"JENNY, WHERE ARE YOU!!?? "
"JANICE..."

I heard a faint voice

They are my friends. Oh yes!!

"EMMA, SUSAN IAM DOWN HERE!!" I shouted

But they couldn't hear me.
Oh lord! Please help me.

"Emma" I called out again

"Jenny..are you there?" she responded

At last, they came..

"Hold on Jenny we'll get you out from there" she shouted sending down a rope.

I caught it and came up.

The moment I came up Emma and Susan hugged me.

"Oh, are you alright" Emma asked as I sat down

"How did you end up here? what exactly happened?" Susan asked

Just then Emma's phone ranged.

"Who is it?"

"Oh, it's Ayla she has been calling now and then to check up on you." She responded.

"Oh! Say her we are coming."

"Yeah ok."

We reached the camp following Emma's map.

"Oh, Janice. Thank God we found you. where have you been? Are you hurt?" Ayla jotted will all those questions as she saw me.

"Whoa! I am fine. It's ok"

"We were so worried about you" Fiona and Staci echoed coming towards me.

"Oh, you guys reached here!?" I asked surprisingly.

"Yeah, you took too long so we tried to find the way out and luckily found it."

"Oh that's good"

"But what happened to you how did you end down the hill?" Emma asked

"Oh, what to say now. I went from there to receive Staci and Fiona but got lost. And then I came by the steep hill and slipped and fall down I couldn't climb up because it was too high and my ankle was hurt too."

"Why didn't you give me a call" Ayla interrupted

"I wanted to but there was no network and my battery was also very low."I said with a sigh

"But how did you find me?"  I asked turning towards Emma

"We waited a lot for you but you just didn't come, and then when Staci and Fiona came and they said they haven't met you I was so worried and deep down I felt that you're not really fine. so I decided to look for you. And do you remember last time Susan got lost, for not letting such incident happen again we had tracking software installed on our phones, so I tracked your phone and got your location"

"Oh right! I remember, that was a lifesaver."

"That's good. And what we're you saying about the tracking software something, can anyone track her?" Ayla inquired.

"No not everyone can. Only the three of us"

"Oh, and what if someone gets it.. Uh..I mean just a possibility."

"No that's not possible. Every time you activate it sends a notification and the tracker needs to enter the secret pin."

"A pin? What if someone guesses it?"

"Only the three of us know and Iam sure no one else in the whole world could ever guess it. So it's completely secured. But why are you asking??" Emma asked

"Oh, just curiosity...you know."

"Remember, Curiosity killed the cat." Emma stated as she walked away

"Are you hurt somewhere? Let me see" Emma asked me

"Yeah, a bit on my head and my ankle."

We went into the tent and Susan applied medicine on my injuries.

"Let's eat something I am sure we all are hungry" Ayla exclaimed as she brought some snacks in.

"Yeah sure, but I need to charge my phone. I will just come right away."

I went out to get my power bank from my backpack in the other tent.

Emma and Susan followed me

I took it out and charged just then my eye went on the message I received yesterday.

"Guys look at this.."

I showed them the picture again.

"It seems very weird."

"Jenny don't you think this is just what's happening now." Emma exclaimed taking a closer look.

"What do you mean?" Susan asked puzzled.

"Look there is a tent and forest and mountains and.. It's written Where there's fun, there's risk"

"Yeah, so what!?" Susan was still clueless

"Oh, come on Susan see where we are and we had fun and.."

"And what.!?"

"And Janice's life was in risk too.."

Don't you think something fishy?"

"Emma what you are pointing towards is right but.." I started

"Oh, it's just a coincidence." Susan interrupted

"There is no such thing as coincidence" Emma said firmly.

"I don't know..I too don't feel so good about it but we can't say anything surely  
             Just then Ayla came

"What are you guys talking about?" she asked casually

"Oh, we were talking about the message Jenny received from..."Susan started but then Emma interrupted and said

"Yeah, The message...jenny received
f-from her Mom..yeah she was asking about us. " And gave an angry glare to Susan.

"Oh is it..but I thought something's serious..you sounded rather stern." Ayla investigated.

"Oh, its nothing much". Emma replied

"Really!?"

"Yes!" saying that she walked out

I just shrugged and followed her.

Later that evening we grilled some BBQ and sang songs. We had quite a good time. just Susan seemed a bit off colour, it might have been that she is just tired, in fact every one of us was so tired and sleepy, so Ayla's attendants packed up all the things and headed back. The driver dropped us all at our respective homes. I reached home around 10 at night.

It was a fun-filled day..it would have been one of the best days of my life if that little accident wouldn't have happened.

I could sleep longer in the morning since it was a holiday. At around 11 o clock in the morning I woke up, freshened up, had breakfast and went back to my room to research on the topic of my coming debate. It is an interschool competition held every year with all the schools around Belgravia. This time it was going to be held in our school.

The topic this year was about Artificial Intelligence. Is it a boon or bane. I was going against the motion. It's going to be very interesting but very tough since the competitors are very good this time. I just need extra practice to beat them up. It is going to be held tomorrow and my preparations are almost done. I spent the next 3 hours making a proper speech and after that 2 hours learning and practising my voice modulation.

That day passed very fast and didn't hear anything from Emma or Susan. They might have also been busy completing their school work.

I don't even know where my phone was, I was so busy that I barely looked at it.

After dinner when I went to my room and at last took my phone, there were messages from my friends.

Susan: Hey Jenney!  I'm sorry couldn't catch up with you today, was completing the assignments, anyways best of luck for your competition. Rock it, gurl! I know you can do it. Keep up your streak and bring glory to the school. See you at school tomorrow, we'll be there to cheer upon you. Bbye.

Emma: Best of luck for tomorrow Jenny. Give your best. Love you 

Ayla: Hello Janice, how are you? Are you feeling better now? And I heard that you are also taking part in the debate competition well it's going to be a tough one. I will there too. Best of luck.

And at the last, there was a message from an unknown number.
