Grass Type Pokemon

Future Jaden: Before we begin, I'd like to apologise for being away for so long. Where I live, it became Spring and I have huge hay fever. Because of this, I've been really sick lately and couldn't update for a while. But with that being said, it is time to begin the nest top ten list. Also, a lot of the Pokemon have already appeared in a previous list so this one will be fairly short.

Jaden: 'Allo governors and welcome back to my top ten lists. Today, we will be doing the grass type list.

Thundrr: This is literally a meadow.

Jaden: Well, where else would be fitting?

Skye: Maybe a farm?

Jaden: That doesn't really scream grass but okay. Lets just begin.

Number 10

Jaden: I do kind of like this Pokemon but since another Pokemon of its type was introduced, it barely had any love. Dhelmise may be a weird Pokemon in general, but I do like it. The design is actually pretty good and I like its signature move, Anchor Shot. It is actually pretty useful in Battle too.

Thundrr: But isn't it only obtainable in one location?

Jaden: Yup, that is why it is so low.

Number 9

Jaden: I liked this Pokemon's design when I was younger and chose it as my starter for Gen V. Serperior is an awesome looking Pokemon and my favourite of the Unova starters. However, using it was basically playing the game in hard mode. It has very odd stats being that while it is fast and has decent defenses, its offence is just plain weird. On top of that, Serperior isn't that good against most of the gym leaders.

Skye: It is a good Contrary Pokemon.

Jaden: That I agree with.

Number 8

Jaden: Read the poison type list for Roserade's reasoning.

Number 7

Jaden: At first, this Pokemon wasn't very interesting to me. The only time I actually liked it was in the anime. But after using it for a while now, I've grown to like it. Sceptile is a pretty cool Pokemon and it is pretty fast. Though, I prefer the other final evolutions of the Hoenn starters over this one. And the fact that its mega evolution isn't very useful either.

Thundrr: On top of that, one of its weaknesses doubles in strength and he gains two more upon mega evolving.

Jaden: That is why it is so low.

Number 6

Jaden: Read the fighting type list for Breloom's reasoning.

Number 5

Jaden: Read the dark type list for Shiftry's reasoning.

Number 4

Jaden: Read the ghost type list for Decidueye's reasoning.

Number 3

Jaden: Read the poison type list for Venusaur's reasoning.

Number 2

Jaden: When this Pokemon was introduced, I really liked it. That is until I learned that you can only get it in the Sun versions and I had both Moon versions. Anyways, Kartana is a very powerful Pokemon and I enjoyed using it. It also helped me in winning the Battle Tree that took a long long time for me to do. I had spent a lot of time researching good Pokemon to use in that and Kartana was the top pick.

Skye: Though it's still weird how it is a steel type yet it can only learn one steel type move.

Number 1

Jaden: Finally, at the number one spot, we have a Pokemon that probably no one expected.

Thundrr: What is it?

Jaden: The Continent Pokemon, Torterra.

Skye: Say what now?

Jaden: Let me explain, I know that most people don't like this Pokemon because it has many weaknesses and is pretty slow. But I like this Pokemon because I used it throughout my playthrough of Platinum and it has the best design out of any Starter Pokemon. Once I saw that final evolution, I grew to love it and it became my favourite starter of the Sinnoh region.

Thundrr: Ok, I'll give it to you. That was a great explanation.

Jaden: Thank you.
