Today, Daniel was planning on having a special day with Aspen. Daniel and Joey knew how important it was to get one-on-one time and attention from Daddy and Papa.

Especially with almost a dozen kids! No matter the age and having young babies in the house took a lot of time and attention.

Daniel has just finished getting dressed for the day and he already had breakfast earlier, just hanging out in the living room.

Aspen was also getting dressed, quickly doing her makeup before heading downstairs. She smiles at Daniel, noticing he had his shoes on.

*Aspen's outfit*

"Hi, Papa! Are you going somewhere?" Aspen questions, sitting down next to him.

"Hi, Aspen! I am going somewhere! I'm going to take you out for a special day today!" Daniel replies with a chipper tone!

"Really?" Aspen asks, surprised by the fact. As the oldest, she usually doesn't get much time alone with Daniel and Joey.

"Yes, really! We can go somewhere you like and then grab a bite to eat afterwards!" Daniel, chuckles trying to sound cool!

Aspen chuckles at Daniel acting cool and hip thinking it was very funny since she is a Gen Z and Daniel is considered a Millennial.

"Can we go to the mall and go shopping too? I wanna look at all of the cute clothes in Forever 21, Hollister, American Eagle, Aeropostale and Pink!" Aspen says, loving to shop for clothes just like both of her parents.

"That sounds good to me, sweety! Let me make sure Nonna, Daddy, Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden, Ash and the triplets are doing okay before we leave, okay?" Daniel says to Aspen and Aspen happily nods.

"Let me get my shoes on and my Fjällräven backpack!" Aspen says with a cheeky grin as she runs upstairs to put on her tie dye crocs and her pink Fjällräven backpack!

Daniel walks into the a small room downstairs which is used as another playroom, finding River and Haven talking about TV shows they like.

"Hey, Riv! Haves! Are you guys doing all right?" Daniel asks curiously.

"Yeah! We TALKIN' about Daniel Tiger!" River says excitedly.

"Ooo! That sounds fun! I'm going to take Aspen out for a little bit." Daniel says happily.

"Aw! Aspen hasn't been out much only to school or gymnastics!" Haven says to Daniel.

"I know! She has been busy and so have all of us!" Daniel says as Ash runs into the room, hugging Daniel by the legs.

"Hey, Ashy! What's up?" Daniel says in an overly excited voice.

"Pwayin!" Ash says as he holds up his favorite train to show Daniel.

"Wow! Your favorite green train! You love your train set that Auntie Nicole got you, don't ya?" Daniel says as he plays with Ash's dark brown hair.

"Uh huh!" Ash says as he giggles and smiles.

"Ew! Ashy stinks!" Haven says as they cover their nose.

"Ewww!" River says as he laughs.

"Did you poopy? Did you go poop in your diaper?" Daniel asks Ash.

"No!" Ash says as he giggles and smile at Daniel.

Daniel picks up Ash and checks his diaper and he didn't not poop, but farted instead.

"He didn't poop! He just farted!" Daniel says as he puts Ash down.

"I tooted!" Ash says as he laughs making River and Haven both laugh.

"Make sure you tell Daddy, Nonna, Ev, Max, Havey, Luna, Riv or Edie if you have to go potty, okay?" Daniel says to Ash and Ash nods.

"Otay, Papa!" Ash says with a big grin.

Recently, Daniel and Joey recently started to try potty train Ash! Ash is now two years old now and he was showing a lot of signs he was ready to start!

Just then, Everett, Maxwell, Luna and Eden all walk downstairs with lots of video games to play on the big TV!

The other playroom upstairs doesn't have a big tv because Joey and Daniel are afraid the TV will fall off the wall somehow.

"Hi, guys! How are you doing?" Daniel greets Everett, Maxwell, Eden and Luna.

"Hi, Papa!" Luna, Eden, Maxwell and Everett all say in unison with big smiles.

"We're doing good! How about you?" Maxwell asks Daniel.

"Yeah! We're good!" Luna says as Eden and Everett nod in agreement.

"I'm good! I'm just checking on everyone before Aspen and I leave to hang out for a little bit!" Daniel tells Everett, Maxwell, Luna and Eden.

Aspen comes back to Daniel and smiles as she tucks her blonde hair behind her ears.

"I'm ready now, Papa!" Aspen says, trying to act chill.

Just then, Maria and Sienna both walk down the steps together, making Daniel smile. Maria tenderly kisses Sienna's cheek, making Sienna smile and giggle at her.

"Hi, Sie sie! Hi, baby! How was your nap, baby girl?" Daniel asks Sienna in a babyfied voice.

"Ba ba ba pa pa!" Sienna says as she smiles up at her Papa.

"Hello, Mama!" Daniel says as he hugs and kisses Maria.

"Hello, sweety! Are you and Aspen are going out for a while?" Maria asks Aspen and Daniel.

"Yes! Aspen and I are going to go shopping and have a fun day!" Daniel says as Aspen smiles.

Aspen smiles ear to ear at Maria and Sienna.

"Joey, Bria and Tristan are still taking a nap upstairs!" Maria says making Daniel awe.

"Aww, Joey didn't sleep well last night. His insomnia is creeping up again." Daniel says to Maria and Maria frowns and nods a bit.

"Yeah, poor Joey. I feel bad for him. Hopefully the melatonin helps him tonight." Maria says as she smooths down Sienna's bed hair.

"Are you guys going to be okay while we go out?" Daniel asks Maria, crouching down and giving Sienna a kiss.

"Of course! Now that Bria, Tristan and Sienna are almost one, it is easier to take care of them! In some ways!" Maria says with a laugh, which makes Daniel laugh and smile.

"If you need anything just call!" Daniel says as Maria nods.

"Of course I will!" Maria says to Daniel.

"Okay, everybody! Be good for Nonna! Bye!" Daniel says as he waves at Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River, Eden, Ash and Sienna.

"Ba ba ba ba ba!" Sienna says with a cheeky grin.

"Bye, Papa and Aspen!" Everett, Maxwell, Haven, Luna, River and Eden all say in unison.

"Bye bye!" Ash says loudly, copying his older siblings.

"Bye!" Aspen says happily to her younger siblings.

Aspen and Daniel then head out to the car and Aspen sits in the front seat next to Daniel.

"How do you feel about this? Are you excited?" Daniel questions, starting his car up and beginning to drive once they were both buckled in.

"I am really excited! Having ten siblings is a lot but I love all of them!" Aspen says with a slightly sassy tone, causing Daniel to grin.

"It is! But Daddy and I love all of you and we both try to include all of you!" Daniel replies and Aspen rolls her eyes playfully.

"You and Daddy are the absolute best even though sometimes you two get on my nerves! I'm so lucky to have an awesome life." Aspen says as she smiles at her Papa.

"Aw, you are so sweet, Asp! You the best daughter and the best big sister! Daddy and I are so proud of you and everything you have accomplished so far!" Daniel says making Aspen blush and smile.

"Papa! You are making me blush!" Aspen says as she and Daniel both giggle.

"You always blush when I complement you!" Daniel says as Aspen laughs again.

"Yeah! Compliments always make me blush. Oh! I have a question!" Aspen says to Daniel.

"What's that?" Daniel ask Aspen.

"Are we going to foster another dog? I think Lucy needs a friend!" Aspen says playfully to Daniel and Daniel giggles.

"I think so! Daddy and I found a pregnant dog at the kill shelter and we are planning to bring her home soon. Shhh, don't tell your siblings yet!" Daniel says to Aspen and Aspen gets excited.

"Yes! We can experience another puppy birth again!" Aspen says with a smile.

"Yes, we can this time! It's going to be fun!" Daniel says to Aspen.

Aspen really loves animals, especially baby animals. Fostering animals has been such a joy to Aspen and her siblings, it has turned into a family affair.

Daniel and Joey also loved the responsibility that fostering and adopting animals taught all of the kids and will continue to do it!

Around twenty minutes later, they arrived at the mall and parked. Aspen puts on a tie-dye masks over a KN-95 mask and Daniel puts on two masks as well.

The CDC has recommended to wear double masks if you can when they go out places. The Preda family was very good about the rules.

"Alright, we're going to Forever 21 first, since it's the closest." Daniel says nicely as Aspen nods.

"Cool! I wonder if they'll have anything stylish today!" Aspen giggles as she walks by Daniel.

"I'm sure they will!" Daniel says happily.

Daniel really hopes that nobody comes up to him or Aspen during their shopping trip today. Daniel and Joey absolutely love to interact with fans however due to everything going on, they want to stay safe.

Also, sometimes when fans run over to Daniel or Joey, the kids get embarrassed, mostly Aspen does since she is a teenager now.

Aspen and Daniel walk over to Forever 21 and she begins to look at the baggy t-shirts and the crop tops.

"I am obsessed with tie dye right now!" Aspen says with a big smile.

"It's definitely in style now, huh?" Daniel asks Aspen and she nods.

"Yeah!" Aspen says as she picks up a baggy black, gray and white tie dye cropped hoodie.

Aspen then finds matching sweatpants capris, causing Aspen to be very excited.

"Matching sweats! I love it!" Aspen says as she  smiles at Daniel.

"Oooo! That's cute!" Daniel says as Aspen hands the clothes to Daniel to hold.

Aspen then looks through the regular t-shirts as Daniel stays close.

"I'm obsessed with everything in here! It is so hard to choose!" Aspen says as she laughs.

"I bet it is! They all look good, so I won't be any help deciding." Daniel laughs as well.

Aspen hums while she tries to decide, knowing they'd be going to other stores.

"Will I have to pay for anything I pick with my own money?" Aspen asks curiously.

"Well, not everything, it is your special day, so I can pay for some of it, and maybe you can do some extra chores." Daniel explains to Aspen.

Aspen nods again, picking up a t-shirt that has some gentle patterns on it.

"I think I'll just get the hoodie and sweat set!" Aspen decides putting the t-shirt back.

"The t-shirts are only two dollars, Asp!" Daniel says to Aspen.

"And the sweat pants and hoodie crop top set is only $15! Wow, we hit a sale today! We love a deal." Daniel says making Aspen giggle.

"You sound like Nonna with a deal!" Aspen says with a big grin.

"Get whatever you want, sweety! It is up to you!" Daniel says to Aspen as he smiles at his oldest daughter who looks a lot like her Aunt Nicole.

"All right!" Aspen smiles back at Daniel, picking two t-shirts up.

"I think this is all I want from here, let's go checkout!" Aspen says independently, making Daniel grin under his mask at how mature Aspen is.

Aspen and Daniel both walk over to the checkout counter together!

"Ooh, fashionable!" The cashier named Taylor says as he rings the items up!

"Thanks! I try!" Aspen says with some sass and a giggle.

Daniel smiles as he softly rubs Aspen's back.

Aspen has always been one of the more social Graceffa-Preda kids! Aspen loves to meet new people and she will talk to just about anyone!

Daniel then pays for the clothes and thanks Taylor for helping them!

"My pleasure! have a great day!" Taylor says with a big grin.

Aspen holds the bag and smiles at Daniel and Daniel smiles back at Aspen.

"Thank you, Papa!" Aspen says to Daniel.

"You're welcome! Where do you wanna go next?" Daniel says with a grin.

"Let's go to Bath And Body Works really quick! And then maybe American Eagle?" Aspen says to Daniel happily.

"Sure, honey!" Daniel says back to Aspen with a big grin.

Daniel was enjoying his father-daughter bonding time, because as everyone knows, teenagers liked to be independent.

Daniel and Aspen walk out of Forever 21 and they begin to walk around near the other stores! Daniel and Aspen look at the other stores, Aspen noticing how empty it looked.

Obviously, with the pandemic, there was still mask requirements and social distancing.

"Ooo! Bath and Body Works! I loveeee this store!" Aspen says as she cheers.

"Oh gosh, Auntie Hope and Auntie Nicole got you into the place, huh?" Daniel says, making Aspen laugh.

"Duh! This place is the best! I love all of the body creams and body sprays! And the shower gels are so soapy!" Aspen says as she chuckles.

Aspen and Daniel happily walk into the Bath And Body Works together.

"Pick up a bag! And if you need any help, please let me know!" The worker named Hannah says with a cheeky smile.

"Thank you!" Aspen and Daniel both say in unison to Hannah as they walk around the store!

Aspen looks at all of the different soaps, picking up a lavender scented one first!

"Ooh, lavender! There's also a minty one!" Aspen points out happily.

"Ooh, how fun!" Daniel says, looking at some
soaps that Joey or Maria might like.

"Oh my gosh! Hand sanitizer!" Aspen says as she begins to pick up a few things of hand sanitizer making Daniel chuckle.

"We need to stock up!" Aspen says with a big smile and Daniel giggles.

"You are right! We are still in a pandemic after all!" Daniel says to Aspen.

Daniel picks up a few soaps for his mom and for the house while Aspen picks up some for the girls bathroom and for Everett who loves Bath And Body Works too!

Aspen then walks over to the body lotions and shower gels as Daniel stands near her holding the bag.

"Smell this one Papa! Japanese Cherry Blossom!" Aspen says happily to Daniel.

Daniel leans over to smell the body lotion, which was a little hard to smell with two masks on, but the scent was strong enough.

"Ooh, I love it! Smells delightful!" Daniel says happily, smiling as Aspen put the Japanese Cherry Blossom lotion in the bag.

"Anything else you want to get, sweetie?" Daniel asks curiously.

Aspen thinks about it before shaking her head.

"No, I think we can go to American Eagle now." Aspen says with a polite tone.

"Let's go! Let's check out and we can go!" Daniel says as he and Aspen walk over to the check out counter.

A older lady checks out Aspen and Daniel smiling at the both of them.

"A father daughter outing, how precious." The older lady says with a grin.

Aspen giggles and smiles at Daniel and Daniel smiles back at Aspen.

"Thank you very much!" Daniel says to the older lady.

"Thank you!" Aspen says to the older lady as well.

Daniel and Aspen both walk out of Bath And Body Works and they begin to walk over to American Eagle!

"I'm really enjoying this trip so far, Papa!" Aspen says sweetly.

"Aw, me too! This is so fun!" Daniel says to Aspen, and the duo walk into American Eagle.

Aspen smiles as she looks at the clothes that were very high fashion.

"I really like these ripped jeans!" Aspen admires, happy to see that were sale.

"Let's try them on and then I'll get you a pair or two!" Daniel says, causing Aspen to cheer because Aspen absolutely loves American Eagle jeans.

Aspen finds her jean size in two different pairs of ripped jeans and she walks over to the dressing room.

Daniel smiles as he waits for Aspen outside of the dressing room.

A few seconds later, Aspen opens the dressing room door to show Daniel the jeans.

"Papa, do you think these jeans fit me right? They are tight around my butt but feel fine in my legs." Aspen says to Daniel.

"Hm, we can try a size up and see how that feels!" Daniel suggests, finding the same ones a size up and handing them to Aspen.

"Okay!" Aspen agrees, taking the pairs from Daniel and heading back into the dressing room.

Aspen takes off the other pair and tries on the next sized up ones. Soon, she comes back out to Daniel.

"These feel loose around my legs but comfy on my butt! But they will work!" Aspen says as she giggles and smiles.

"We need to get you a cute belt too!" Daniel says happily to Aspen and Aspen giggles.

"I don't wanna go up anymore sizes!" Aspen says playfully to Daniel and Daniel frowns a little at that comment.

Daniel doesn't want Aspen to have body issues or even an eating disorder like he has had in the past. Aspen is a teenager now so body image comes up a lot.

"Don't worry about that, sweety! You are a tall, muscular girl who is very healthy! The size of the pants shouldn't matter. You had a growth spurt during this winter! You are almost taller than Nonna!" Daniel says to Aspen, making sure she doesn't get self conscious.

Aspen nods, thinking about Daniel's words. They made her feel better and she knew that you have to have a positive mindset.

"Yeah, you're right! What matters is that I am comfortable with my body!" Aspen says a little more confidently.

It wasn't always that easy to say, but having Joey and Daniel tell her she was healthy and great helped her a lot.

"That's the spirit! Everyone is different and has different bodies!" Daniel assured his daughter.

"At least I can reach things that are higher!" Aspen says with a laugh and Daniel laughs too.

"Yeah! That's a great example." Daniel says happily, watching as Aspen picks out a belt.

"This one will go great with my new jeans! And some other ones I have!" Aspen says, happy at the decision.

"Okay! We can get that one!" Daniel agrees.

Aspen hands Daniel the belt before she walks over to the shirts!

"These crop tops are soooo cute!" Aspen says with a big cheeky smile.

"You can pick some out if you want!" Daniel says to Aspen.

Aspen picks three crop tops put before walking over to the other shirts, dresses and rompers.

"Ooooh, this romper has some flowers on it!" Aspen admires looking at the baby blue flower romper.

Aspen holds the romper up to herself to see how it would look on her.

"Papa, do you think this is a good look on me?" Aspen asks Daniel.

"I think so! It is a great look! Definitely your color, honey!" Daniel says cheerfully.

"And it's on sale for $12!" Daniel notices, making Aspen giggle at him.

Daniel liked shopping as much as she did!

"I really like it! It's so pretty!" Aspen says with a cheeky smile.

"Then get it, sweety!" Daniel says to Aspen happily.

"Should I try it on?" Aspen asks Daniel.

"If you think you need to! I think you should to check the length. I don't want your booty hanging out." Daniel says as Aspen laughs.

Daniel wants Aspen to dress however she pleases and what makes her comfortable and confident. However, he doesn't want her dressing older than she is. She is only 13 and doesn't need to look like an adult just yet.

Aspen hands the clothes to Daniel to hold and goes back into the dressing room to try on the romper!

Daniel meanwhile looks at the other clothes in the store.

An employee named Jack goes over to Daniel but stays six feet apart.

"Needs help finding anything?" Jack asks politely.

"Oh, no thank you! We're just trying on things! Thank you!" Daniel says to Jack.

"My pleasure!" Jack says as he walks away.

Aspen opens the dressing room and smiles at Daniel.

"What do you think, Papa?" Aspen asks Daniel with a cheeky smile.

"Ooo! That is so pretty! I love it, baby!" Daniel says with a cheeky smile.

Aspen looks down at the design again with a smile still on, and decides she likes it!

"I like it a lot too! I think I'll get this, the crop tops and the jeans! And then we can go!" Aspen says going back into the dressing room once more and putting on her regular clothes.

Aspen soon returns and takes some of the clothes Daniel was holding so his hands were more free.

Daniel sighs happily, feeling great that Aspen was having so much fun hanging out!

Daniel and Aspen went over to the cashier and begin their check out process.

"Thank you for everything today, Papa. I appreciate and love everything." Aspen says as she hugs Daniel and Daniel smiles.

"Aww, that's so sweet! You're welcome! Are you ready to go home now?" Daniel asks hugging his eldest daughter back.

"I am!" It's been so nice being with just you." Aspen says nicely as they walk out of the mall and then outside!

"Do you wanna get some Starbucks before going home?" Daniel asks Aspen and Aspen happily nods.

"Yes, please!" Aspen says as she giggles and smiles at Daniel.

Daniel and Aspen both get on the car and buckle up, before Daniel drives to Starbucks and they enjoy the rest of their day together! :)
