Joey is burping Koa on his shoulder while Daniel is getting the car seat ready.

"I just ordered some clothes for Koa. Luckily, we didn't get rid of any of Tristan's baby clothes!" Joey says as he chuckles at Daniel.

"I am glad this baby seat can still work for Koa! Oh, and my mom said that the little kids spoiled the surprise for the older kids." Daniel says as Joey laughs loudly.

"Aww, that's okay! I figured Ash and the trips couldn't keep a secret." Joey says to Daniel and Daniel smiles and takes some pictures of Joey and Koa.

"My two boys." Daniel says to Joey and Koa happily.

"I still can't believe this is even real." Joey says to Daniel softly and Daniel smiles.

"I wish I would've seen my face when I saw Koa's head." Daniel says to Joey.

"It was hilarious but so scary at the same time!" Joey says as he laughs.

Koa yawns and sneezes, making Joey and Daniel both smile.

"Bless you, baby." Joey says softly to Koa.

Koa then falls asleep on Joey and sticks his tongue out a bit, making Joey and Daniel both laugh.

Joey puts Koa into a plain blue onesie and puts a gray hat on his head.

*Koa's going home outfit. Imagine the hat is gray*

"There you go, baby. All ready to go home. Well, back home!" Joey says as he kisses Koa's cheek.

Daniel carefully puts Koa in his car seat and buckles him in.

"He looks so little in there." Joey says as he chuckles and Daniel smiles.

"He does. He is so adorable. I am surprised you didn't even know you were pregnant! I mean the symptoms and morning sickness. It is crazy!" Daniel says to Joey.

"I didn't get sick! I felt NOTHING!" Joey says as he chuckles.

"I felt a little bloated but that was it." Joey says to Daniel and Daniel giggles.

"You did gain a little bit of weight but I figured that was from always being hungry and always asking me to make you snacks, mister!" Daniel says with a giggle.

"Oh shush!" Joey says as he playfully smacks Daniel's arm and Daniel gently pinches Joey face and giggles.

"Non stop! Non stop!" Daniel says playfully to Joey and Joey giggles loudly.

After a few more minutes, the doctor discharges both Joey and Koa from the hospital! Both Joey and Koa are healthy and happy and they don't have to stay at the hospital over night.

A nurse pushes Joey in the wheelchair while Daniel proudly holds Koa in his car seat.

"You look amazing for just having a baby and not knowing you were pregnant!" Nurse Zachary says, making Joey chuckle.

"Thank you! I feel really good! Just really shocked honestly! But this little guy is so loved and so wanted already. That makes six boys and six girls for us!" Joey says to Nurse Zachary.

"Twelve children? That's awesome! I'm one of eleven!" Nurse Zachary says happily.

Joey then happily vlogs a clip of Daniel holding Koa in his car seat making Daniel blush.

"He is so light, he is almost weightless!" Daniel says to Joey.

"Is he your smallest baby?" Nurse Zachary asks Joey and Daniel.

"No! Our youngest child Sienna was! Well, she isn't the youngest now!" Joey says with a chuckle and Daniel smiles a little bit.

"I feel old!" Daniel says playfully.

"Me too!" Joey says with a giggle.

Nurse Zachary, Joey, Koa and Daniel have all made it outside!

Daniel then places Koa into the car seat base of the van and Daniel helps Joey into the passenger seat.

"Thank you, mister." Joey says to Daniel happily.

"You're welcome! Let's head home!" Daniel says to Joey and Koa.

Daniel begins the forty five minute drive home and Joey looks up at Daniel.

"What's for dinner?" Joey asks Daniel.

"My mom got the kids Chick Fil A, which cost her about over $150 feeding all of our children!" Daniel says playfully to Joey and Joey pouts.

"Yeah well, I want McDonalds." Joey says with puppy eyes at Daniel.

"Drive thru at McDonalds please?" Joey asks Daniel.

"Of course we can, love! You deserve it after today." Daniel says as he kisses Joey.

Joey cheers as Daniel as Daniel drives to McDonald's!

"I know you hate McDonalds, but I am really craving a McChicken right now." Joey says as he chuckles at Daniel and Daniel giggles.

"I could go for some McNuggets." Daniel says to Joey.

"Oooo, yum! I want a McFlurry too!" Joey says to Daniel and Daniel smiles.

"Which flavor would you like, love?" Daniel asks Joey.

"M&M please!" Joey says to Daniel and Daniel smiles.

"Okay!" Daniel says as he pulls into the drive thru and orders.

"Hi, can I have one twenty piece chicken McNugget with a large fry and an oreo McFlurry. And then can I get a McChicken with a large fry and m&m McFlurry please?" Daniel says to the worker.

Joey smiles as he turns around to check on Koa. Koa is awake and he is happily sucking on his pacifier.

"Hi, baby! I see you! I see you, sweet boy!" Joey says in a babyfied voice at Koa.

Koa softy kicks his feet and looks around in the car.

Daniel pays for his and Joey's food at the first window and goes around to get the food at the next window.

"Is Koa okay?" Daniel asks Joey softly and Joey nods at Daniel.

"He is a little angel. He is awake and looking around." Joey says to Daniel with a grin and Daniel smiles.

Daniel then grabs all of the food, making Joey smile.

Joey opens his McDonalds bag and begins to eat some fries, making Daniel giggles.

"You look as if you haven't eaten in years!" Daniel says to Joey.

"I'm STARVING! Giving birth makes you soooo hungry!" Joey says to Daniel and Daniel laughs.

Daniel parks in the McDonald's parking lot and he and Joey begin to eat their dinner before their lives get crazier with twelve children!

After Daniel and Joey both finish eating their dinner and Joey feeds Koa a bottle before it is time to go home!

"Let's go home!" Daniel says to Joey and Joey smiles ear to ear.

After a fifty minute drive due to tons of LA traffic, Daniel, Joey and baby Koa are finally home!

Daniel helps Joey out of the van before opening the passenger door to get Koa out. Koa is now peacefully asleep in his car seat and still has his pacifier in his mouth.

"Let's go inside, little man! Let's go meet everyone!" Daniel says as he carefully picks up Koa, shuts the van passenger door and locking the van.

Daniel and Joey softly kiss each other before they walk into the house together!

Joey unlocks the front door and he, Daniel and Koa are all happily greeted by Wolf, Storm, Lark, Moon and Montana!

"Hi, guys! Hi!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice as he pets the dogs heads with his free hand.

"Hi! Hi!" Joey says in a babyfied voice as he pets the dogs as well.

Moon and Montana begin to jump on Joey in excitement and Daniel quickly stops them.

"Don't jump on Daddy! Don't jump." Daniel says making sure the dogs don't jump on Joey because he is sore from the birth.

Daniel then puts Koa's car seat down so all of the dogs can see and sniff him.

"Who is that? Who is that? Is this your new baby brother?" Joey says softly to Wolf, Storm, Lark, Moon and Montana.

"Another one! Another baby brother!" Daniel says in a babyfied voice at Wolf, Storm, Lark, Moon and Montana.

Wolf, Storm, Lark, Moon and Montana all carefully sniff Koa and look at him as they wag their tails, causing Daniel and Joey to be relieved.

Daniel and Joey both know Wolf, Storm, Lark and Moon would be great with a newborn baby but this was Montana's first newborn baby.

Daniel, Joey and Koa all walk into the living room with Wolf, Storm, Lark, Moon and Montana following them.

Daniel and Joey both see that Maria is outside with the kids while all of the kids happily giggle and play.

Daniel and Joey are both happy they have Maria living with them, she helps them so much and she adores being with her grandchildren every single day.

While the kids are still outside and not knowing they are home, Daniel and Joey both want to get the animal introductions done.

Daniel and Joey always make sure the animals are safe around a baby even though all of them in their house are.

Basil, Oreo, Rowan and Onyx are all laying on the couch, something Daniel doesn't like due to him being allergic but he doesn't want to her anybody in trouble during this already wild day.

Yarrow and Sakura are laying on the top of the cat tower while Maple and Bear are laying on their favorite rug.

"Come here, kitties! Come meet your new baby brother! Come here, guys!" Joey encourages and then calls the cats one by one when they don't follow right away.

Basil, Yarrow, Sakura, Oreo, Rowan, Onyx, Bear and Maple all come over and sniff around the carseat, some of them rubbing up against it.

"Good kitties!" Joey says happily to the eight cats.

"We're gonna have to get all the newborn stuff out again, huh!" Daniel says, still surprised that they had ANOTHER baby.

"Yep, who would've guessed?" Joey says with a laugh, giving the cats a few more minutes to get used to Koa.

Daniel then goes outside to get the kids and his mom, trying to not look overly excited.

"Come inside, guys!" Daniel says, and everyone either walks or runs inside.

*Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna and River's outfits*

*Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan and Sienna's outfits*

"Baby! A BABY IS HERE! Are they for us to keep?" River asks excitedly, flapping his arms.

"Yes! A baby brother!" Joey says to River and River gets very excited.

"Wow! Another baby brother! I am sooo happy!" River yells as he jumps up and down and flaps his arms.

"River! Inside voice, buddy!" Maria says to River, causing Daniel and Joey to laugh.

"It's okay, mom! Koa is used to all of the yelling in this house while he was in the womb." Daniel says with a smile.

Koa wiggles around in his car seat as he he continues to peacefully to sleep.

"Da baby! Da baby!" Bria says as she runs over to Koa and smiles at him.

"Aww! Da baby so tute!" Sienna says as she giggles and smiles

"Yeah! Baby so tute!" Tristan says as he stands next to his sisters.

"Gentle, you three. Gentle." Daniel says to the almost two year old triplets as they continue to admire their baby brother.

Daniel and Joey are happy that the triplets don't see jealous or upset, rather they are all happy and excited!

"The baby is home again! And he isn't nakey!" Ash says, causing everyone in the room to laugh.

"Yeah, he isn't nakey! You aren't born with clothes on! He wears clothes and diapers now just like all of us." Joey says as Ash smiles.

Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River and Eden all walk over to look at their new baby brother for the very first time!

When they all went to school today, there wasn't a baby brother and when they came home, there is one!

"Guys, this is your new baby brother Koa. Koa Gabriel Preda." Daniel says proudly to Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River and Eden.

"How did you not know you were pregnant, Daddy? You always know!" Haven says making Joey chuckle.

"Well, last summer I wasn't feeling well and gained some weight, so I took a pregnancy test which was negative. So I didn't have any reason to test again and just assumed I gained weight because of the pandemic." Joey explains fo Haven.

"It happens a lot, Haven. There is a while show about women and carrier men who didn't know they were pregnant until the baby is born!" Aspen says as she and Haven both giggle.

"Ohhh! That makes more sense!" Haven says, admiring baby Koa in the car seat.

"Can I hold baby Koa now? Please?" Eden asks happily, very excited that the baby is here!

"Not right now, sweetie! Maybe in a little bit! Koa is sleeping right now! Newborns are very sleepy at first!" Joey says to Eden and she happily nods.

"You will all have plenty of time to hold Koa! He lives with us, of course!" Daniel says with a big smile and playfully making the kids laugh.

"This is just incredible! Birth is such a beautiful thing!" Everett says, sounding a bit older than he is.

"It is! The idea that a new life is born, and that you get to nurture that life is amazing." Joey agrees with his eldest son.

Sienna decides to tap Koa on the head, but she is very gentle and soon, the newborn wakes up.

"I have a feeling her and Koa are gonna bond a lot! Being the youngest two, and both being surprises!" Aspen mentions with a smile.

"That's an interesting idea, Asp! Maybe that's right!" Maria says and thinks about that sentence.

Daniel carefully takes Koa out of his car seat and holds him close before kissing his forehead.

Koa yawns before looking around the room some. Newborns can't see very well but Koa does try to look around.

"Who do you think he looks like, Maria?" Joey asks Maria with a smile.

Maria begins to look at Koa carefully, trying to see who the little newborn looks like. Maria held him for a few minutes earlier in the day before Joey, Koa and Daniel went to the hospital to be checked out.

Koa has blonde hair just like his big brother Tristan and big sisters Aspen and Luna! Koa also has Daniel's lips, Joey's ears and Joey's nose.

"I see a lot of you Joey but I see Daniel too! He is a good mix you two." Maria says proudly to Joey and Daniel.

"I think he looks like his Daddy! The last two boys look just like him! Actually all of the boys look like him except for Max and Ash, who are my twins!" Daniel says making everybody laugh.

"Hey guys, if you want to hold Koa you have to wash your hands, okay? We don't want him to get sick." Joey says to the kids.

Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden and Ash all run over to the kitchen and half bathroom to wash their hands!

Joey uses a wipe to wipe Bria, Tristan and Sienna's hands since their hands aren't as dirty.

"I'm so happy for you guys. I know this was a big surprise and it will be a big adjustment but we are all a team here." Maria says hugging Joey and Daniel.

"I don't know what was the bigger surprise, me being pregnant or me not showing I was pregnant?" Joey says as he chuckles.

"That's a good question! Maybe they're equally bigger surprises!" Maria says happily.

Joey sets up some pillows on the couch and gets a boppy pillow out so the youngest kids can hold their new baby brother.

Luna, River, Eden and Ash all still use a pillow for holding babies. The older four kids are very good at it by now though!

"Can I hold him first, pretty please?" Haven asks politely, because they love babies.

"Sure! But remember Eden asked first?" Daniel says, wanting to be fair since Eden did ask a little earlier to hold Koa.

"Oh em gee I forgot! Edie! You can go first and I'll be next!" Haven says happily compromises with their little sister.

"Thank you, Havey!" Eden says as she climbs on the couch and Joey puts the boppy pillow around her waist.

Daniel then carries places Koa in Eden's arms and her face lights up.

Daniel and Joey both smile as they take pictures and a video of Eden holding Koa.

Maria also happily takes pictures since she needs pictures of every moment!

"What do you think, Edie?" Daniel asks Eden softly as he films Eden and Koa together.

"I love him! He is so cute and little!" Eden says with a big grin.

"He is! And he loves you too!" Joey says as Eden giggles and smiles.

After Eden's turn, Haven gets a turn to hold Koa!

"Go ahead and sit down, Havey!" Joey says as he holds Koa and fixes his little hat while Haven gets settled.

Joey then hands Koa to Haven to hold! Haven proudly holds Koa without the boppy pillow and rocks him just like a parent would.

Haven smiles as their newborn baby brother, petting his head softly.

"Daddy! I have a question!" Ash says and raises his hand like he does in school.

"Yes, Ash? What is it?" Joey asks in reply with a smile.

"Is..... um... Koa gonna drink milk or for-you-la?" Ash questions since toddlers are very inquisitive especially Ash.

"That's a great question, Ashy! Koa will drink formula until he is one years old! Formula has a lot of very good things in it to keep him healthy, gain weight, and grow!" Joey says making Ash smile.

"Cool!" Ash says as he cheers.

"We all had formula right?" Maxwell asks, curiously about the topic since he is learning body anatomy in school.

"Yup! All of you had formula! It really stinks but babies love it!" Daniel says, making the kids chuckle.

"I tried to breastfeed Ash but it didn't work out and that's okay! A fed baby is the best! Some people breastfeed! Some people feed their babies with formula and other people use g-tube to feed their baby because they don't know how to eat. All ways are healthy!" Joey says wanting to make sure all of his kids know, especially the girls, that it's okay to not breastfeed.

Now a days there is a lot of pressure from many doctors and influencers online to breastfeed and sometimes it just doesn't work.

"Oh! That's a lot of ways for babies to have food!" Eden says as she nods, loving to learn new information.

Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Luna, River and Ash all get a turn holding the baby, even though again, they'll have plenty of chances.

"Bri, T, Sie, do you three want to hold baby Koa?" Joey asks the triplets softly.

The triplets will be turning two in a few weeks and they have grown so much in the past year!

"Ya! I hold da baby!" Bria says happily.

"Ya! Me too!" Sienna says as she gets excited.

"Yaaaa!" Tristan says as he jumps up and down and smiles.

Daniel holds baby Koa in his arms while the triplets all stand around him.

"You three are big sisters and a big brother now!" Joey says as he films the special moment.

"Oooh! Yay!" Bria, Tristan and Sienna all cheer happily.

Daniel sits on the couch and invites Bria over first time hold the baby and once she sits down, Daniel helps put Koa on the boppy pillow and watches carefully.

Joey smiles as he films Bria holding her little brother.

"I wuv him! He tute!" Bria says and gives a kiss to Koa on the head.

"He is cute, isn't he?" Joey says with a cheeky smile at Bria and she smiles.

"Great job, Bri!" Daniel says as he smiles at Bria and Koa together.

After a few minutes, Daniel picks Koa up from Bria's lap since she was done holding him.

"Sie Sie, do you want to hold Koa?" Joey asks Sienna.

"Yeah! I hold baby!" Sienna says as she claps her hands.

"Okay! Come sit with me!" Daniel says as Sienna climbs up on the couch and Joey puts the boppy pillow around her before Daniel places Koa on it.

"Koo!" Sienna says trying her best to say Koa.

"Yeah! That's baby Koa!" Joey says as he films Sienna and Koa together.

"Soft!" Sienna says with a big smile.

"He is a soft little baby, isn't he? So so sweet!" Joey says as he smiles at Sienna.

After a few minutes, Daniel picks Koa up from Sienna's lap since she was done holding him!

"TT! Do you want to hold Koa?" Joey asks Tristan with a grin.

"Uh huh! I hold da baby!" Tristan says as he jumps up and down in excitement.

"Okay, sit on the couch!" Daniel says with a big smile as Tristan sits on the couch.

Joey puts the boppy pillow around her before Daniel places Koa on it.

Tristan holds Koa and looks up at Joey and Daniel wirh a smile.

"What do you think?" Joey asks Tristan in a babyfied voice.

"Wuv him!" Tristan says as he giggles before giving Koa a kiss.

"Aww! He loves you!" Daniel says with a big smile.

After a few minutes, Daniel picks Koa up from Tristan's lap since he was done holding him!

For the rest of the day, Joey, Daniel, Maria, Aspen, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden, Ash, Bria, Tristan, Sienna and Koa all hang out together as a family! :)
