I use Pixlr for Android and Phonto to make my covers if you wanna know.

Rules:

1. Please don't shop hop unless you have a valid reason.

2. Be nice and patient.

3. Please complete payment within a reasonable time.

4. Please use your graphic for at least a month.

5. Pick your graphic up within a week or else I'll turn it into a premade.

Depending on the difficulty and number of requests, you'll have to leave 5+ lined comments on one or more chapters of the assigned story on the assigned account.
