Water-Soluble Oil Paints

Big fancy name for PAINTS THAT ROCK!!! Did this is about an hour, give or take a bit(would that be a snaffle bit?). Sloppy, I know. The odd brown, orange, and whitish bits off to the side are just other parts of the mane and neck; I just mapped them out so as I could proportion the head better(note: finished artwork, will not be continuing. It's really more like a paint-sketch).
Okay, onto more details. The nose and ears are sloppy, and the colors are off, sorry. For some reason "Orange" doesn't seem to ever appear in a collection of paint. Shades of brown and yellow like orange, but not quite. Oh, and this is supposedly a Haflinger, showing off its Arabian-like head. Hmmmm....its looks like a morphed Shetland-Chincoteague! On that note, sorry @Those_Two_Haflingers for making a Haflinger look sort of odd...

So, the paint!! It's Winsor & Newton(Surprise!) Water Mixable Oil Colors. They are amazing!! I love oil, but hate all the solvents and thinners, so this is perfect! Just add water, and you've got whatever consistency you want, and yet they are exactly like oil colors! Plus they don't smell as much. And clean up is almost easier then acrylic! On that note, I like oils waaaay better then acrylic. I suck at acrylic, yet for some reason do alright with oil, no idea why. I used to be "ok" with acrylic, but whatever flare I had for them seems to have diminished. So I'm content with Watercolors and Oils! By the way, if you do oil, get these. They are amazing(make sure you get orange though!).

(Post Script: Get lots of white, and black, too. It helps a bunch!)
