I'm sat tied to a chair in a small box room,there is one light over my head and no window to look out of. I try to free my hands but only succeeded in getting rope burn. I sigh in defeat and give up. I hear the door unlock and then the door opens and I am slightly blinded by the bright light flooding into the room. Once the door closed again,I blink a few times and then look up and finally see who is in front of me.

"Well if it isn't Oswald Cobblepot or do I have to call you King Penguin of Gotham?" I say,to the short black haired man in front of me
"Not at all Y/n,you can call me Oswald we have been friends since we where little" Oswald smiles at me
"So friends kidnap each other" I say sarcastically
"Your leverage" Oswald says,walking closer to me
"Leverage against who?" I ask
"Your mayor boyfriend Theo Galavan" the big guy Butch says
"How did you...never mind that" I say"What do you have against Theo?"I ask instead
"He has my mother" Oswald shouts"So I have you"
"Theo doesn't have Gertrude,I would know" I say
"No he does,Tabitha told me" Butch says.

"Tabitha" I say quietly, she betrayed her own brother
"Well as fun as this has been Y/n,I must be going" Oswald tells me"I have your boyfriend to call"with that Oswald and Butch head to the door
"Hey Oswald" I call,he looks back at me"Your still the cutest Penguin "
"I have missed you Y/n" Oswald says before leaving the room.

Theo's P.O.V

I pace around my penthouse glaring at my phone from time to time,wondering why Y/n hasn't called me back. It wasn't like her at all,I couldn't ask for help as no one yet knows about our relationship, not even Tabby. I pick up my phone and try her number again,this time she picks up
"Y/n where are you?" I demand worried
"Hello Mr Mayor" I hear a male voice say.

"Cobblepot,why do you have Y/N's phone" I ask
"Oh well we are old friends and she decided to stay for some time" Oswald says
"What?" I ask
"Look Mr Mayor, you have something I want and I have something you want" Oswald says
"I don't..." I begin
"You have my mother you bastard" Oswald shouts"If you want to see Y/n again you will give me my mother back"the line goes dead.

"Fucking Asshole" I shout throwing my phone against the wall,Tabitha runs into the room
"What's wrong brother?" She asks me
"Penguin has my Y/n" I shout at her
"What do you mean yours" Tabitha asks,but then she smirks"Your fucking her aren't you?"
"Yes,I want to know why Oswald Cobblepot thinks I have his mother" I snarl at her.

Y/n's P.O.V

I don't know what went down but I have been taken to what looks like the docks,with Oswald and Butch. My hands are still tied together but that's it. Oswald promised that if his mother is returned unharmed then I would be unharmed
"Well Y/n these past twenty four hours have been fun,haven't they" Oswald says
"I wouldn't call being kidnapped fun,but it is good to see you again" I say to him"You still friends with that Detective Gordon"I ask.

"Yeah,but we have our differences" Oswald says"So you and Galavan "I smile at the mention of Theo
"Yeah,I'm secretly dating the Mayor of Gotham so what" I say
"Does he treat you right?" Oswald asks
"Like a queen" I say,seconds later a blacked out car pulls up and Theo and Tabitha get out of the car and walk over to us.

"Good evening Mayor Galavan, so nice of you to join us" Oswald says"Do you have my mother? "
"I never had your mother Penguin" Theo says
"Don't lie to me" Oswald shouts,he then takes out a gun and points it at my head"Give me back my mother or Y/n dies"
"Oswald please, Y/n means everything to me"Theo pleads" I...I love her"that is the first time Theo has said he loves me.

"You think I want to kill Y/n?She was my first friend" Oswald says"But if you don't give me my mother, then she dies"
"My brother doesn't have your mother, I do" Tabitha speaks up
"What?" Theo and Oswald both say
"I have her"Tabitha repeats" I knew Theo was going to do things differently ever since he started to fuck Y/n,so I had to do something about it"

"What do you mean do things different?" Oswald asks
"My brother was going to ask to run Gotham with you Penguin" Tabitha says"So I took your mother knowing you would take Y/n"
"You betrayed me" Theo says shocked
"I'm only doing what's right" Tabitha says
"By endangering the life of the woman I love" Theo says

"You'll get over her brother"Tabitha says
"Enough of this,give me my mother back "Oswlad shouts angry. Tabitha nods to Butch who goes over to the blacked out car and then returns with Gertrude Cobbelpot
"Mother" Oswald says,but before he can get to her Tabitha stabs her in the back"Noooo"Oswald holds his mother as she dies in his arms. Tabitha picks up Oswald's dropped gun and points it at me
"Sorry Y/n,no lose ends" and she pulls the trigger,but Theo jumps in the way of the bullet.

"Theo" I shout
"Let's go" Tabitha shouts to Butch as they run off. I kneel down next to Theo and thankfully he was only shot in the shoulder
"Theodore Galavan don't do that again" I say to him
"Don't worry ,I don't plan on getting shot again" Theo says
"I love you Theo" I say.

"I love you too Y/n" Theo says to me,I look and see Oswald still holding his dead mother. After calling for a ambulance, I turn to Oswald
"Oswald I'm so sorry about your mother" I say"I had no idea Tabitha had taken her"
"I won't rest until Tabitha Galavan is dead" Oswald says looking at me,I give him a hug as I hear sirens in the distance.

Oswald stands and takes his mother's body with him back to his car and leaves
"You didn't tell me you know the king of Gotham" Theo says,carefully standing up
"You never asked" I say smiling at him.
