Jaden: While going through the suggestions, JohnathenYoungs suggested I do the craziest shippings. However, I didn't know which shippings I would consider crazy. So instead, I'll give you my top ten favourite shippings but with a catch. Only one shipping per franchise.

Lucas: So you're going to say your favourite of each franchise then rank them from good to great?

Jaden: Exactly.

Book: This will be interesting to learn.

Number 10

Jaden: For the lowest spot on my list, it's Ness and Paula. I actually couldn't find a name for this ship.

Book: Question, who are these people?

Jaden: They're the two main characters of the game Earthbound. The reason why I like this ship is that Paula becomes Ness' first companion whom has travelled with him the most. They have both bonded and Paula trusted him, even before they met. And he also trusted her, making him seem like he cares for her. Heck, at one point in the game, she was going to tell him something but doesn't do it. I wonder what she was going to say?

Lucas: No one will ever know.

Number 9

Jaden: The next ship I like is the ship of Issei and Rias from High School DxD.

Book: Wait, you watch High School DxD? Isn't that a H**t**?

Jaden: WHAT? NO!!! It's just an anime with a lot of plot, and a very good plot. (If you don't understand, there are two plots in anime. One is the story, the other is the amount of sexual innuendos in the anime)

Lucas: Why do you like them?

Jaden: Well, at the beginning, Issei thought about how beautiful she was upon first seeing her. When she revived him, she took care of him a lot and they started to have a stronger relationship. Throughout the series, they became closer and closer, to the point where to the two of them liked each other.

*Warning, spoilers for the newest season of High School DxD is coming up. I suggest you skip to the next part*

Jaden: Also, in the newest season of High School DxD, Rias had clear feelings for Issei but he kept on doubting himself. He always thought that he wasn't good enough for her and that he should just be her servant. But after a while of development, he started to see that he too had feelings for her. After that, Issei and Rias both confessed and shared a kiss together. Man, that makes me happy, but it's only the beginning.

Number 8

Jaden: This one isn't technically canon but I still like it. Also, this one doesn't have a name for it. The ship of Ryu and Chun-Li from Street Fighter.

Lucas: Wait, what?

Jaden: You are probably wondering why I like this ship. Well, they are Street Fighter's most iconic characters and the two of them trust one another. They both had goals in defeating the person who killed the one who took care of them and had a great relationship. Also, there was a comic that had Chun-Li wanting to kiss Ryu but that doesn't seem canon.

Book: *reads the comic* I get ya, this art style is trash.

Jaden: They still make a great couple in my opinion.

Number 7

Jaden: While I do like this ship, it does have its flaws too. I'm talking about Gochi, the ship of Goku and Chi-Chi.

Book: Why them? They're already canonically married.

Jaden: Well yeah, the two of them are married but Goku didn't really understand it that much. However, as time went by, he started to understand better and build his relationship up with his wife. Chi-Chi does care for him a lot, especially when he had the heart disease and she was broken when Cell killed him. Also, after the Majin Buu saga, when he got revived again, he hugs her and tells her that he loves her. This shows that he does in fact care for her.

Lucas: But Chi-Chi always nags him a lot of the time.

Jaden: True, but she still stayed with him.

Number 6

Jaden: This anime, I enjoy a lot and I like the most iconic ship of this series. From Fairy Tail, I ship Nalu, the ship of Natsu and Lucy.

Lucas: That, I was expecting.

Jaden: The two are very close to each other and they have bonded the most out of everyone. Natsu has shown a lot of times that he cares a lot about her and always gets angered when she is hurt. They have both shown to grow close throughout the series and I just like it. Heck, they were about to kiss once but Lucy decided to place Happy in front of him. Thanks writers.

Book: Now that's just mean,

Number 5

Jaden: This is probably one of the saddest ships that I like. Professor Layton and Claire from the Professor Layton series. Just thinking about it makes me want to cry. *starts tearing up*

Book: How sad is it?

Jaden: *wipes tears* Well, Layton and Claire both met in University and started dating each other. As a few years went by, Claire became a scientist while Layton was working on becoming an archaeologist. At one point, there was an experiment on making a time machine which Claire tested but she died during the experiment. However, her body was sent 10 years into the future where she reunited with Layton again. But her body couldn't keep her alive for longer and she was going to be gone forever. After sharing one last kiss with Layton, she disappears as he tears up now that he had to lose the woman he loves again.

Lucas: *in tears* That is so sad.

Book: *crying* He didn't deserve it.

Jaden: Exactly, he is probably one of the nicest characters in video game history. His signature hat was also given to him by Claire. And the fact that he wears it all the time shows that he deeply cares for her. He will always love Claire.

Number 4

Jaden: One of my personal favourite series I grew up with was Deltora Quest. The two main characters, I shipped a lot because they have spent a lot of time together and their relationship grew a lot to the point of them getting married. The ship of Lief and Jasmine.

Lucas: Two main characters yet again.

Jaden: Lief and Jasmine first meet in the forest and she paralyses them so she can steal his and Barda's belongings. After finding out that they aren't evil, she helps them on their quest to find the seven stones of the belt of Deltora. After countless adventures with him, the two grew closer and by the time the second series came, they both get married. Though there aren't that many moments in the book series, the fanfictions I read about them are amazing.

Book: I should probably check out the series.

Number 3

Jaden: Amourshipping is on the number 3 spot.

Lucas: What?

Book: Number 3?

Lucas: How is this possible?

Book: Why isn't it number 1?

Jaden: Hold your horses now, there's a reason why I didn't put this one at the top. Yes, I do love this ship and it's my favourite one in Pokemon. Yes, I liked the anime hints and moments and the development of Serena's character. And yes, I was celebrating like a madman when the kiss scene happened. Pokemon anime writers, I beg of you, please make Amourshipping canon.

Lucas: You still haven't told us why it's not number 1.

Jaden: Right, the reason for this not being number 1 is because the next two ships have different standards. There explanations will be given right... now.

Number 2

Jaden: The runner up of this list is Fianceshipping, the ship of Jaden and Alexis in Yugioh GX.

Book: Now I understand this one. Kind of.

Jaden: It's higher than Amourshipping mainly because of two reasons. The first being that their relationship constantly grows throughout the series. Jaden has helped  her multiple times and is basically her knight in shining armour. Ash may do that too, but he does it with basically everyone he meets. And secondly, this shipping was what got into writing fanfictions in the first place. On my laptop, I have a few folders of Fanfictions of Jaden and Alexis that I haven't updated in a long time and don't plan to. If it wasn't for this ship, I wouldn't be here making fanfictions.

Lucas: But what's number 1?

Number 1

Jaden: The shipping that I like the most. This took me a while but I had to choose the main one out of them all. That ship is Phaya, the ship of Phoenix Wright and Maya Fey in Ace Attorney.

Book: Why do you like this ship the most?

Jaden: There are many factors to the reason for me liking this. The first is their relationship. At first, they were two friends who worked each other and had the odd couple style relationship. Phoenix was mature while Maya was very childish. As time went by, they started caring for each other. Heck, when Maya got kidnapped and the kidnapper asked for a favour, Phoenix literally screams "I'll give you anything you want, just let her go". Clearly showing how much he cares for her. Another occasion was when he wanted to make sure if she was alright by trying to cross a burning bridge, not caring about him. Especially since he ended up falling into the river once the bridge collapsed.

Lucas: Anything else?

Jaden: Yes, when he gets disbarred, Maya is the first one who believes his innocence and supported him in getting his job back. And despite having to leave him to finish her training as a spirit medium, she always thinks about him. And finally, this is the most creative ship in my opinion. Normally, two people you ship meet outside, at school or in the past. But in this case, Phoenix met Maya sitting on the floor, shocked, near her sister's murdered body.

Book: What?

Lucas: Now that's weird.

Jaden: Anyways, this ship is very unique from most ships. They are two very different people, a lawyer and a spirit medium, a mature and a childish, and a serious and a cheerful. And finally, this is probably one of the few ships I like where they have a slightly big age gap. (Nalu doesn't count)

Lucas: What is their age gap?

Jaden: Seven years. Phoenix is 35 while Maya is 28.
