria made!

"I'm gonna draw some pictures before school!" Haven declares loudly.

Haven has recently started to teach themselves how to draw!

"I bet they'll be lovely, Havey!" Daniel says happily.

Joey then hears Luna coming down the steps in her pajamas!

"Hello, princess! You can sleep some more if you want!" Joey says to Luna.

Aspen thinks while she eats about what her classes will be!

"I can't go back to sleep!" Luna says as she giggles and hugs Joey's legs.

Joey hugs Luna back and softly kisses Luna's forehead.

"Nonna made some breakfast for all of you! She made oatmeal with fruit! After you eat you can get dressed and ready for school, okay?" Joey says softly to Luna.

"Okay, Daddy!" Luna says to Joey happily.

"Hi, princess! Good morning!" Daniel says to Luna with a big grin.

"Good morning, Papa!" Luna says as she hugs Daniel and Daniel hugs her back.

Aspen and Everett finish their breakfast and put their bowls in the sink before going upstairs to brush their teeth!

"We need to take their picture with their first day of school boards!" Daniel says making Joey giggle.

Every year, Joey and Daniel make boards for the kids to hold on the first day of school!

"Oh yeah! Wouldn't it be funny if the babies took pictures with the first day of school boards!" Haven asks with a giggle, making Daniel laugh.

"It would because they're too little to go to school!" Daniel replies, smiling brightly as he puts his breakfast bowl in the sink.

Daniel then goes into the living room to entertain Bria, Tristan and Sienna. He picks up a rattle and shakes it, making Bria giggle.

Maxwell and Haven both get up and go upstairs to brush their teeth!

"Mmmm! This is deli-sus!" Luna says as she takes a bite of her oatmeal.

"Thanks for cooking it, Nonna!" Luna chirps at Maria.

"You're welcome, Luna Bear!" Maria says happily to her.

Just then, Aspen and Everett walk down the steps wearing their backpacks!

*Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden and Ash's backpacks*

"Okay, you two! We need to do first day of school pictures before you two head to the bus stop!" Daniel says as Aspen groans and Everett cheers.

"I hate these pics!" Aspen says as she chuckle and smiles.

"You will love these pics when you are an adult!" Joey says playfully to Aspen.

"I think these pictures are fun!" Everett says as he giggles.

"Come on you two!" Joey chuckles, going outside to get some natural light for the pictures.

Everett and Aspen both follow Joey, holding their first day of school boards while they shane nicely, with some scenery behind them.

"Okay, smile!" Joey tells Aspen as he gets ready to take her picture first.

Aspen rolls her eyes and then smiles with her mouth closed, the sun hitting the scene perfectly.

Joey gets a few pictures of Aspen and then he has Everett stand his older sister was standing.

"Cheese!" Everett says and gives a big smile with his teeth showing.

"Great pictures! Very cute! You two are growing up so fast!" Joey says to Aspen and Everett, making both of them giggle and smile.

"Alrighty, you two have to tell everybody goodbye before you two head to the bus stop!" Joey says happily to Aspen and Everett.

Joey, Aspen and Everett all walk back into the house and are greeted by all of the dogs and all of the cats!

"Bye! We are heading to the bus stop now!" Everett says with a big grin.

"Bye, everyone!" Aspen says with a big grin.

"Bye!" Maxwell, Haven and Luna all say in unison to Aspen and Everett with big smiles.

"Ba ba ba ba!" Bria, Tristan and Sienna all babble in unison.

"Bye guys! Have a great first day! Have fun!" Daniel says to Aspen and Everett.

"Bye, sweeties! Be careful and stay together!" Maria says making sure Aspen and Everett stay safe even though the bus stop is right down the road.

"We will!" Aspen and Everett both say in unison to Maria.

Aspen and Everett make sure they get a few snacks and a drink before leaving the house.

Aspen and Everett then both leave and head to the bus stop together making Joey, Daniel and Maria all feel proud.

Joey wipes tears from his eyes and Haven comes over and hugs him.

"Thank you, princx! I am just a little emotional today." Joey says to Haven.

"You're welcome, Daddy!" Haven says as they show Joey and Daniel the pictures they just drew!

"Oooo! Very nice!" Joey says proudly to Haven. 

"Wow! I love them, Havey!" Daniel says to Haven happily.

"Thank you, Daddy and Papa!" Haven says happily to Joey and Daniel.

Luna finishes her bowl of oatmeal with fruit and takes it to the sink, then goes upstairs to get dressed for school!

River, Eden and Ash all wake up for the day, sleepily going downstairs. River holds Ash's hand carefully while Eden follows her brothers happily!

"Good morning! You three! Good morning!" Joey says as he hugs and kisses River, Eden and Ash, making all of them smile. 

"Morning, Daddy!" River, Eden and Ash all say in unison to Joey.

River, Eden and Ash all yawn  making Joey giggle and smile.

"Did you three sleep good?" Joey asks River, Eden and Ash.

"Mhm!" River and Eden both say in unison to Joey.

"Ya!" Ash says as he rubs his eyes as he wakes up.

Daniel then walks over to greet the trio!

"Good morning, sleepy heads!" Daniel says as he also hugs and kisses River, Eden and Ash one by one, making them all smile.

"Morning, Papa!" River, Eden and Ash say simultaneously with sleepy smiles on their faces at at Daniel.

"Ashy, are you excited for your first day of school ever?" Joey asks Ash with a big smile.

"Yaaaa! Cited!" Ash says to Joey as he hugs her.

"Daddy and I are both very excited for you too! Riv, you are starting big kid school today and Eden, you are a preschooler now!

"Yes! I'm in big kid school now!" River says as he gets excited.

"I excited too!" Eden says with a smile.

Joey then walks into the living room to watch the babies and keep them supervised since Maria left the room to go into the kitchen.

River, Eden and Ash all sit down at the dining room table and Maria hands each of them a bowl of oatmeal!

"Thank you!" River and Eden say to Maria with smiles.

"Fank ooo!" Ash says, trying to copy his older siblings.

"You're welcome!" Maria replies happily, then sees River frown a little.

"Riv, what's wrong?" Maria asks sweetly, waiting patiently for his reply.

"Umm.. I don't like blwueberries. Can I have no blwueberries, please?" River asks, trying his best to be polite.

"Of course! Thank you for using your words!" Maria praises River, taking out the blueberries with a spoon.

"Thanks, Nonna!" River says happily, beginning to eat!

Ash is meanwhile trying to eat neatly, but having a hard time staying clean.

"Papa! Need hep!" Ash says and holds his spoon out.

"You need help? You got it, bud! Watch me!" Daniel says as he shows Ash what to do with the spoon and oatmeal.

Everytime Ash eats something new with a spoon he forgets how to use it, which makes Joey and Daniel both chuckle.

After showing Ash what to do, Daniel then gives Ash his spoon back and Ash smiles.

"You got it, bud?" Daniel asks Ash and Ash happily nods.

Ash then begins to feed himself, still making a mess of course since he is an almost two years old!

"Great job, bud!" Daniel says as he kisses Ash's cheek and Ash's smiles

"Maxwell! Haven! Let's take your first day of school pictures now since you two are dressed and ready!" Joey says to Maxwell and Haven.

"I'm dressed and ready too!" Luna says as happily as she runs over to Joey, Maxwell and Haven.

"Okay, Daddy!" Haven and Maxwell say together.

"I can take your picture too Luna Bear!" Joey says to Luna as she happily nods.

Joey, Luna, Maxwell, and Haven all head outside to take their pictures.

"Smile nice and big!" Joey says, making funny faces so Haven would smile.

Haven giggles and holds up their first day of school board, smiling widely.

Joey takes a few pictures of Haven happily.

"Okay, Max! It is your turn!" Haven says boldly, moving out of frame and putting their first day of school board back inside.

Maxwell smiles proudly, squinting his eyes a little but trying not to.

"You can stand in the shade a little more, so the sun is not in your face so much." Joey laughs and then takes a few pictures of Maxwell once Maxwell moves over.

"Luna! Come here, baby! Let me take your picture!" Joey says as Luna walks over to where Maxwell was standing.

"Papa is helping River, Edie and Ash get dressed!" Haven says to Joey and Joey nods.

"Is Nonna with the babies?" Joey asks Haven and Maxwell.

"Yes!" Haven and Maxwell both say in unison to Joey making him smile.

Luna poses and smiles as Joey takes a few pictures of her.

"Great job, Luna! You are model like Papa aren't you?" Joey asks playfully making Luna giggle and smile.

"Yes!" Luna says playfully to Joey.

Daniel then comes outside with Ash, River and Eden! Ash is very bouncy this morning while Eden and River are very excited!

"Okay! I've got these little cutie pies who are ready for first day of school pictures!" Daniel announces, carrying three boards and setting them down.

"Ash turn!" Ash says, making Joey giggle.

"Okay, Ashy! It can be your turn next!" Joey says happily, and Luna goes inside with Maxwell and Haven to get their backpacks!

Joey shows Ash how to hold his board and then makes some more funny faces to get him to smile.

"Eeeeese!" Ash says with a smile, laughing at the silly faces his Daddy was making.

Joey snaps a few pictures and then had Eden go next since she and Ash had to go to school soon!

"Say cheese, Eden!" Joey says with a smile at Eden.

"Cheeeeeese!" Eden says with a big cheeky smile as she holds her board up.

"Nice big smile, baby!" Joey says to Eden and Eden giggles.

"Fank you, Daddy!" Eden says with a big cheeky smile.

"Are you excited for Nonna to take you two to school today?" Daniel asks Eden and Ash.

"Ya! Ya!" Ash says as he giggles and jumps around.

"Yes! I so excited!" Eden says as she giggles and smiles.

A few days ago, Joey and Daniel took Ash, Eden, River, Luna, Haven and Maxwell to meet all of their teachers for the first time!

Joey or Daniel have to stay home because one of them has to take Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River to the bus stop so Maria has agreed to take Eden and Ash to school when she goes to work so Joey or Daniel don't have drag the babies out.

River patiently waits his turn, smiling at the thought of going to school, especially a "big kid school" as an elementary school.

"Okay, Riv! It's your turn now!" Daniel tells River happily.

River told up his first day of school board and smiles nice and big, with Daniel taking the pictures this time.

"Max! Havey! Luna! Riv! Let's get ready to walk to the bus stop! I am going to walk you guys over with Moonie!" Daniel says with a cheeky smile.

"YAY!" River and Luna both say in unison as they both get extremely excited.

"Get your backpacks on!" Daniel says to Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River.

Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River all run inside to grab their backpacks before coming back outside!

"Everybody is leaving me!" Joey says with a playful frown.

"I'll be back after Max, Havey, Luna and Riv get on the bus! And then me, you and the triplets will have a relaxing day!" Daniel says with a cheeky grin, making Joey smile.

"Aww you're right, Danny!" Joey says sweetly, sitting down on the floor to play with Sienna, Bria and Tristan.

At 5 months, they are all pretty aware of everything going on around them!

Tristan plays with a crinkle-y paper toy, while Bria is fascinated by a mirror toy.

"Hi, babes! You look like you're having fun!" Joey says in a cutesy voice as he watches Sienna lay on her tummy.

Daniel puts a leash Moon's leash and heads outside with Haven, River, Luna and Maxwell as they all begin to walk to the bus stop.

"Be safe and kind at school, okay guys? Love you." Daniel says to Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River.

"Love you, Papa!" River, Luna, Haven and Maxwell all say in unison as they pet Moon.

Moon happily looks around and sees other children walking over to the bus stop.

"Moonie, do you see the other kiddos? Yeah!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice making Moon smile and wag his tail.

Daniel takes a picture of River, Luna, Haven and Maxwell all talking to the other kids making himself smile.

Haven, Maxwell, Luna and River all wait at the bus stop and talk happily.

After a few more minutes the bus arrives and all of the kids get on the bus! Daniel smiles and waves at the kids as the bus drives away.

Daniel starts walking back to the house, which isn't that far from the bus stop. Moon sniffs everything and goes to the bathroom.

Joey, meanwhile has just finished changing the triplets diapers, and he is now playing with them again.

Tristan, Bria and Sienna are all in their little Bumbo seats so they can sit up. Tristan, Bria and Sienna are almost sitting up on their own but not quite.

"Tickle tickle tickle!" Joey coos in a baby voice tickling Tristan and Sienna with one hand each.

Sienna smiles ear to ear and Tristan coos happily. Joey also tickles Bria in the same way, making her giggle.

Just then, Daniel and Moon both walk into the house together!

"Hello! We are home!" Daniel says with a big smile as Moon walks over to Joey and the babies.

"Hi, Moonie! Did you have fun?" Joey asks Moon as he rubs Moon's face and Moon licks him,

"He did have fun! All of the kids pet him and he LOVED it!" Daniel says as he sits on the floor with Joey.

Bria, Tristan and Sienna all babble and smile up at Daniel making him smile.

"You three are almost too big for these Bumbo seats! Yeah!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice

"I just have them in there so they don't fall! I can't catch three babies at once." Joey says with some sass making Daniel giggle.

Daniel leans over and kisses Joey on the lips. Joey kisses back and smiles after they pull away.

"You're so sweet." Joey says affectionately, looking very happy.

Moon wags his tail and lays by Bria, who tries to pet his head.

"Be gentle, hon. Gentle." Daniel tells Bria, loosely guiding her hand to show her.

"She probably doesn't understand yet!" Joey laughs and Daniel grins.

"Well, it's never too young to teach them!" Daniel says back, petting Moon with one hand making Joey smile.

Daniel, Joey, Bria, Tristan and Sienna all hang out while everybody else is at school!
