Jaden: This was pretty obvious to come, top 10 favourite Pokemon shippings.

Thundrr: *sarcastically* Who knew?

Anna: Anyone who has read Jaden's Truth or Dare knows what ships he likes, but which ones are his most favourite?

Jaden: Onto the list.

Number 10

Jaden: Probably going to have to get this one out of the way. Iconshipping, the ship of Ash's Pikachu and Serena's Sylveon.

Anna: That's a cute ship, why is it number 10?

Jaden: Yeah it's cute and all, but it's not really supported by canon.

Thundrr: True, the best bet we have on this ship is the saying "like trainer, like Pokemon."

Jaden: Other than that, it's all I can think of really.

Number 9

Jaden: Before the XY series was even a thing, I shipped Pearlshipping. Dawn and Ash had any cute moments. The dressing up as a cheerleader for gym battles, the go happy attitude the two had with each other and the high fives.

Thundrr: Why is it in the number 9 spot?

Jaden: Because once the XY series came out, way better ships were added.

Anna: I think I can see where this is going.

Number 8

Jaden: This ship I definitely like because it has been shown to be canon technically.

Anna: Which one is it?

Jaden: Luckshipping, the ship of Brock and Pike Queen Lucy.

Thundrr: Oh yeah, it is canon. Right?

Jaden: Well, she always blushes when Brock supported her in her battle against Ash and at the end of that episode, she seemed to have a soft spot for squinted eyes.

Anna: Squinted eyes? I thought those eyes were just closed.

Jaden: I don't know, I'm just reading off of Bulbapedia.

Number 7

Jaden: There has been multiple occasions I have experienced. Who do you ship Red with? Do you ship him with Leaf, Yellow, Misty or Blue?

Thundrr: Who in their right minds ships Red and Blue?

Jaden: Some people do.

Anna: Anyways, who do you ship Jaden?

Jaden: I personally prefer Burningleafshipping, the ship of Red and Leaf. Mainly because Yellow isn't a character I like that much, I ship Misty with other people (not Ash) and I am not into the same sex ships (not homophobic).

Thundrr: True, I don't like same sex ships that much either.

Jaden: Though this ship does get a bit weird whenever I read a story that has Red being Ash's brother and Leaf being Serena's sister. If you ship Ash and Serena but also ship Red and Leaf as well, do not make them siblings. It just makes this whole shipping situation weird as in laws are hooking up. That is why I make Leaf a friend of Serena's or and adopted sister that chooses to stick with their original birth name.

Anna: Believe me, he hates that kind of thing.

Number 6

Jaden: Since I don't ship Pearlshipping that much nowadays, I've gone to a different shipping with Dawn.

Anna: That's right, Ikarishipping, the ship-

Jaden: No Anna, I do not ship Paul and Dawn. It makes no sense whatsoever and it isn't really canon.

Thundrr: Agreed.

Anna: Wait, then who do you ship her with?

Jaden: I ship Twinleafshipping, a.k.a the ship of Barry and Dawn. Sorry Ikarishippers out there.

Anna: Barry?

Thundrr: It's pretty obvious when you read Truth or Dare or Kanto Trio.

Jaden: Yes, firstly, the two have a lot of similarities. Both come from Twinleaf Town, both started off with Piplup and both have a parent whom is famous (Palmer and Johanna). Also, at one point in the anime, when the two see each other again, Dawn quickly recognises him and asks if he remembers her. But she is bummed once he tells her he doesn't because he's just a bloddy idiot, but in a good way.

Anna: Now I'm convinced.

Jaden: Also, FYI, the character Barry McAllister is not Barry in the Pokemon series. The guy that I based the character off of requested for that name.

Number 5

Jaden: You probably might see a theme with the ships I like. They usually have some kind of similarity between them.

Thundrr: Let me guess, this next ship has the two of them share similarities?

Jaden: Correct, Laserbladeshipping, the ship of Clemont and Korrina.

Anna: What similarities do they have?

Jaden: They're both gym leaders, they're both from Kalos and they're both blonde. Ok, that last one made no sense but still they both were made together. She is also the only person other than Ash to actually appreciate his inventions.

Thundrr: Yup, they definitely are made for each other.

Number 4

Jaden: This ship will be the only shipping that comes from a Manga. Franticshipping, the ship of Ruby and Sapphire.

Thundrr: Is it because it's actually canon?

Jaden: Yeah, and they are actually kind of cute together. So maybe the anime writers should actually make a spin-off of what the two would be like had they actually hooked up.

Thundrr: That would be interesting.

Number 3

Jaden: This one, I have liked for a long time. Inectivoreshipping, the ship of Ash's Greninja and Serena's Braixen. Though the name confuses me.

Thundrr: Yeah, it confuses me as well.

Anna: Is there any reason for liking this other than the saying "like trainer, like Pokemon"?

Jaden: Yes, the two act very cute together and there have been multiple occasions where it shows that they somewhat have feelings for each other. Like that time when they were still at the first stage and Froakie cleaned Fennekin's tail with his frubbles. I just wish they brought Greninja back.

Thundrr: Me too.

Anna: Same.

Jaden: Also, they better not evolve Braixen. Delphox is terrible and the two are way cuter in that stage than Delphox.

Number 2

Jaden: This one, many people love. Some don't like it because of the "age gap" but it's yet to be specified. I'm talking about-

Gengar: MARISSONSHIPPING!!!!

Jaden: WHAT THE, GENGAR!

Gengar: Uh, bye. *leaves*

Anna: Yeah, he likes that ship. Despite having a crush on Mairin.

Thundrr: Yup, will he ever realise that the two will never get together. (Sorry AlainGengar)

Jaden: Anyways, yes I do ship Alain and Mairin. The two have known each other for a long time and she seems to be one of the very few people that Alain trusts. Heck, even Lysandre mistakes her for his girlfriend.

Anna: Why do people think there is a huge age gap?

Jaden: Because Alain looks older than Mairin. If I made an estimate, Alain is probably around 16-18 while Mairin is probably 13-15. But that's my opinion.

Number 1

Thundrr: *sarcastically* Gee, I wonder which ship is in the number 1 spot?

Anna: *sarcastically* I don't know, what could it possibly be?

Jaden: Really guys, is the sarcasm necessary?

Anna and Thundrr: Sorry.

Jaden: *sighs* But yes, my number 1 favourite ship is Amourshipping, the ship of Ash and Serena. Do I need to explain it?

Thundrr: For people who don't know, yes.

Jaden: Simple, the two knew each other from childhood and bonded very well throughout the series. Serena has shown time and time again that she actually likes Ash and it's possible that he has the same feelings when going through the hints. Also, (spoilers) the kiss she gave him before leaving to Hoenn. Serena had the guts to do it and it probably made Ash realise that he likes her as well. Overall, Amourshipping is the best. I even heard someone at the cinema scream "ASH AND SERENA FOR LIFE" when I went to see the Pokemon: I choose you movie. Good on him.
